  • Recently, the university environment has been changed faster than before. It has based on university environment and IT infrastructure. Especially, most of local university has devised development plan such as improving the image and competitive power of campus. Digital, Electronic and Mobile Campus has increased the importance as people realize that the use of technology can improve the learning process. U-Campus of latest IT Technology need a service environment of which the practical use is possible through IT analysis of the members. For example u-campus setup of mobile offers the convenience to the members. We expected thing to use much, even though actual condition investigation about IT environment of the user is insufficient. The inconvenience of mobile could not be activated to the service for proactive use. The importance became the result about u-campus service setup of a company and university center. This service environment cannot offer specific information of center members for which the service implements. In this paper, we studied about members centralized u-campus model through u-recruit, campus information mobile service on university.

  • An assessment of Kuwait's commercial fish stocks: hamoor (Epinephelus tauvina), zobaidy (Pampus argenteus), nakroor (Pomadasys argenteus) and sheiry (Lethrinus nebulosus), was conducted using length-frequency data, mean growth and mortality estimates obtained during 1981$\~$1988. The length-cohort analysis indicated that increases in fishing effort would not lead to long-term gains in yield of the stocks at the current estimate of natural mortality rate (M). At high M which was assumed arbitrarily, some benefit in yield could be obtained, especially for hamoor and sheiry. At low M, the yield of all stocks decreased with increased fishing effort. Increases in fishing effort resulted in significant dec-line in spawning stock size for all the stocks. Yield-per-recruit analysis indicated that, un-der low M assumption, a higher yield can be obtained for zobaidy and nakroor by reducing fishing effort. At moderate M, decreases in fishing effort brought gains in yield per recruit of the stocks, but it was not substantial compared with the present level of M. At high M, most of the stocks reached the maximum yield-per-recruit. Overall, increased fishing effort either will not be associated with large long-term gains in yield or, in some stocks, might cause a decline from the present level.

  • University environment on campus has been changed faster than before in today. Especially, they have devised middle & long-term development plans such as improving the image of campus and increasing campus competitive power to overcome difficulties in campus management. Therefore, many of those have made every effort to provide convenient university services for campus students and to improve the image of campus through building a Ubiquitous-Campus. But existing systems of a Ubiquitous-Campus have not understood actual conditions of IT (Information Technology) for campus students or not provided basic environment to analyze actual conditions of efficient using the system, expectations of the following people about a Ubiquitous-Campus is getting higher md higher though. Must become technology base ubiquitous campus construction, and is real erudition that ubiquitous campus model who can utilize substantially through service construction that is required newly with student's IT infra practical use analysis hereupon such as is required to solve these problems, But there is a limitation on designing the model in rapidly changed university environment on campus. In this paper, we studied about a Students Centralized Ubiquitous Campus model through U-Learning, U-Recruit, U-Printer, and personal information history service which are based on data warehouse for students analysis which is a key point element of building a Ubiquitous Campus.

  • Nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD) is both a quality control mechanism and a gene regulation pathway. It has been studied for more than 30 years, with an accumulation of many mechanistic details that have often led to debate and hence to different models of NMD activation, particularly in higher eukaryotes. Two models seem to be opposed, since the first requires intervention of the exon junction complex (EJC) to recruit NMD factors downstream of the premature termination codon (PTC), whereas the second involves an EJC-independent mechanism in which NMD factors concentrate in the 3'UTR to initiate NMD in the presence of a PTC. In this review we describe both models, giving recent molecular details and providing experimental arguments supporting one or the other model. In the end it is certainly possible to imagine that these two mechanisms co-exist, rather than viewing them as mutually exclusive.

  • Today, many universities are progressing research of ubiquitous campus for discrimination and the part universities constructed ubiquitous campus with telecommunication company. It is applied with campus service. But, Currently ubiquitous campus environment has two weakness. First one is Non-practicality cause of Not enough supplying related device for using service to student. And the other one is that can't support Student Oriented Service. In this paper, We studied on model that tan analysis ubiquitous utilization of student and can be Student Oriented Service. To resolve this, we realized practical service via analysis of User IT Infra.

  • Intertidal community recovery and resilience were investigated with quantitative and qualitative perspectives as a function of disturbance timing. The study was conducted in a lower intertidal rock bed of the southern coast of South Korea. Six replicates of artificial disturbance of a $50cm{\times}50cm$ area were made by clearing all visible organisms on the rocky substrate in four seasons. Each of the seasonally cleared plots was monitored until the percent cover data reached the control plot level. There was a significant difference among disturbance timing during the recovery process in terms of speed and community components. After disturbances occurred, Ulva pertusa selectively preoccupied empty spaces quickly (in 2-4 months) and strongly (50-90%) in all plots except for the summer plots where non-Ulva species dominated throughout the recovery period. U. pertusa acted as a very important biological variable that determined the quantitative and qualitative recovery capability of a community. The qualitative recovery of communities was rapid in summer plots where U. pertusa did not recruit and the community recovery rate was the lowest in winter plots where U. pertusa was highly recruited with a long duration of distribution. In this study, U. pertusa was a pioneer species while being a dominant species and acted as a clearly negative element in the process of qualitative recovery after disturbance. However, the negative effect of U. pertusa did not occur in summer plots, indicating that disturbance timing should be considered as a parameter in understanding intertidal community resilience in temperate regions with four distinct seasons.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of meridian massage on menopausal symptoms and Shin-Hur in middle-aged menopausal women. Method: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pre-post experimental design. The subjects of the study were middle-aged women who had had no menstruation in the last 12 months after the last menstrual bleeding. Cards of invitation on bulletin boards of several apartments were placed to recruit the subjects. The cards of invitation included: purpose of the study, eligibility criteria, method and period. Eighteen women in the experimental group and 16 women in the control group were conveniently assigned, respectively. The experimental group received 20 min meridian massage 3 times per week for 4 weeks. The menopausal symptoms and Shin-hur were measured and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed with the SPSS program by Fisher's exact test, Wilcoxon Sign Rank test, Mann Whitney U-test and Spearman's rank correlation. Result: The experimental group showed a significant decrease of menopausal symptoms (U=77.00, p=.020) and Shin-Hur (U=76.00, p=.017). There was a significantly positive correlation between menopausal symptoms and Shin-Hur (r=.497, p=.003). Conclusion: Meridian massage was effective in improving menopausal symptoms and Shin-Hur in middle-aged menopausal women. Thus it can be useful as a nursing intervention for menopausal women.
