In order to achieve the study goal, the data were obtained from frontline employees(Rooms division, F&B division) working in the 5-star hotels. And the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis were undertaken using SPSS(18.0). The results showed that gender, age and employment type were not significant factors to generate differences on awareness about corporate social responsibility. But the higher educated employee was likely to perceive the awareness about corporate social responsibility better. Employee's innovative behavior varied on all of gender, age, education level and employment type. In other words, employee who is male, in the older age group, in the higher educated level and the full-time position tends to do more innovative behavior. • Traffic congestion has become severe in large metropolitan areas by the travel behavior of employees as the low rate of vehicle occupancy and the high rate of Private auto using. In order to relieve traffic congestion, central and local government plan to implement diverse transportation demand management strategies. The governments want to know what employment types and locations in different metropolitan areas lead to the highest rate of vehicle occupancy and Private auto use. This study suggest that in large metropolitan areas, the employment locations of urban and suburban as well as the employment type of service show low vehicle occupancy. In medium metropolitan sizes. low vehicle occupancies are observed in service employment as well as in the employment locations of CBD. CBD fringe. In small metropolitan areas, a low rate of vehicle occupancy exists in service employment as well as in the employment locations of urban and suburban areas. • This study analyzes factors of the influence of university start-up education and start-up support on the employment rate. For this purpose, we study prior research on university factors that affect the employment rate. we add university startup education & support to the university factors that are the type of university establishment and the university location, affecting the employment rate. The information of start-up education and start-up support is derived from the university disclosure information. In the start-up education, the number of participants in the start-up lecture, the number of participants in the start-up club, the number of participants in the start-up competition, the number of participants in the start-up camp and in the start-up support, the number of dedicated faculty members for start-up support, and the start-up training budget are added. The research model is empirically analyzed with 118 universities, excluding special purpose universities and universities with less than 1,000 graduates as a national 4-year university. Empirical analysis shows that the type of university establishment has a positive effect on the employment rate, and the university location has a positive effect on the employment rate. Among the factors of start-up education and start-up support, the number of participants in entrepreneurship courses is found to have a positive effect on the employment rate. In addition, although the number of participants in the start-up camp don't have a positive effect on the employment rate, it is found that the significance level p=0.070. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, academic and policy implications are presented.

  • South Korea will soon be a super-aged society, as more than 20.6% of its population will be 65 years and older by 2025. As of 2022, 17.5% of the total population in South Korea is 65 years and older, which exceeds the set threshold for an aged society, where more than 14% of the population is 65 years and older. The proportion of older subway construction workers has increased. Aging workers and their work stress negatively impact their workability. A previous study demonstrated that the stress index measured using the uBioMacpa measurement device (Macpa stress index) had a significant correlation with work stress in South Korea. The device tests vascular health and measures stress levels via Macpa signal analysis. In this study, the pulse waves of subway construction workers were measured using uBioMacpa to identify their stress levels. The stress levels were analyzed by age, years of service, job position, employment type, and work type. Herein, these statistics could not be easily represented by a normal distribution; therefore, the Kruskal-Wallis test, a nonparametric statistical method, was used for the analysis of data. The results showed that age, job position, employment type, and working type affected the Macpa stress index and the stress levels of workers increased with age. In terms of job position, technical engineers were more stressed than other workers because of their poor working environment. In terms of employment type, daily-wage workers were more stressed than other workers. In terms of working type, tunneling, waterproofing, and construction scored the highest Macpa stress indexes without any significant difference, whereas earthworks scored the lowest. Based on the analysis of Macpa stress index, safety and health management plans were proposed to reduce the stress levels of workers. Moreover, a manual for efficient stress management must be developed for subway construction workers.

Other previous studies are concerned with the panel attrition in the early wave, but this study classifies the response pattern and investigates some factors that influence panel attrition when the panel tends to stabilize. It was revealed that panel attrition was influenced by relocation and housing type through the logit model. Besides it was appeared that panel attrition was affected by the monthly living expenses and the overall household income through the decision tree.

And the sustainable conditions of SEP were confirmed. This study was conducted with one market-type SEP approved by the Korea Elderly Labor Force Development Institute (KLFDI), one preliminary social enterprise approved by Changwon City Hall, and one market-type SEP operated by a social welfare center for the elderly. As a result of the study, it was found that EROI, SROI, and BROI were the highest in the SEP of preliminary social enterprises operated by subsidies in Changwon. However, the difference between EROI and SROI was greatest in the market-type SEP operated by the elderly social welfare center. There was a big difference between economic and social impacts. The social influence of the elderly was evaluated to be higher than the income of the elderly.
