This paper presents a novel method to design and implement mobile u-health system by defining the essential elements of mobile healthcare services. We choose common service elements for the proposed u-healthcare scheme and design the service platform. Especially we focus on automatic feces or urine sensing u-care scheme to prove the effectiveness of our platform. We construct the system with sensing part with a manikin and a diaper wireless communication part with feces or urine sensing data, and coordinator system based on the u-health platform defined in this paper. Experimental results show that our scheme is useful in the area of u-care service for the handicapped, the elderly, and patients who can hardly move by themselves. In addition the designed scheme offers a realized u-care scheme with the purpose of advanced developing tools for application or service developers.

제안된 u-health 서비스 플랫폼은 바이오 데이터 채집과 저장, 그리고 바이오 데이터 분석 및 결과 통보의 일련의 과정을 모바일u-health 서비스 프로세스로 해석하였다. 모바일 환경에서 건강관리 시스템 구축을 지원하는 서비스 플랫폼은 모바일 u-health 응용 서비스를 쉽게 탑재하여 운영할 수 있도록 설계 되었으며, 서비스 플랫폼의 효용성 및 유용성을 고려함으로써 u-health 사용 서비스의 기틀을 마련하였다.

u-City 운영의 중심 역할을 담당하는 통합운영플랫폼은 유무선 통신망, 센서망을 연결하여 각종 센서 및 장치들을 수용하고, 다양한 정보를 통합적으로 수집 및 분석하며, 각종 인프라 요소들을 지능적으로 관제 운영한다. 본 연구에서는 u-City에서 통합운영플랫폼이 제공해야 할 서비스들을 공통응용 서비스, 운용관리 서비스 및 플랫폼 게이트웨이 서비스로 구분하고 각 서비스에 대한 세부 기능을 구성하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 구성된 세부 기능들은 상호간 정보 흐름 및 역할 정립을 통해 통합운영플랫폼의 서비스 기능을 명확히 할 것이며, 향후 서비스 기능 추가 및 수정에 따른 통합운영플랫폼의 기능 구성 참조 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

USM(Unit Service Management System) is the development tool and methodology to handling the event process in a U-City integrated platform by using the minimum unit services. USM can be one of the SOA development methodology. Minimum unit service has a minimum business logic that can be executed with input and output parameters. Minimum unit service consists of three parts : service profile, service input and output parameters and service execution information. USM provides two types of the execution method. One is module execution and the other is web service execution. The development of the event sinario by the USM development methodology can reduce the cost and duration of the u-service development by raising the rate of reusing minimum unit service.

전 세계적으로 인구 고령화와 만성질환의 증가로 건강관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 ICT기술의 발달로 인하여 유헬스 서비스가 증가하고 있다. 기존의 유헬스 서비스는 상담을 통한 서비스나 건강정보의 모니터링만을 제공하여 심혈관질환등의 만성질환자를 예방하거나 관리하는 것에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 유헬스 플랫폼 기반의 상황정보를 활용한 건강관리 서비스 모델를 제안한다. 제안하는 서비스 모델은 유헬스 플랫폼 환경에서 임상정보 및 날씨 등의 상황 정보를 활용하여 건강 모니터링 및 운동, 식이 서비스를 제공한다. 제공하는 서비스는 외부콘텐츠 제공자의 DB를 사용하는 전문적인 서비스이다. 또한, 의사는 모니터링 서비스를 이용하여 질환자에게 권고정보를 제공할 수 있다. 제안하는 서비스 모델은 서비스 대상자에게 유헬스 플랫폼 환경에서 상황정보를 활용한 효과적인 서비스를 제공하여 만성질환자의 건강증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

유비쿼터스 도시의 개념이 등장하면서 도시 관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. GIS는 도시를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기반이며 u-City 구축사업에 있어 필수적인 기술이다. 시민의 삶의 질 향상을 목표로 하는 u-City는 공공서비스를 중심으로 발전된 IT기술과 접목되어 다양한 서비스의 제공을 시도하고 있으며 기술의 진화에 따라 더 많은 서비스를 추가로 적용할 예정이다. 이러한 추가 서비스가 쉽게 개발되어 더 많은 양질의 서비스를 시민에게 제공할 수 있게 하며 유기적인 정보공유 환경을 제공하는 것이 u-City 통합운영플랫폼이다. 이러한 통합운영플랫폼에 u-City 서비스를 위한 GIS 요구 기능을 정의하고 공통 구현이 가능한 기능들을 통합하여 제공한다면 보다 효율적인 도시 관리를 실현할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 u-City 서비스를 위해 구축되는 통합운영플랫폼들에 적용되고 있는 GIS 요구 기능을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 실제 u-City 서비스 중가로등관리 및 화재감시에 대한 GIS 모듈을 구현하였으며 이의 서비스 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 통합운영플랫폼의 GIS 공통 기능 적용에 대한 활용성 검증을 수행하였다.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

만성질환자가 증가함에 따라서 유헬스 서비스는 특정 질병의 치료 및 관리에서 서비스 대상자에 대한 행동수정기반의 예방서비스로 진화하고 있다. 기존의 유헬스 서비스는 원격진료나 상담을 통한 서비스나 생체정보의 모니터링만을 제공하여 대사증후군 등 만성질환자를 예방하거나 관리하는 것에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 만성질환자의 건강관리를 위한 멀티플랫폼 기반의 유헬스 서비스 모델를 제안한다. 멀티플랫폼 기반의 유헬스 서비스는 PC와 스마트폰을 통하여 사용자의 위치와 제한없이 지속적으로 건강 정보 및 식이, 운동에 대한 서비스가 가능하다. 또한 임상정보를 바탕으로 CDS(Clinical Decision Support) 모듈을 활용한 처방 서비스를 의사와 간호사에게 제공한다. 의사는 행동수정 프로그램을 통해 서비스 대상자의 생활패턴을 파악하고 맞춤화된 서비스의 제공이 가능하다. 본 유헬스 서비스 모델은 서비스 대상자에게 멀티플랫폼 환경에서 효과적인 서비스를 제공하여 만성질환자의 건강증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 웹 2.0의 서비스들이 사용자의 적극적인 참여를 통해 발전해가며 기존 공급자 위주의 수동적인 서비스와 차별화되듯이 국토정보 분야에서도 공급자 위주의 정적인 서비스는 사용자 참여가 가능한 동적인 지리공간 웹(Geoweb) 서비스로 발전되고 있다. 또한 공공과 민간에 산재되어 있는 데이터와 기능들을 통합하여 다양한 서비스를 개발하며, 이들의 통합 및 확장 자체를 보다 쉽게 해주고, 급변하는 지리공간 웹 환경에 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 하기 위한 기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지리공간 웹 분야의 다양한 국토정보 데이터 및 서비스 통합과 관련한 기술동향을 고찰하고, 개방형 인터페이스의 국토정보 서비스 플랫폼 기술 개발을 수행하였다. 그 결과 개방형 인터페이스의 2D/3D 지도 서비스 엔진, 사용자 참여형 매쉬업 엔진 및 Open API(Application Programming Interface) 통합 검색 엔진 등 플랫폼의 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 개방형 인터페이스의 국토정보 서비스 플랫폼은 공공/민간 GIS(Geographic Information System) 통합, u-City 사업, 민간 GIS/LBS(Location Based Service) 서비스 등 다양한 분야에서 공통의 기반 플랫폼으로 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
