확장된 네트워크기법을 이용한 정유압 기계식 번속장치의 동력전달 특성해석 (Analysis of Power Transmission Characteristics for Hydro-mechanical Transmission Using Extended Tetwork theory)

  • In this paper. a network theory for generaltransmission systme was extended considering the direction of power flow. Also, a modified network model was suggested for a node with 4 shafts in order to verify the power flow. Based on the extended network theory, a simulation program was developed to analyze a hydro-mecaanical tranmission(HMT) system consistion of two hydrostatic pump motors, severeal planetary gear trains steer differential gear. The simulation result showed that the extendednotwork analysis program develped can predict the power circulation as well as the magnitude of torque and speed for each transmission element and can be used design tool for genaral power transmission system.

내장기어허브를 이용한 자전거 자동변속장치의 개발 (The Development of the Automatic Transmission for Bicycle Using Internally Geared Hub)

  • 본 논문에서는 실제 자전거 주행에 적용 가능한 자동변속장치를 개발하기 위하여 자전거용 변속장치 중 내장기어허브를 이용하여 자전거 자동변속장치를 개발하였다. 개발된 자동변속장치는 주행 중 페달rpm과 주행속도를 측정하여 자동변속을 수행하며, 최대심박수의 ~80% 부근에서 ~150W정도의 주행출력을 낼 수 있는 일반적인 이용자가 사용가능하도록 개발되었다. 서울시 한강변 자전거 주행로의 경사를 구현한 실내주행 실험결과 자동변속장치는 자전거 주행시 이용자의 페달rpm을 적정한 수준에서 유지하도록 변속을 수행하였으며, 자전거 이용이 서투른 이용자도 적정한 페달rpm을 유지하며 주행할 수 있었다.

  • This study was carried out about the design and the performance study of propulsion system for Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The propulsion system was studied to two parts the formation of power transmission and the performance of traction system base on Korean-TGV. For maximum operating speed of 350km/h at Seoul-Pusan high speed line, the power of train should be have the remaining acceleration of 0.058m/s/s and the slopeability of 6%o. This performance study of propulsion system would be continued for defining of adhesion factor, friction factor and aerodynamic factor assumed to analysis and simulation.

제어기강성이 로봇관절의 진동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Controller Stiffness on the Vibration of Robot Joints)

  • With the prevalent use of robot, the interests in moving speed of robot have been increasing for the purpose of upgrading performance of production. But the faster robot manipulator moves, the worse working accuracies are. And mechanical vibration is more and more serious with the increment of the moving speed of robot. So, the study on the cause and control method of robot vibration is one of the points of issue in robotics. This paper focuses on the vibration of 3 DOF parallel link drive mechanism robot. We assume that links of robot manipulator are `rigid' and joints are `flexible elements'. Governing equations of robot system including controller, servo amplifier, D.C servo motor, transmission with elasticity, and manipulator dynamics are derived. On the basis of modelling, we define `controller stiffness' by the proportional gain of controller and `stiffness of transmission'. Numerical and experimental research is performed to study vibration phenomena of robot induced from the variation of these two defined stiffnesses, and its results are shown.

Strength analysis of mechanical transmission using equivalent torque of plow tillage of an 82 kW-class tractor

  • The power-train is the most important component of an agricultural tractor. In this study, the strength of the driving gear transmission of an 82 kW-class tractor was analyzed using equivalent torque during plow tillage. The load measurement system consisted of an engine revolution speed sensor, torque-meters, revolution speed sensors for four axles, and pressure sensors for two hydraulic pumps. The load data were measured during plow tillage for four speed stages: F2 (2.78 km/h), F5 (5.35 km/h), F7 (7.98 km/h), and F8 (9.75 km/h). Aspects of the gear-strength such as bending stress, contact stress, and safety factors were analyzed under two torque conditions: the equivalent torque at the highest plow load for the F8 speed stage and the maximum engine torque. The simulation results using KISSsoft showed that the maximum engine torque conditions had a lower safety factor than did the highest equivalent torque condition. The bending safety factors were > 1 at all gear stages, indicating that gear breakage did not occur under actual measured operating conditions, nor under the maximum torque conditions. However, the equivalent torque condition in the contact stress safety factor was > 1, and the maximum torque condition was < 1 at the first gear pair. The method of analysis using the equivalent torque showed lower stress and higher safety factor than did the method using maximum torque. Therefore, when designing a tractor by applying actual working torque, equivalent torque method would support more reliable product development.

비접촉 동력 전달을 위한 마그네트 기어 기반 감속기의 속도 제어에 관한 연구 (Speed Control Of The Magnet Gear-Based Speed Reducer For Non-contact Power Transmission)

  • 마그네트 기어를 이용하면 기계적인 접촉없이 동력을 전달할 수 있다. 마그네트 기어 기반 감속 시스템에서 종동축은 구동축으로부터 분리되어있기 때문에 시스템은 제한된 공극 강성으로 부하 변화에 대응해야하는 2관성 공진 시스템이다. 종동축 즉, 저속측은 구동축 인가 토크만으로 제어되고 갑작스런 외란에 따라 일반적인 기계식 기어 시스템과 달리 과도한 진동이나 슬립이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 저속측에 인가되는 부하 등의 외란은 실시간으로 측정되거나 추정되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 고조파 조절기 일체형 마그네트 기어를 이용한 감속 시스템의 저속측 속도 제어를 위한 전상태 되먹임 제어기를 제안하고 이를 전산 모의 시험과 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 저속측 부하를 추정하기 위해 새로운 상태변수를 도입하여 관측기를 설계하였으며 이를 기반으로 하는 전상태 제어기를 통한 외란에 대한 강건성은 2자유도 PI 속도 제어기와 비교하였다. 상대적으로 짧은 시간안에 극의 슬립이 보정되는 것을 확인하였으며 추정된 변수는 실제 측정 결과와 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 마그네트 기어 감속기의 서보 시스템으로의 응용 가능성을 담보해주는 결과인 것으로 판단된다.

  • A Dual Mass Flywheel system is a evolution to the reduction of torsional vibration and impact noise occuring in powertrain when a vehicle is eit-her moving or idling. The name already explains what it is : The mass of the conventional single mass flywheel is divided. One section continues to belong to the mass moment of inertia of the engine-side. The ot-her section increass the mass moment of inertia of the transmission-side. The two masses are connected via a spring /damping system. This reduces the speed at which the dreaded resonance occurs to below idle speed. Since 1984 Dual Mass Flywheel has been de-veloped again and again. But the prosidures of de-velopment of D.M.F system didn't have had differe-nce from conventional clutch system's trial and err-or This paper presents the method for systematical design of D.M.F system with demensionless design variables of D.M.F system mass ratio between two flywheels λ. natual frequency rate of two flywheel s, ${\gamma}$and viscosity coefficient ζ. And experimental re-sults are used to prove these theoretical results.

  • In this paper, the equations of motion about vehicle, powertrain and brake system were derived. The vehicle has eight degrees of freedom with nonlinear tire model and the powertrain has two degrees of freedom containing engine, torque converter and four speed automatic transmission. The brake system has two states about front and rear brake line pressures. The transient tire model with first order time lag is also subjoined for low speed or stop-and-go simulation. The modeling was derived considering two points - the fidelity and the simplicity. The simulation using this model is similar with real vehicle dynamic behavior and the model is made as simple as possible far fast simulation. It is validated that the derived vehicle model can be applicable to the real time simulation.

High-speed Satellite ATM Experimentations and Demonstrations using Ka-band Koreasat-3

  • In this paper, we present the experimentation and demonstration results of Korea-Japan high-speed satellite ATM network using Ka-band Koreasat-3. This experimentation consists of two items - TCP/IP and MPEG-2 video/audio transmission over 155Mbps ATM based satellite network. The goals of this experimentation are to measure TCP performance when the only standard mechanisms approved by IETF in order to improve TCP performance in LFN(long fat network) are used and to derive the effects of quality for the high definition video stream when MPEG-2 TS is transmitted through 155Mbps satellite ATM link. With on the results of the experiments, we demonstrated the applications suitable to the high-speed satellite ATM network. The first TCP/IP and MPEG-2 transmission experiments were done at the rate of 155Mbps using Ka-band KOREASAT-3 between Korea and Japan, and its results will be demonstrated with the ATM-based 3D-HDV(3 dimensional High definition video) and HDTV during 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup Soccer Game.

고속철도의 역사형식에 따른 철도소음의 실내 전달특성 분석 (Analyses of the Railway Noise Transmission Characteristics of the Rooms in High-speed Train Stations Depending on Building Types)

  • 철도기술의 발달에 따라 열차의 주행속도는 점차 증가하였으며 최근에 들어 400 km/h 이상의 초고속열차가 등장하기에 이르렀다. 최근 우리나라에서도 열차의 주행속도를 300 km/h에서 350 km/h 이상으로 증가시키려고 했으나 주행 시 소음 및 진동의 문제가 발생할 우려가 있어서 현실화되지 못하고 있다. 그러나 고속열차의 주행속도가 증가함에 따라 소음 진동이 증가되는 피해가 우려되며 그 중에서도 철도 역사는 고속열차의 정차 및 통과시에 열차와 가장 근거리에 위치한 건축물로써 열차소음에 의한 사용자의 피해가 가장 크게 발생한다. 소음의 피해는 고속철도 역사의 건축방식에 따라 다를 것으로 예상되며 본 연구에서는 지하역과 선하역 2종류, 지상역, 선상역 등 총 5가지의 역사형식의 고속철도 역사를 대상으로 소음분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 고속열차의 속도 증가에 따른 역사의 실내 소음 을 예측하고 실내 허용 소음기준(Noise Criteria, NC)과 비교 분석하여 적정성을 평가하였다. 또한 차음성능 예측 공식 및 컴퓨터 프로그램을 활용하여 건축 부위별 마감재의 차음성능을 계산하였다. 최종적으로 마감재 변경을 통해 역사시설의 소음환경이 적정 실내허용소음을 만족할 수 있도록 개선하는 일련의 과정을 도출하고자 한다.
