According to the results, first people who have more positive attitude to the policy PR activity and its result, they have more positive attitude to the policy and its support. Second, people who have positive attitude to the corporation partnership policy, they have more positive attitude to the policy support. Third, people who have more positive attitude to policy support, they have more government trust(professionalism, ethicality, reliability). These results show that policy PR is effective method for inducing policy support and government trust of people. And for improving government trust. it is needed not only policy PR but also fair and transparent execution of policy.
Objectives: This study aims to investigate the factors related to Korean physicians' trust in the government. Methods: We used structured questionnaires that were composed of multidimensional scales for each of the various categories. Results: The recognition levels of trust of the government by Korean physicians were not high, and they ranged from 3.6 to 4.8 for ten scales. The factors related to trust in the government were categorized into seven factors on the basis of a factor analysis. On the regression analysis, a positive relationship was found between "the individual propensity to trust" and trust in the government, while a negative relationship was found between "the recognition level regarding the government as an authoritarian power" and trust in the government. "Confidence about participation in the policy process" as internal efficacy and "belief in governmental ability and motivation toward public demand" as external efficacy also showed a strong positive relationship with trust in the government. Conclusions: From these results, we can draw the conclusion that making efforts to improve the recognition level of trust in the government among physicians is an important policy task. To increase the trust level, participation of physicians in the policy process in various ways and open communication between the physicians' associations and the government should be facilitated.
Background: The government should find ways to improve the effectiveness of the policies to control the incidence and mortality of the infectious disease. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the trust in the government's ability to respond to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) affects the quarantine and hospitalization rate, incidence and mortality rates of COVID-19 and quarantine rules compliance in each region of Korea. Methods: The subject of this study is 250 regions (si·gun·gu) in Korea, and the 2020 Community Health Survey data from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) was used for the trust in the government's ability to respond to COVID-19, quarantine and hospitalization rate and quarantine rules compliance. For the incidence and mortality of COVID-19 and community factors, data was obtained from KDCA and Korean Statistical Information Service. Path analysis was used to find out the degree of inter-variable influence, and community factors (socio-demographic factors, community health factors, and health behavior factors) were used as control variables. Results: The regional disparity in key variables showed that the late pandemic period cumulative incidence and mortality of COVID-19 were large, while the early pandemic period quarantine and hospitalization rate and quarantine rules compliance were small. Path analysis showed that when community factors were controlled, the trust in government was statistically significant in all of the late pandemic period cumulative incidence (p=0.024) and mortality (p=0.017), and quarantine rules compliance (p=0.011). Conclusion: This study revealed that the higher the trust in the government's ability to respond to COVID-19, the lower the COVID-19 mortality and the higher the quarantine rules compliance at the regional level in Korea. This suggests that when the government implements healthcare policies to control infectious diseases, it is necessary to consider trust to improve policy compliance and control the mortality of the disease and maintain high trust through several effective methods.
The purposes of the study are (1) to explore relationships amongst attitudes to positive/negative tourism impacts, community satisfaction, government trust, and support for tourism development and (2) to provide practical implications for policy makers how they can gain residents' support by increasing community satisfaction and government trust, which are resulted from attitudes to tourism impacts. A questionnaire is self-administered to local residents using a systematic sampling method in Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu District, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam. The results indicate community satisfaction and government trust are core factors of support for tourism development. The study highlights that to attain community satisfaction and government trust, the policy makers should especially increase positive socio-cultural and environmental impacts and minimize negative economic impacts on the community simultaneously.

The empirical results indicated that temporal embeddedness, network embeddedness, information provision quality, information security quality and e-participation quality affect satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government. Also, satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government influence trust in government, and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in e-government.
In the 21st century, Internet information has a huge impact on citizens' participation in public policy process and trust in government. If the quality of Internet information is more positively perceived, the impact will be greater. In order to identify that causal relation, we construct the elements which make up the quality of Internet information and then analyze the impact of that quality on citizens' participation in public policy process and trust in government. First, positive perception about the quality of Internet information increases online participation and decreases offline participation in public policy process. Second, online participation activates offline participation significantly. Third, offline participation has a negative impact on trust in government. In sum, the quality of Internet information activates online participation, which, in turn, contributes a lot to an increase in offline participation and eventually weakens trust in government. On the other hand, the improved quality of Internet information weakens offline participation in public policy process and could contribute to the improvement of trust in government.
The objective of this study is to find out whether policy acceptance(attitude formation and intention of action) is affected by the message appeals(rational vs. emotional) when policy PR messages emphasize prosociality, and by various factors such as trust in government, involvement, and demographic factors as moderating variables. Although message appeals does not show any difference by itself, interaction effect is observed between trust in government and message appeals; the rational appeal is more effective to those with low trust in government while the emotional appeal is more effective to those with high trust. No other interaction effect is founded but involvement, gender, and age group show important main effect in policy acceptance; high-involvement group and female group are more favorable in attitude toward prosocial policy and behavior intention compare to the each of counterparts, whereas older group is more favorable in behavior intention.
Meanwhile, the governmental organization has been familiar with construction and method of one-way communication focused on public relation. As a result, it is true that there are few customers who have interest in, understand, and actively participate in public policy of the government. However, by propagation of smart phone terminal, public relation of government policy is diversified such as SNS, application manufacture, etc. It paved the way for actively increasing customers' comprehension of relevant information and participation as well. With that background in mind, this research tried to search pattern and feature of SNS strategy through domestic and American examples for improving trustof government policy and find common ground in order to seek for solution to help government office conduct a PR campaign more efficiently through SNS.

After conduct exploratory research about laws and regulations of accommodation sharing, this study investigates how effective policy instruments improve trust in accommodation sharing and potential growth by investigating the perceptions of individuals and by applying policymaking procedures. Research design, data and methodology: The data is collected via online survey. Structural equation modeling with confirmatory factor analysis and non-recursive model with multiple regression analysis were applied. Results: The results of this study found that among proposed policy instruments, individuals perceive local ordinances, government publicizing and campaign, trust marks, taxation, penalties, and government controls are effective to build trust in accommodation sharing. Policies geared toward the majority of the public are more effective, while governments should establish a strategic approach as to which policies are introduced in public and which role the government plays in the departments. The government enacted shutdown system in the fall of 2011. It was to secure a right to sleep for the youth and prevent them from being addicted to game. The opinion on the system was dichotomized: gamers were against it for the reason that shutdown system was not effective while non-gamers like parents thought that it was a measure to prevent game addiction. The trust of the public on the government is influenced by the factors of moral and competence. That is, if the policy chosen by the government is effective, the public come to trust their government more. Focusing on the factors of the government competence, this study examined to know how the effectiveness and efficiency of governmental policies have impact on the public trust on the government. Particularly this study looked carefully into what factors of political effectiveness have impact on the trust by group (group with and against the shutdown system). Through this study some implication could be obtained for the difference in trust between two groups.
