배전용 변압기의 합리적인 사양과 그 설계법 (The optimum specifications and design of distributive transformers)

  • Firstly, this study has analyzed the following factors affecting the optimum specifications and design of distributive transformers: 1. Facilities installation cost per unit power output. 2. Facilities operating & maintenance cost per unit power output. 3. Production cost per unit power output. 4. Load factor. 5. Loss factor. Secondly, it has clarified the relations between the following factors and the specifications and design of distributive transformers; 1. No-load loss., 2. Load loss., 3. Voltage regulation., 4. Exciting current. Finally, it has determined the method of the most economic design for the transformers using the above factors and relations, and, for optimum the illustrative purpose, suggested their optimum specifications, way of evaluation, and merits by means of typical example.

갈수년 광역논에서의 오염부하의 유출 특성 (Runoff of Pollutant Loads from Paddy Field Area in a Dry Year)

  • We investigated net outflow load and unit load of pollutants from a paddy fields area in dry year 2001. Amount of irrigation water in 2001 was about 61-63% of that in previous years 1999 and 2000 due to drought. The net outflow load and unit load of pollutants in 2001 were negative, showing that paddy fields acts as sink of pollutants due to function of water quality purification. The relationship between unit load of pollutants and net surface outflow (= surface outflow - irrigation water) showed positive correlation. The results showed that abatement of surface outflow by appropriate water management contribute to reduce surface outflow load from paddy fields.

  • 본 논문은 온도센서 RSD. Pt 100Ω의 감지신호가 Temperature Controller의 릴레이 출력을 발생시키고 PLC 입력접점으로 입력시켜 1Scan Time으로 연산된 PLC 출력을 접점 P030에 Interface Unit를 연결시키므로 부하를 구동시키는 개발장비인 Wired Logic Type Unit에 대해서 기술하였다. 현재 PLC 교육장에서 프로그램 되어진 PLC가 부하를 구동시킬 수 있는 국내의 교육 PLC Test Kit로는 PLC와 부하 사이에 Interface 과정이 무시된 상태에서 PLC의 교육을 하도록 되어있다. 개발 키 트는 이 점을 보안하기 위해서 각종 센서 중 전자에서 언급한 온도 센서 Pt 100Ω을 이용한 온도 제어기의 릴레이 출력이 PLC 입력으로 피드백 되었을 때, 연산된 PLC 출력접점에 WLTU를 삽입시켜 PC, PLC와 부하 사이에 실시간 시스템으로 구동 시킬 수 있는 설비로, PLC 사용의 핵심원리를 쉽게 이해하고 알아 볼 수 있었다. 부하 Interface Unit인 WLTU의 구성은 구동 부분인 유 접점, 무접점, 센서, 지시 등, A접점, B접점 부하인 Motor로 나누었다.

비모수 경향분석법 적용을 통한 금강수계 총량관리 단위유역의 수질변화 연구 (A Study on the Water Quality Changes of TMDL Unit Watershed in Guem River Basin Using a Nonparametric Trend Analysis)

  • In order to assess the effect of TMDLs management and improve that in the future, it is necessary to analyze long-term changes in water quality during management period. Therefore, long term trend analysis of BOD was performed on thirty monitoring stations in Geum River TMDL unit watersheds. Nonparametric trend analysis method was used for analysis as the water quality data are generally not in normal distribution. The monthly median values of BOD during 2004~2010 were analyzed by Seasonal Mann-Kendall test and LOWESS(LOcally WEighted Scatter plot Smoother). And the effect of Total Maximum Daily Loads(TMDLs) management on water quality changes at each unit watershed was analyzed with the result of trend analysis. The Seasonal Mann-Kendall test results showed that BOD concentrations had the downward trend at 10 unit watersheds, upward trend at 4 unit watersheds and no significant trend at 16 unit watersheds. And the LOWESS analysis showed that BOD concentration began to decrease after mid-2009 at almost all of unit watersheds having no trend in implementation plan watershed. It was estimated that TMDLs improved water quality in Geum River water system and the improvement of water quality was made mainly in implementation plan unit watershed and tributaries.

수질오염총량관리 단위유역별 오염물질 배출부하량 특성분석 - 금강수계를 대상으로 (Characterization on the Pollution Discharge Load at the Unit Watershed for the Management of Total Maximum Daily Loads - in Guem River Basin)

  • Water quality management should be focused on the pollution concentrated area so that the improvement of water quality can be achieved effectively for the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). It is necessary to consider discharge characteristics in the TMDL plan. This study analysed discharge characteristics such as pollution generation and discharge load density, and reduction potential by each unit watershed, and categorized the unit watershed into four groups according to its discharge load characteristics. This analysis can be used as helpful information for the prioritization of pollution reduction area and selection of pollution reduction measures in the development of TMDL plans.

자전거 거치대 잠금장치의 부하시 효율개선을 위한 구동모터성능비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on Driving Motor Performance Comparison for Load Efficiency Improvement of a Bicycle Locker System)

  • This paper presents the design and implementation of a Bicycle Locker System. Generally DC motor has been used to control a Bicycle Locker System, but DC motor system requires frequent maintenances and its power efficiency is comparatively poor especially under heavy load conditions. In order to improve this difficulties, this paper adopts BLDC motor for a Bicycle Locker System and its motor controller is developed. The performances of locker units are compared between DC motor unit and BLDC motor unit. The motor power consumptions between two motors are discussed. Test results verify that power efficiency of the suggested BLDC drive unit is considerably improved compared to the DC drive unit with load condition.

철도화물수송체계의 현황과 개선방안 (A Situations and Improvements on the Rail Freight System)

  • In this paper, I explain the situations and problems which are focused on the rail freight system. We have a many problems, which have been showed the long freight logistics time, and inadequate fare system. And rail freight system does not have a efficient marketing system, and unit load system. Therefore rail freight has been decreased modal share, which is estimated from 9.65% in 1995 to 6.25% in 2001(ton base). Recently, EU nations and America rail freight system reveals a good outcome, which keeps the balance in the black. The main factors which go into the black, is the enlargement the investment in rail freight and efficient management focusing on the unit load system, fare system, and personnel management. I suggest the several improvement ways, which will be helpful to advance the rail freight system. Fistly, I suggest the speed up the freight rail and efficient fare system. Secondly, I propose the unit load system and the regulation the truck focusing on curtailment of the social cost. Lastly, I make an overture of establishment the comprehensive logistics system.

  • In this paper, the effects of the uncertain hourly load demand are stochastically analyzed especially by the consideration of the average over generation of the Unit Commitment(UC) results. In order to minimize the effects of the actual load profile change, a new UC algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm calculates the UC results with the lower load level than the one generated by the conventional load forecast. In case of the worse load forecast, the deviation of the conventional UC solution can be overcome with the lower load level and the more hourly reserve requirements. The proposed method is tested with sample systems, which shows that the proposed method can be used as the basic guideline for selecting the potimal load forecast applying to UC problem.

돼지 축분자원화물의 발생 및 배출부하 원단위 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the estimation of unit load generation and discharge from livestock resources of piggery)

  • 본 연구에서는 돼지 분 뇨 및 폐수의 오염물 부하를 조사 및 분석함으로써 다양한 형태의 돼지 돈사로부터 발생 및 배출되는 오염물 부하 원단위를 산정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 오염물질의 발생부하 원단위는 돼지의 성장단계에 비례하여 증가하였으나, 돈사의 형태에 따른 발생부하 원단위는 각 돈사별 평균값을 고려할 때 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3계절과 생체 중량을 고려한 평균 분뇨 발생량은 분이 1.49kg/head/d, 뇨가 3.08kg/head/d로서 총 4.57kg/head/d가 발생하였다. 돈사의 형태와 계절을 고려한 최종적인 평균 오염물질 발생부하 원단위는 BOD 199.5g/head/d, $COD_{cr}\;413.5g/head/d$, T-N 27.8g/head/d, T-P가 5.3g/head/d로 나타났다. 시멘트 돈사에서 배출되는 폐수의 배출부하 원단위는 BOD 31.3g/head/d, $COD_{cr}\;95.6g/head/d$, T-N 8.9g/head/d, T-P가 3.1g/head/d로 조사되었다. 분의 수거율(80%, 90%)을 고려한 분의 발생부하 원단위와 시멘트 돈사의 폐수발생 원단위의 합을 슬러리 돈사의 배출부하 원단위와 비교 시, 오염물질과 항목별로 다소의 차이는 있으나 거의 유사하였다.

지역특성을 고려한 수질오염총량관리 안전부하량 적용 (Application of Margin of Safety Considering Regional Characteristics for the Management of Total Maximum Daily Loads)

  • The allocation of margin of safety (MOS) at a uniform rate to all areas of the unit watershed makes it very difficult to keep the load allotment stable in the area for lack of reduction measures like forest land. This study developed an equation to calculate margin of safety differentially according to the regional characteristics. The equation was formulated on the basis of the regional characteristic factors such as a load contribution factor for land use type and a site conversion factor for the unit watershed. The load contribution factor represents a contribution of loads from a particular land use. The site conversion factor was derived from the site conversion ratio of a unit watershed. Margin of safety for the non-point pollution load in the land use sector decreased by 20~25% in three river basins. The margin of safety in the unit watersheds with low site occupation ratios decreased in high rate, while in the unit watersheds with large urban area decreased in low rate. With the application of the differential margin of safety considering regional characteristics, not only the reduction of pollution loads can become lighter but also it can be easier to develop plans for Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) even where the reduction measures are not available.
