의사소통, 신뢰 및 조직문화간의 관계가 기업 경쟁력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of The Relationship between Communication, Trust and Organizational Culture on Corporate Competitiveness)

  • 이 연구는 기업의 혁신적 문화, 조직 내 신뢰, 의사소통의 관계와 기업의 경쟁력에 미치는 영향력에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구모형은 기업의 혁신적 문화가 신뢰와 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 신뢰와 의사소통은 기업경쟁력을 높이는 긍정적일 것으로 가정하였다. 분석을 위한 설문자료는 한국직업능력개발원(KRIVET)이 시행하는 인적자본기업패널II(HCCP II)의 1차 조사에서 수집된 9,053명 종업원의 자료를 기업수준(510개 기업)으로 통합하여 활용하였다. 기업경쟁력은 내부 프로세스 역량과 대고객역량에 대한 10개 요소에 대한 응답을 사용하였다. 본 연구모형을 분석하는데 구조방정식 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 혁신적 조직문화는 조직의 신뢰와 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 신뢰와 의사소통은 기업 경쟁력에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부트스트랩을 통한 간접효과 분석에서는 혁신적 조직문화가 신뢰와 의사소통을 통한 간접효과가 나타나지 않아 혁신적 조직문화, 신뢰와 의사소통, 기업 경쟁력 간의 직접효과만을 확인할 수 있었다.

체육계열 학과 학생들의 학과발전과 학업성과에 대한 학과신뢰의 영향과 인구통계학적 차이 (Departmental Trust on Departmental Development and Academic Performance and Demographic Differences in the Department affiliated with Physical Education)

  • 이 연구는 체육계열 학과 학생들의 학과신뢰가 학과발전 및 학업성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 학생들의 성별 및 학년에 따른 학과발전과 학과신뢰의 차이를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 서울, 경기, 인천, 충정지역에 소재하고 있는 4년제 6개 대학교의 체육계열 학과 학생 313명을 대상으로 하였다. 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자기평가기입법으로 응답하도록 하였으며, 무응답 치는 '회귀분석에 의한 교체방법'으로 처리하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석, 그리고 이원다변량분산분석이 실시되었다. 학과신뢰는 학과발전에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만 학업성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 학과발전은 2, 3학년이 4학년보다 높게 인식되었으며 학과신뢰는 3학년이 4학년보다 높게 나타났다. 성별의 차이는 학과발전과 학과신뢰 모두에서 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 체육계열 학과 학생들의 학과신뢰는 학과발전에 중요한 요인으로 작용하며 신뢰구축을 위한 학과차원의 세심한 배려와 관심 그리고 복지혜택 등이 개선이 요구된다.

Achieving Local Residents' Support for Tourism Development through Community Satisfaction and Government Trust

  • The purposes of the study are (1) to explore relationships amongst attitudes to positive/negative tourism impacts, community satisfaction, government trust, and support for tourism development and (2) to provide practical implications for policy makers how they can gain residents' support by increasing community satisfaction and government trust, which are resulted from attitudes to tourism impacts. A questionnaire is self-administered to local residents using a systematic sampling method in Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu District, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam. The results indicate community satisfaction and government trust are core factors of support for tourism development. The study highlights that to attain community satisfaction and government trust, the policy makers should especially increase positive socio-cultural and environmental impacts and minimize negative economic impacts on the community simultaneously.

The Effects of Multidimensional Customer Trust on Purchase and eWOM Intentions in Social Commerce based on WeChat in China

  • The development of mobile social networking service (SNS) triggers the growth of social commerce industry. Customers rely considerably on electronic word of mouth (eWOM) to make purchasing decisions. Thus, SNS is an important commercial platform that offers attractive opportunities and challenges to firms. This study sheds light on the role of SNS as a social commerce platform by focusing on WeChat, the most popular SNS in China. This study identifies three different types of trust based on SNS that customers perceive in the context of social commerce. These types of trust are contents trust, source trust, and platform trust. This study suggests the antecedents and consequences of each trust. Our results prove that eWOM intention relies on contents trust and source trust, whereas purchase intention depends on contents trust, source trust, and platform trust. This study also finds that contents trust is positively influenced by source trust and platform trust. Finally, the result verifies the key antecedents of each trust, namely, vividness and timeliness for contents trust, competence, benevolence, and integrity for source trust, and instrumental need and social need for platform trust. The discussion and implications on the findings are provided.

Functional Requirements of Data Repository for DMP Support and CoreTrustSeal Authentication

  • For research data to be shared without legal, financial and technical barriers in the Open Science era, data repositories must have the functional requirements asked by DMP and CoreTrustSeal. In order to derive functional requirements for the data repository, this study analyzed the Data Management Plan (DMP) and CoreTrustSeal, the criteria for certification of research data repositories. Deposit, Ethics, License, Discovery, Identification, Reuse, Security, Preservation, Accessibility, Availability, and (Meta) Data Quality, commonly required by DMP and CoreTrustSeal, were derived as functional requirements that should be implemented first in implementing data repositories. Confidentiality, Integrity, Reliability, Archiving, Technical Infrastructure, Documented Storage Procedure, Organizational Infrastructure, (Meta) Data Evaluation, and Policy functions were further derived from CoreTrustSeal. The functional requirements of the data repository derived from this study may be required as a key function when developing the repository. It is also believed that it could be used as a key item to introduce repository functions to researchers for depositing data.

전자상거래 신뢰서비스를 활성화시키기 위한 선진국들의 정책에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Policies Related To Trust Services in e-Business)

  • "Trust" becomes a focal issue in e-business. Unlike traditional business environment, virtual situation requires new trust-ensuring mechanism other than face-to-face meetings and other related means of confirmation. Many countries are trying to foster trust services industry in order to increase e-business transactions and activities. This paper compares and contrasts these countries' policies on trust services. Conclusions of this comparative research includes: (1) trust services industry will be tightly integrated horizontally and increase their scope vertically towards trust in business sense over and beyond the mere technical level trust, (2) necessity of reciprocal trust authentication exchange is calling for an international standard in a near future, and (3) two different types of policies are under development: government-led and industry-led. Advantages and disadvantages of different approaches are presented with details of legal implications and structures of operations.

장기적 관계유지의 매개변인으로서 접촉강도와 관계단절비용의 효과 -패션점포와 고객간의 관계를 중심으로- (The Effects of Contact Intensity and Relationship Termination Cost as Mediators of Long-Term Relational Retention -Focusing on Relationship between Fashion Retail Store and Customer-)

  • Relationship marketing research has traditionally focused on the relationship among customer satisfaction, trust, and customer commitment, while assuming that the causal relationship of customer $satisfaction{\rightarrow}trust{\rightarrow}commitment$ is well understand. However, recently many scholars argue that customer satisfaction, trust, commitment can not explain long-term orientation fully, and suggest the need for more extensive researches investigating the determinants of long-term relational retention. The purpose of this study was to explained the relationship development process through the mediation effect of contact intensity and relationship termination cost between customer satisfaction and trust, and between trust and commitment, and an analysis the causal relationship among these variables. The results were as follows. First, the customer satisfaction had both direct and indirect effects on trust mediated by contact intensity. Second, the trust had both direct and indirect effects on commitment mediated by relationship termination cost. Third, the commitment influenced long-term orientation. Finally, the empirical results confirmed that the model add to the concept of mediation with contact intensity and relationship termination cost plays a strong, central role in explaining relationship development process between customer and fashion retail stores.

Different Effects of Workers' Trust on Work Stress, Perceived Stress, Stress Reaction, and Job Satisfaction between Korean and Japanese Workers

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of trust on work stress. Trust can be classified into three dimensions; social trust, institutional trust, and trust in others. The relationship between work stress and trust is regarded as having three components. First, trust has an influence on work stressors as an antecedent variable; secondly, trust modifies the effect of the various stressors, and finally, trust is one of the stressors. Methods: Data for this study was collected by interviews and self-administered structured questionnaires from 376 Korean and 77 Japanese workers in small businesses. Subjects were selected by two stage stratified random sampling from the working population of manufacturing industries. Results: Three different positions of trust are significantly related with the stress causation web. Social trust, institutional trust and trust in others significantly influence different work stressors in both Korean and Japanese workers. Three different kinds of trust influence work stressors among Korean workers, but institutional trust has no impact on work stressors among Japanese workers. As a moderating variable for perceived stress, distrust in an employer is statistically significant in both groups. However, stress symptom prevalence among Korean workers is modified by caution, trust in career development, and distrust in co-workers, but that of Japanese workers is modified only by distrust in employer. Job satisfaction of Korean workers is affected by general trust, utility of relation, institutional trust and trust in employer, but among Japanese workers, caution, reputation and trust in employer have influence on job satisfaction. Conclusion: The effect of trust on work stress, perceived stress, stress reaction and job satisfaction are different among Korean workers and Japanese workers. Three dimensions of trust have three different positions as antecedent, moderating and mediating factors in stress causation.

The Effects of Internet Shoppers' Trust on Purchasing Intention in China

  • Recently, owing to the rapid development of Internet and information technology in China, the growth of consumers' purchasing activities in the Internet Shopping Mall has been truly phenomenal. Thus, it is considered essential to understand what affects Chinese consumer's intention to purchase in the Internet Shopping Mall. Based on prior studies, trust is thought as a key factor affecting on Chinese consumers' purchasing intention. Hence, the purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of Chinese consumer's trust on purchasing intention of Internet Shopping Mall. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model has been established and it suggests that there are significant relationships between trust and purchasing intention, e-commerce knowledge and trust, perceived reputation and trust, perceived risk and trust, perceived ease of use and purchasing intention. The results of the study show that the relationships between these variables are all significant. This research confirms the important effect of Chinese consumer's trust on purchasing intention. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

신뢰와 충성도의 관계에서 다차원 몰입의 매개적 영향 (The Mediate Effects of Multidimensional Commitment on Relationship Between Trust and Loyalty in Internet Shopping Environment)

  • In Korea, by the reason of the rapid growth of internet users and the speedy development of ITC, the sales of cyber malls have grown to be ₩10.68 trillion. Over the past several years, trust and commitment have been viewed key concept and mediated variables in relationship marketing. From 2000s, trust and commitment have been studied in cyber shopping environment. Most of studies are the relationship of trust and loyalty or unidimensional commitment and loyalty. The purpose of our study focused the mediated effects of multidimensional commitment on relationship between trust and loyalty. Trust, affective commitment, and continuous commitment affected positive effects on loyalty. And trust also affected positive effect on affective commitment. Trust didn't affect positive effect on continuous directly. However, There was indirect effect of between trust and continuous commitment via affective commitment.
