전자문서교환(EDI, Electronic Data Interchange)은 기업과 기업간에 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터의 통신을 통하여 필요한 거래문서를 구조화된 형식으로 교환하여 업무를 처리하는 방식을 말한다. 그동안 EDI 표준은 북미를 중심으로 한 ANSI X.12를 시작으로, 이에 대웅되는 유럽중심의 UN/CEFACT 표준이 제정되었다. UN/CEFACT로 표준을 통합하기로 합의한 양대 표준은 또 다른 XML환경을 접하게 되었다. ISO TC154에서는 UN/CEFACT전자문서의 XML변환에 관한 논의하게 되었으나 표준으로 권고되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 표준간 연동의 문제를 위하여 본 논문에서는 Speaking Tag방식과 UN/CEFACT Tag방식의 두가지를 제안하며 각각에 대해 변환규칙을 제안한다.

기업간 전자거래가 활성화됨에 따라서 표준 전자문서의 이용이 급속히 증가되고 있으며, 기업간에 교환되는 표준 전자문서의 종류와 형태도 변하고 있다. 초창기에 주로 사용되던 EDI 전자문서를 대신하여, 최근에는 XML전자문서가 활발히 사용되고 있다. 이를 위해 제정된 XML전자문서 프레임워크표준들은 대부분 기본적인 구문 규칙과 메시징, 그리고 표준문서에 대해서만 규정하고 있어서, 새로운 표준 전자문서 개발에서 효율성과 효과성을 확보하기가 어려웠다. 국제적 EDI 표준인 UN/EDIFACT 개발 경험을 반영하여, UN/CEFACT에서는 전자문서를 구성하는 데이터 항목을 컴포넌트로 만들어 전자문서를 개발할 때 재활용할 수 있는 방법론과 라이브러리를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법론과 라이브러리를 적용하여 전자문서를 개발하고 활용하기 위해서는 추가적인 많은 노력이 요구된다. 이를 개선하기 위하여, 이 논문에서는 UN/CEFACT의 표준 전자문서 제출 양식을 중심으로 등록저장소의 각종 자원을 재활용할 수 있고, 다양한 양식간의 자동화된 변환을 지원하는 시스템을 제안한다.

China and South Korea have effectively reached a free trade agreement. The deal now faces legal and parliament reviews in the two countries. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with UN / CEFACT electronic documents. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, Two kinds of translation rules is proposed for exchanging to UN / CEFACT Tag smoothly. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard. Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international transactions, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce. The agreement with South Korea will be China's ninth bilateral FTA.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)는 빠른 정보 제공, 문서 작업 감소, 원활한 정보교환, 고객 서비스 향상 등의 장점을 지니고 있어 수년간 기업 활동을 지원하는 수단으로 널리 활용되어 왔다. 하지만 최근 인터넷을 통해 e-비즈니스 환경이 구현됨에 따라 EDI는 e-비즈니스를 수행하는 문서양식과 서식, 문서내용, 비즈니스 프로세스, 문서 처리방법 및 표현방법 등을 포함하는 정보활동의 총체적 개념인 ebXML(electronic business eXtensibleMarkup Language) 프레임워크(Framework)로 변화해 가고 있다. 이러한 ebXML 프레임워크를 산업에 적용하기 위해서는 비즈니스 프로세스(BP)나 핵심 컴포넌트(CC), 협력규약 프로필(CPP), 협력규약 합의(CPA)를 등록하는 등록저장소, 메세징 시스템 등이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 타 산업에 비해 상대적으로 EDI를 많이 사용하고 있는 항만물류산업을 대상으로 EDI 시스템의 현황 및 문제점과 업무 프로세스를 분석하였다. 업무 프로세스 분석을 통해 ebXML프레임워크의 핵심요소인 등록저장소에 등록될 비즈니스 프로세스를 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론(UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology)을 사용하여 정의하고 모델링 하였다. 본 연구에서는 ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업에 적용하기 위해 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론에 따라 협업(Business Collaborations), 트랜잭션(Business Transactions), 문서흐름(Business Document Flows), 구성법(Choreography), 패턴(Pattem) 등을 UML(Unified Modeling Lanfuage)로 표현하였으며, 본 연구결과를 통하여 ebXML 프레임워크를 타 산업에 적용할 수 있는 메타방안을 제시하고 있으며, 항만물류산업에 속한 개별기업에서 실제 시스템을 구현할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 목적으로 하고 있다.

Within the United Nations framework of the Economic and Social Council, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) serves as the focal point for trade facilitation recommendations and electronic business standards, covering both commercial and government business processes that can foster growth in international trade and related services. Accordingly United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) was established, as a subsidiary, intergovernmental body of the UNECE Committee on Trade, mandated to develop a program of work of global relevance to achieve improved worldwide coordination and cooperation in these areas. Domestic development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.

In this paper, we propose an efficient internet-based logistics brokerage concept which can overcome the weakness of the traditional off-line method to intermediate between vehicle owners and shippers for matching empty vehicles and freights. For defining a business model based on the new concept and implementing an information system, it is necessary to analyze the business process for the internet-based logistics brokerage using a modeling methodology. In this paper, we analyze the logistics brokerage process using the UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology (UMM) being utilized as a standard modeling methodology in the area of electronic commerce. After analyzing the business process, we can expect that the UMM can be used as a useful tool for modeling the business process of electronic commerce in which the description of the collaborative work is very important.

국내 물류 환경이 점차 글로벌 물류로 변화됨에 따라 업무 처리에 다양한 물류 주체들이 참여하고, 화물은 컨테이너에 포장되어 여러 단계를 거쳐 수화인에게 전달된다. 또한 화물 배송 과정 중간에 화물이 손상되거나 유실될 가능성이 크다. 이 때문에 송화인과 수화인을 비롯한 여러 물류 주체들에게 있어서 수출입 화물에 대한 흐름의 파악은 매우 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 하지만 현실적으로는 여러 가지 문제로 인해 화물이 전달되는 과정을 일관되게 추적하는 것은 매우 어려운 실정이다. 그 원인은 화물과 정보 흐름이 일치하지 않는다는 것과 업무자동화 측면에서 표준 정보 및 프로세스가 아니어서 물류 주체 간 데이터 연동이 어렵다는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 화물 추적 업무에 있어서 단일화되고 통합된 비즈니스 협업을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하고, 그 결과를 이용해 표준 데이터를 정의하고자 한다. 개발된 프로세스 모델과 표준 데이터는 국제적으로 상호운용성을 지원할 수 있도록 하였다.

ebXML은 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS가 주축으로 제정한 전자상거래 국제 표준으로 모든 거래 당사자들에서 상호운용 적이며 안전하고 일관성 있는 방법으로 XML 기반의 인프라(infrastructure)를 제공하여 글로벌 e-비즈니스가 가능하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ebXML 레지스트리는 거래대상자들의 비즈니스 정보들을 저장하는 저장소를 가지며, 클라이언트가 이 저장된 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 다양한 레지스트리 서비스를 제공한다. 이러한 레지스트리 서비스들은 ebXML 레지스트리 정보 모델(RIM)에 정의된 구조를 따르기 때문에, 하부 데이터베이스 시스템에 따라 서비스들을 처리하는 방법 이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 관계형 데이터베이스를 기반으로 ebXML 레지스트리 서버 구현 방법을 제안한다.
