The combined waterproofing method is an excellent method to overcome the disadvantages of the single waterproofing method by composing two or more materials to complement each other, but it is a method that can cause defects such as separation and peeling between materials due to the heterogeneity of the applied two materials. In order to improve this, in this study, we aimed to develop a technology for inducing chemical unification between materials through a urea reaction with a coating material applied on the lower side by laminating a nonwoven fabric treated with a modified amine on the back surface of the sheet material, The adhesion performance test was carried out with the presence or absence of denatured amine treated nonwovens as variables. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the adhesion performance of the specimen to which the modified amin - treated nonwoven fabric was applied was improved by about 60% or more as compared with the specimens not having the denatured amine treated specimen.

Several materials using polymer-portland-cement concrete have developed to have not only strength of attachment with body, but also waterproof function and strong anti-sodium chloride properties. Especially, in case of railway, unlike other public transportation, it is very difficult to doing the repair and reinforcement work of structure during service time. Therefore, the development and study of materials having characteristics of structural strength, unification behavior with body, and resistance of crack are very important. Accordingly, the characteristic of material of polymer based concrete is indicated compared with the experiment and analysis through this study, and suggested application to railway tunnel, bridge, and concrete track structure.

The nature accompanies with natural and ecological truth, worsening living environment without think using of our nature. Now, the sustainable researches to study peculiarities in ecological dwellings considered with nature and the development of human life's quality in housing itself, have been progressing. Also it is needed to show understanding about ecological dwellings in the user participant's consciousness such as, unification thought with nature, circulation thought of substance, and environment friendly thought of the traditional housing. Chose five examples which is applying ecological architectural concept by each Chungbuk, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Gyeongbuk, Gyeonggi district and I investigated change of exterior or interior material, application of ecological system, and etc. With these background, this study will survey cases of ecological dwellings and find peculiar characteristics of ecological dwellings through researching the correlation between the concept in user's consciousness and application method.

People often use haptic experience as a basis for their preference decisions and value judgments, assuming that haptic experience with a product results from the properties of the products. However, research has suggested that unplanned haptic experience, which does not arise from the properties of the product itself, can also influence people's preference and value evaluation (Ackerman, Nocera, & Bargh, 2010). In this study, in order to verify (1) if such unplanned or accidental haptic experience changes user's cognitive tendency and (2) if accidental haptic experience leads to misattribution of the cause of haptic experience, two hypotheses were suggested and empirically investigated. Participants of the experiment were exposed to certain products on a display of a tablet PC and asked to decide on the maximum price they were willing to pay for each product. The products displayed on the screen were made up of either soft material or hard material. Results of the experiment revealed that accidental haptic experience had an effect on participants' value evaluation of products via altering their cognitive inclinations. Possible applicability of accidental haptic experiences that occur in various situations were discussed.

This study was conducted to suggest ideal management system for organic materials. As the performing method of the study, surveyed results on understanding of related persons (organic farmer 846, organic materials manufacture 70 and Organic materials Auditors 7) with eco-friendly farming were used. And the opinion on unintentional pollution source contained in organic materials was surveyed additionally. The issues pointed out by organic farmers on product of organic materials were high price (60% to total), poor efficacy (16%), disorder on distribution system (13%) and containing chemicals as a pesticide (10%). And notification system for organic materials was accepted in general (positive and so so 76%) while most interviewees preferred (89%) unification of certification system dominantly. As unintentional contamination source, pollution on imported row material was indicated as major reason, and other causes were confirmed as insertion during manufacturing process, agricultural by-products using as product additive et al. Based on these surveyed results, authors suggest bellows as considerable methods for effective improvement of management system on organic material. First, establish new integrated certification system which contains standard of quality certification and notification system on organic material. Second, for evaluation of efficacy, apply relative evaluation system of significance such as Duncan's multiple test instead of existing absolute evaluation system. Third, constitute and operate selection of standard comparison subcommittee in organic Agro-materials committee in RDA.

The CISG has been legislated for playing roles as uniform rules which govern international sale of goods. The job of getting unification of the diverse domestic legal systems required almost half century of work. In the process of making the Convention some rules resulted from compromises of nation's relevant interests. The Convention, however, promoted both the legal certainty and harmonization in international trade in that the uniform rules suggest the appropriate resolution to the legal problems in the course of concluding a contract as well as in remedies for breach of contract. This paper focuses systematically on the scope of applicability of the CISG. The Convention deals with contracts for the international sale of goods. However, it does not apply to all kinds of the international sale of goods. The CISG confines the sphere of applicability to a certain type of sales. First of all, the CISG is limited to those contracts having been concluded between a particular group of persons, which is called a personal aspect of applicability. Secondly, the CISG covers a specific category of sales, which is called a material aspect of applicability. Thirdly, the CISG are concluded within a particular period of time, which is called a temporal aspect of applicability. Lastly, the CISG is limited to contracts falling within a given territorial sphere, which is called a territorial aspect of applicability.

T-shirt has changed into advanced and stylish outwear by new paradigm, taste of consumer, awareness of recycling, spread of subculture, DIY culture, refusal of standardization and pursuit of high quality goods, etc. The purpose of this study was to analyze aesthetic characteristics of t-shirt designs that changed into diverse designs in world fashion college since 2000. The method of this study was to analyze documentaries, fashion magazines and internet fashion site. Aesthetic characteristics of t-shirt designs were expressed in deconstruction, mixture, integration and imitation. And each of external expressions and internal meanings was as follows: First, deconstruction was expressed in partial cutwork and three dimensional texture by sewing and construction drape. It means breaking the conventional structure and break-ing the boundary of t-shirt and another item and possibility of multi-vocal analysis. Second, mixture was expressed in collage of diverse ornaments, diverse fabrics and diverse patterns. It means exceeding the limit of material, elaboratenes and high quality of handwork, reflection of self-identity, brand image, fashion trend, consumer's psychology and mind of experimentation and couture. Third, integration was expressed in extension of length, width, use and style. It means unification of functions, deconstruction of items and extension of meanings and images. Forth, imitation was expressed in stain of dye, irregular and ripped sign, cut out, rough warp, drawing and washing, etc. It means subculture, rarity value, monopolization, diversity, familiarity, yearning and uniqueness.

Culture as a source of identity, as Edward Said says, can be a battleground on which various political and ideological causes engage one another. It is not mere individual cultivation or private possession, but a program for social cohesion. Sensitively aware that a national culture should be independent from Europe, Walt Whitman enacts a new form of literature by placing different cultural values against Old World tradition. His interest in autochthonous culture originates from his deep concern about national consciousness. He believes that literary taste directed toward highly-ornamented elite culture is an obstacle to cultural unification of a nation. In order to represent American culture of the common people, Whitman incorporates a lot of cultural material into his poetry. Since he believes that America has many respectable writers at home, he urges people to adjust to their own taste instead of running after foreign authors. Whitman differentiated his poetry from previous literary models by disrupting the established literary norms and reconfiguring cultural values on the basis of American ways of life. In his comment on other poets, he concentrates on the originality and nativity of poetry. By claiming that words have characteristics of nativity, independence, and individuality, he envisions American literature to be distinguished from British literature in literary materials as well as in language. Whitman s language is composed of a vast number of words that can fully portray the nation. He works over language materials in two ways: reterritorialization and deterritorialization. Not only does his literary language become subversive of the established literary language, but also makes it possible to express strength and intensity in feeling.

This study is to examine the types of expression and aesthetic characteristics of on-line game characters by analyzing those game characters' body and their costume that appear in various domestic on-line game sites. It is shown in this study that types of the human bodies and costume expressed through the game characters are grouped into five categories such as exposure and tightness, enlargement and exaggeration, curtailment and simplification, gender stereotype and unification. Furthermore, there are four typical aesthetic characteristics resulting from those types of expressions; First, 'grotesque' is expressed in the form of extreme enlargement and exaggeration, extreme exposure and concealment, combined images among human, animal or machine, or monstrous devilish images. Second, in an effort to express 'eroticism', bodies are directly exposed, see-through costumes are used in order to emphasize the body lines or very tight designs are used. Third, 'futuristic' characteristics are shown through geometrical shape and silhouette, machine-like details, strong artificial colors or glossy hi-tech material. Lastly, 'pastiche' is expressed with reconciliation of variety of costumes of game characters. Various opposite or heterogeneous styles are combined or harmonized each other to show pastiche, of which examples are male and female, superior culture and inferior one, rich and poor, oriental and western, human and machine, human and nature or past and future, etc.
