Design a Method Enhancing Recommendation Accuracy Using Trust Cluster from Large and Complex Information (대규모 복잡 정보에서 신뢰 클러스터를 이용한 추천 정확도 향상기법 설계)

  • Recently, with the development of ICT technology and the rapid spread of smart devices, a huge amount of information is being generated. The recommendation system has helped the informant to judge the information from the information overload, and it has become a solution for the information provider to increase the profit of the company and the publicity effect of the company. Recommendation systems can be implemented in various approaches, but social information is presented as a way to improve performance. However, no research has been done to utilize trust cluster information among users in the recommendation system. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the performance of the recommendation system by using the influence between the intra-cluster objects and the information between the trustor-trustee in the cluster generated in the online review. Experiments using the proposed method and real data have confirmed that the prediction accuracy is improved than the existing methods.

  • In this study has been suggested on the basis of the Court of Audit's report on trade insurance issues presented and the Export Credit Guarantee Insurance Improvement. First, the improvement insurance underwriting standards and come up with measures to improve the soundness of the insurance fund trading. In order to do this, (1) warranty for a lower credit companies strengthen underwriting standards, (2) raise short-term solvency and the accuracy of financial statements Review criteria Borrowings calculated based, (3) trustee companies Warranty Terms for improvement, (4) for closure of businesses quickly take measures of bond conservation measures. Second, through improved risk management measures to strengthen risk management for export credit guarantees are to be provided.

  • The increase of electronic commerce leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of researches on payment system. Recently many researches on a system which provides anonymity in order to protect user\`s privacy have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by anonymity control system. This thesis will include the following. First, I want to analyze the old scheme related to divisible and examine general ideas of anonymity control. Second, I propose a new blind signature in addition to KCDSA, the standard digital signature in Korea. The last one I want to propose is a new electronic cash system with the divisible for more efficient use of electronic cash which can control anonymity with the help of trustee.

  • 'gender' means sex in a social sense and 'sex'is more close to the concept of that discussed in biological light. 'Gender is more adequate word in expressing gender equality of both sexes than 'sex'that gives us discriminating impression and implies tout we should actualize equality between both sexes in all field of social activities. Though more and more women have been advanced into the job that was once regarded as a men only-area and the concrete list of iou for men and women has been changed in the process of job structure transition, women stiff take full charge of all kind of houseworks so they're still under the double torture of housework and their job. Most of the job in which men used to engaged in the past is now mechanized. and we can't deny that modern technology triggered women's participation in public affairs by helping them to lead comfortable family life without any assistant or trustee for housework. Under these trend of our times, we made an attempt to look into design mainly from the standpoint of women by raising the issue of correlation between women's labor in society and houseworks in the hope that current design and changes into one that can rejects women's position and allows them independent choice in the field involved with our real life.

  • The public survey performance review conducted by the Spatial Information Quality Management Institute is conducted at the screening rate in accordance with the regulations, and the examiner directly judges the overall trend of the submitted performance based on the extracted sample. However, the evaluation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the evaluation trustee shall be specified by random extraction (Random Collection) is specified by the sample. In this study, it analyzed the details of the actual site and analyzed through securing actual performance review data. In addition, we analyzed considerations according to various field conditions and studied ways to apply the public survey performance review sampling algorithm. Therefore, detailed sampling criteria analysis by performance reviewers is necessary. A relative comparison was made feasible by comparing the data for which the real performance evaluation was performed with the outcomes of the Python automation program. This automation program is expected to be employed as a foundation program for the automated application of public survey performance evaluation sampling in the future.

The Role of Control Transparency and Outcome Feedback on Security Protection in Online Banking (계좌 이용 과정과 결과의 투명성이 온라인 뱅킹 이용자의 보안 인식에 미치는 영향)

  • Fostering trusting belief in financial transactions is a challenging task in Internet banking services. Authenticated Certificate had been regarded as an effective method to guarantee the trusting belief for online transactions. However, previous research claimed that this method has some loopholes for such abusers as hackers, who intend to attack the financial accounts of innocent transactors in Internet. Two types of methods have been suggested as alternatives for securing user identification and activity in online financial services. Control transparency uses information over the transaction process to verify and to control the transactions. Outcome feedback, which refers to the specific information about exchange outcomes, provides information over final transaction results. By using these two methods, financial service providers can send signals to involved parties about the robustness of their security mechanisms. These two methods-control transparency and outcome feedback-have been widely used in the IS field to enhance the quality of IS services. In this research, we intend to verify that these two methods can also be used to reduce risks and to increase the security protections in online banking services. The purpose of this paper is to empirically test the effects of the control transparency and the outcome feedback on the risk perceptions in Internet banking services. Our assumption is that these two methods-control transparency and outcome feedback-can reduce perceived risks involved with online financial transactions, while increasing perceived trust over financial service providers. These changes in user attitudes can increase the level of user satisfactions, which may lead to the increased user loyalty as well as users' willingness to pay for the financial transactions. Previous research in IS suggested that the increased level of transparency on the process and the result of transactions can enhance the information quality and decision quality of IS users. Transparency helps IS users to acquire the information needed to control the transaction counterpart and thus to complete transaction successfully. It is also argued that transparency can reduce the perceived transaction risks in IS usage. Many IS researchers also argued that the trust can be generated by the institutional mechanisms. Trusting belief refers to the truster's belief for the trustee to have attributes for being beneficial to the truster. Institution-based trust plays an important role to enhance the probability of achieving a successful outcome. When a transactor regards the conditions crucial for the transaction success, he or she considers the condition providers as trustful, and thus eventually trust the others involved with such condition providers. In this process, transparency helps the transactor complete the transaction successfully. Through the investigation of these studies, we expect that the control transparency and outcome feedback can reduce the risk perception on transaction and enhance the trust with the service provider. Based on a theoretical framework of transparency and institution-based trust, we propose and test a research model by evaluating research hypotheses. We have conducted a laboratory experiment in order to validate our research model. Since the transparency artifact(control transparency and outcome feedback) is not yet adopted in online banking services, the general survey method could not be employed to verify our research model. We collected data from 138 experiment subjects who had experiences with online banking services. PLS is used to analyze the experiment data. The measurement model confirms that our data set has appropriate convergent and discriminant validity. The results of testing the structural model indicate that control transparency significantly enhances the trust and significantly reduces the risk perception of online banking users. The result also suggested that the outcome feedback significantly enhances the trust of users. We have found that the reduced risk and the increased trust level significantly improve the level of service satisfaction. The increased satisfaction finally leads to the increased loyalty and willingness to pay for the financial services.
