  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the rural village model which is able to be applied to the rural village (re)development. The rural village model consists of five sector models land use model, residential unit model, public facilities allocation model, productive space arrangement model, road & green system model. The village model as a spatial structure needs modification/revision through the its application to various sites. The following are suggestions developed in the process of preparing a model for the Korean rural village. First, some indices presented in the land use model need to be further studied as the planning indices before implementing the rural village projects. Second, it is recomended that the image of a rural village needs to be created by developing the residential unit(6 households) as a planning development unit, And various residential unit models need to be suggested. Third, it is desirable to develop the double circulation system and green edge(1 m), and to introduce pedestrian road as much as possible for the amenity of the residential environment, Fourth, being located within walking distance from the existing village, new-introduced site should be developed as a interlinked and opened structure. The rural village model is useful in preparing the spatial structure for the village (re)development, and in finding the best design solution responsive to the conditions of a project site.

  • This paper aims to make an empirical comparison between the rural landscape planning and the urban landscape planning. The research method is a contents analysis about Jeollannamdo-province Landscape Base Plan and Suncheon-city Urban Landscape Plans, and Gaerangyi Village Rural Landscape Plan out of total 111 cases of Rural Landscape Plans. The findings are as followings: firstly, the only 14 villages out of 45 villages had the province-unit landscape base plan, the city/gun-unit urban landscape plan, and the rural landscape plan in sequence periods. Secondly, it was found that the Gaerangyi Village Rural Landscape Plan was relatively coordinated with the Jeollanam Province's Landscape Base Plan, but the former was not relatively coordinated with the Suncheon City Urban Landscape Plan. Thirdly, three hierarchical discordance may drive from the difference of applicable acts and authorities concerned. However, in Suncheon City, a rural-urban integrating city, both an urban landscape plan excluding rural regions and a rural landscape plan excessively emphasizing a rural village's unique characteristics, while its administrative district is unclear are hard to be seen as a good plan fully containing Suncheon-city's full identity.

  • I recognized necessity of the space planning to three-generation dwelling because of preservation of wholesome society sense of values of the younger generation indicated often to the point at issue by the change to nuclear family of present and by way to hand down thought of respect for the aged which is our traditional public morals. I wish to present basic data for storage space planning that resident's request and consciousness are reflected in such background. I investigated records in general concept, which is utilization pattern of storage space to achieve the function of these culture intermediation. The object of research is three-generation dwelling, such as 3L-K and 3L-DK as national residences that appear most generally in chongju city. The method of research was question investigation method to write utilization actual conditions and requirement of storage space directly. So I proposed suitable planning to resident's life style analyzing frequency, percentage and average distribution. When supply apartment house hereafter, it should be reflected wide selection by resident's characteristic and needed systematic storage space planning in consideration of user mainly. Also continuous and diversified researches that can improve quality of residence are required.

  • This study reviewed details and case studies of district unit planning to preserve and develop urban tissues concerning a historic urban environment and provide implications for future practice. In particular, this case study examined the role of the district unit planning in city conservation rooted in the experience of Incheon's old town. The old town begins with the opening of Incheon Port and concessions, including Japanese, Qing Dynasty, and multinational settlements. Second, the study established land subdivision planning and reviewed the institutions to encourage urban tissue. Third, the conservation guidelines influenced the conservation and utilization of the streets, such as alleys and old coastlines, the form of parcels called deep and narrow lots, and the exterior elements of buildings. This study also derived implications for the future. First, the street with historical value in the settlement should be excavated further. Second, the parcels in the settlement limit redevelopment to maintain the unique morphological characteristics. Third, the exterior of the buildings should be provided with planning incentives to induce conservation and utilization.

  • Our country did not illustrate and reverse by a city planning law department construction Buddhist priest's robe dual setup the urban setting to be regulated, it came. The city planning law as the high position system of space planning mainly provides the use and a size of the land, the construction law the detail contents of site undergarment concrete location and the form back is provided and of course, regarding the structure which relates with the designation of concrete building use in him and the immediacy back. These two laws are come by a trade name complement and a function sharing role in order for the affirmative development of the city to become accomplished, being used. To necessity of District unit plan the general causal government employee all it is sympathizing, it relates it goes to extremes and with the maintenance of endurance environment and many portion with charge Sikkim also the fact that it is the criticism which relativy is negative in duty of administrative origination is fact in the people. But realization of plan hazard the execution of the public section which stands will be important, it will reach and the public section execution plan of the autonomous nine dimension for must be prepared. The next research that the individual globe plan and development actual condition actual proof and the research which it analyzes system is necessary with base, sees the general operation evaluation of Seoul District unit plan.

  • Functional school planning has long been considered a fundamental concept of school design. However. in planning educational facilities, it is also important to include the dimensions of comfort, convenience and healthfulness. The school lavatories and drinking fountains are one of most crucial elements for the recent changing face in healthful school design, but the number of lavatories and drinking fountains in most schools may not be sufficient to meet current needs. This study aims to suggest a guideline in designing school sanitary fixture and propose the optimal number of lavatories and drinking fountains regarded to age and sex. The survey is conducted through questionnaires collected from 998 respondents including 300 teachers In ChungNam province. Based on the results of the survey and a formulae, it is suggested that the number of lavatories be required by ratio of 30 boys per unit fixture and 22 girls per unit fixture in the elementary, middle and high school. It is also suggested that the number of drinking fountains be required by ratio of 65 students per unit fixture. The formulae proposed in this paper can be used for other plumbing fixtures required in school facilities.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the use of modular construction method in order to promote the dissemination of the Health Life Support Center of the government, and to suggest the modular unitification and modularization plan for the necessary space data in the initial stage. By analyzing the floor plans of the 50 case projects currently in operation, the 28 required spaces and their spatial proximities are determined. Base on spatial proximities, each space is unitificated into a modular unit and modularized into a modular modules were integrated to modular proposals. As a result of this study, 13 unitificated modular unit floor planes and 3 modularized module floor planes including the staircase unit were proposed. However, future study have needed to study how to apply them to different actual sites and how to reduce cost.

  • We propose a task and motion planning algorithm for clearing obstacles and wiping surfaces, which is essential for surface disinfection during the pathogen disinfection process. The proposed task and motion planning algorithm determines task parameters such as grasping pose and placement location during the planning process without using pre-specified or discretized values. Furthermore, to quickly inspect many unit motions, we propose a motion feasibility prediction algorithm consisting of collision checking and an SVM model for inverse mechanics and self-collision prediction. Planning time analysis shows that the feasibility prediction algorithm can significantly increase the planning speed and success rates in situations with multiple obstacles. Finally, we implemented a hierarchical control scheme to enable wiping motion while following a planner-generated joint trajectory. We verified our planning and control framework by conducted an obstacle-clearing and surface wiping experiment in a simulated disinfection environment.

  • The subjects of this study were limited to Silla buddhist temple remains in the 6~8th century, where the excavation survey report was published and the details of the remains of the corridor are revealed. Since the corridor completes the structure of temple and is involved in formation of the space, the building plan for corridors is thought to have an intention linked to the entire temple. Thus, more closer study is required for this construction plan to identify the role of corridors. The corridor is a building that has a low architectural hierarchy and completes the layout and composition of the temple. In the unit planning of the corridor, unit were designed to be of a certain size in the temple layout. Then, the overall scale was made by adding the fixed size of unit. The combination of corridors are the combined points of paths and were used as visual points. The structure of the corridor was constructed to be adjusted according to the size of the main compartment of the building to which it was connected and inserted under the roof of the building. The adjustment of the unit changed in the range of 0.5 to 2 of Silla's system of measurement. The usage of embedded pillar in the corridor presents a new perspective on Silla architecture.

  • Grid serves as an auxiliary instrument that explains design logically and objectively when you designing an interior. But grid is unacceptable to the space which is produced by designer who wants to express a design subjectively. Because grid makes usual and standardized space without flexibility. Changing and developing a fundamental unit with modern touch is going to be a way compensate for the weakpoint Also versatile grid unit can support the designer's subjective intention. This study focuses on the limits of Wright's house which show interior space aestheically through grid planing. In this paper Wright's uniqe interior space pattern will be examined through the selection of some of his works specifically the Prairies and Usonians whose transforming is noticable as Wright house and analysis about formation process of grid planning characteristics and spaces is continued. With all this analysis I'm, going to look over Wright's philosophy and pattern that is usually intended by his grid planning.
