한약재유통지원시설의 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of traditional herbal medicine distribution supporting facilities)

  • This study is the architectural planning of 5 distribution supporting facilities for traditional herbal medicine cultivated in the rural areas. The main function of the facility consists of storage, pre-treatment/processing, loading/unloading and the assistant function consists of inspection, office, exhibition/sale, technical equipment etc. The planning shows the modular plan and the section plan of the storage space reflecting the shape and size of storage container, the action radius of carrier and the possibilities of space lease. The total floor area of the storage is 3,192$m^2$ consisting of 27 space. The total floor area of the pre-treatment/processing is 1,488$m^2$ consisting of 7 space. The total floor area of the loading/unloading is 329$m^2$ consisting of 4 space. The total floor area of each facility storage is 8,284$m^2$ including of public space 2,170$m^2$. Also this planning shows the preliminary design, "fundamental model design" for 5 rural government BTL project. Therefore, this result of planning will be the guidelines of the RFP(Request For Proposal) for the private sector company interested in this BTL project.

박물관 보존과학계 영역의 공간계획 지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Guidelines for the Spatial Planing of Conservation Area in Museums)

  • In general, collections in museum are kept in storage according to a preservation and administration program in long or short term, after conservators' conservation treatment. Museum activities related to conservation science are common to do before and after exhibitions. That is, the museum collections include a flow mechanism, which circulate a space in where conservation science related activity is carried on centering around its storage. The purpose of this study is to suggest the design guidelines of a conservation area in a museum. The results of this study as follows. First, to program space planning, conservation area of museum is divided into 4 kinds of zone. Second, space for relics unloading in basically includes 'unloading room', 'control room', 'worker room', 'unpacking room', and 'unloading tools storage' and considers to install 'outdoor arrangement space', etc. In case of space for making relics collections, 'arrangement room' and 'temporary storage' are separately planned in order to arrange and temporarily store relics taken in. Conservation analysis space should be divided into 2 kinds of zone, 'conservation analysis lab' for analysis of collection characters and 'restoration lab' for conservation treatment in the bigger museum. In case of large-scale museum, conservation treatment space is basically classified with characters of museum collections. And it considers installing 'waterlogged wood lab', 'painting clothes treatment lab', 'storage of treated relics' etc. Third, for 'the spaces for analysis treatment', must consider activity contents and sizes of the department for scientific conservation every museum, can classify in detail required space, and must review the space for relics settlement in construction.

인천항 항만하역 재해분석 및 예방대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis and Preventive Measures for Cargo Handling Accidents in Incheon Port)

  • The port, differently from general working places, is a closed area required for security, customs, and quarantine procedures. The loading and unloading is being done differently by ports, cargoes, and ships. To do loading and unloading, a lot of equipment and different types of labor are required, which flow is complicated and safe management is essential. As above mentioned the port is very unique and very deteriorated working place in its working environment. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to reduce and prevent from port accidents. As first step to do this, we have collected 923 accidents happened at Incheon Port during the period of 1994 to 2003. We have thoroughly analyzed characteristics, harmfulness, and risk of the loading/unloading they have done, as well as the accident frequency and relationship between the accidents. As second step to further analyze, We have employed DMAIC technology, an advanced process of 6 sigma presently in spotlight as the best program for management innovation. This analysis results in recognition of important accident characteristics, causes and effects analysis, critical causes of accident, and suggestions to decrease accidents.

Study of stability and evolution indexes of gobs under unloading effect in the deep mines

  • The stress path characteristics of surrounding rock in the formation of gob were analysed and the unloading was solved. Taking Chengchao Iron Mine as the engineering background, the model for analysing the instability of deep gob was established based on the mechanism of stress relief in deep mining. The energy evolution law was investigated by introducing the local energy release rate index (LERR), and the energy criterion of instability of surrounding rock was established based on the cusp catastrophe theory. The results showed that the evolution equation of the local energy release energy of the surrounding rock was quartic function with one unknown and the release rate increased gradually during the mining. The calculation results showed that the gob was stable. The LERR per unit volume of the bottom structure was relatively smaller, which mean the stability was better. The LERR distribution showed that there was main energy release in the horizontal direction and energy concentration in the vertical direction which meet the characteristics of deep mining. In summary, this model could effectively calculate the stability of surrounding rock in the formation of gob. The LERR could reflect the dynamic process of energy release, transfer and dissipation which provided an important reference for the study of the stability of deep mined out area.

  • Unmanned autonomous forklifts have a great potential to enhance the productivity of material handling in various applications because these forklifts can pick up and deliver loads without an operator and any fixed guide. Especially, automation of pallet loading and unloading technique is useful for enhancing performance of logistics and reducing cost for automation system. There are, however, many technical difficulties in developing such forklifts including localization, map building, sensor fusion, control, and so on. This is because the system requires numerous sensors, actuators, and controllers that need to be connected with each other, and the number of connections grows very rapidly as the number of devices grows. This paper presents a vision sensorbased autonomous loading and unloading for network-based unmanned forklift where system components are connected to a shared CAN network. Functions such as image processing and control algorithm are divided into small tasks that are distributed over a number of microcontrollers with a limited computing capacity. And the experimental results show that proposed architecture can be an appropriate choice for autonomous loading in the unmanned forklift.

  • 컨테이너 터미널의 주요 생산성 지표는 안벽에서의 작업 효율성이라 할 수 있다. 안벽에서는 Q/C(Quay Crane)이라는 장비가 접안 선박의 컨테이너를 하역한다. Q/C의 작업 생산성을 높이기 위해서는 좀 더 효율적인 Y/T(Yard Tractor)운영 방식이 필요하다. 기존 작업 방식(싱글 사이클)에서는 양하작업 이후 적하 작업이 이루어진다. 듀얼 사이클이란 양하작업과 적하 작업을 동시에 함으로써 안벽 생산성과 야드 트랙터의 이용률을 높이는 방법이다. 터미널에서 듀얼 사이클의 도입은 추가적인 장비의 도입 없이 운영에서의 변화만을 요구한다. 즉, 기존의 dedicate 시스템에서 pooling 시스템으로의 변화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 듀얼 사이클을 이용하는 항만에서의 작업 효율성을 증대시키기 위한 선적 계획 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이 문제를 풀기위해 유전 알고리즘과 타부서치를 제시하였다.

일괄 하역장비 운영을 위한 하역작업장 설계 및 경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (Research on the Design and Economic Analysis for the Operation of Cargo Batch Loading and Unloading Systems)

  • 물류센터의 생산성 및 안전도 향상을 위한 기계화 및 자동화가 급속도로 진행되고 있으며, 작업자들의 효율적이고 안전한 작업 지원을 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 집배송차량과 물류센터 간 연결 역할을 하고 있는 하역작업장의 경우는 아직까지도 지게차 위주의 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 지게차와 작업자가 같은 공간에서 함께 작업함에 따라 이로 인한 안전사고도 자주 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상하역자업장의 기계화 및 자동화를 통해 생산성과 안전성 향상의 문제를 해결하기 위해 여러 개의 팔레트를 한꺼번에 작업할 수 있는 일괄 하역장비들에 대해 소개하였다. 일괄 하역장비들은 새로운 개념의 하역장비로 적용 시 효율적인 운영을 위해 필요한 적정 장비 대수는 범용 4대, 전용 3대이다. 작업장 면적은 장비크기와 부가공간을 포함하여 범용 $256.28m^2$, 전용 $207.00m^2$가 필요하며 이를 기반으로 작업장 면적 및 일괄 상하역장비를 고려한 상하역작업장을 설계하였다. 또한 NPV, IRR, PBT 등 경제성 분석을 실시하였으며 주요 변수에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다.

도심상업지역의 노상 하역공간 최적배치계획에 대한 연구 (A study on location planning of the on-street loading/unloading bays in the central business district)

  • 도시내부에서 발생하는 화물자동차의 이동에 따라 도심상업지역에서는 노상 하역공간(loading zone)이 반드시 필요하다. 그렇지만, 현재 대도시의 도심상업지역의 경우는 하역공간의 설치미비로 인하여 화물자동차들은 마땅한 조업공간이 없어 노상에서 불법주정차 행위를 하고 있는 실정이다. 이로 인하여 도심교통의 장애를 야기하는 하나의 원이 되었으며, 그로 인한 혼잡은 심각한 수준에 도달해 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 다소나마 해결할 수 있도록 노상하역공간의 정비방안을 살펴보고, 부산의 도심상업지역인 서면지역 일대를 대상으로 하여 노상하역주차 특성을 면밀히 고찰함으로써 그 적용가능성도 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 노상 하역공간의 정비는 규모 즉, 조업을 행할 수 있는 주 정차 베이(bay)의 개수 추계와 함께 이들의 적절한 배치장소를 모색하는 것이다. 규모적 측면에서의 주 정차 베이 수는 조업차량의 도착율 및 서비스율에 기초한 대기행렬의 적용을 통하여 산출 할 수 있었으며, 배치장소의 결정은 화물운반에 대한 저항함수를 정식화함으로써 최소 저항이 되는 위치를 산정할 수 있었다.
