Most golfers believe that knowing yardages will improve their score. Certainly it helps with club selection. But, simple "Graphic" yardage guides being notorious for error and inaccuracies, which a serious golfer will pick immediately, only serve to erode the players enjoyment and ultimately, golf course satisfaction. Someone believes with low-level aerial photographic images, golfer will be impressed with the accuracy of the depiction, helping them play a more confident game. But, there are no mapping products in true 3-D available in the world that allows a golfer to determine shot distances in yards or meters. So, we suggest an lenticular technology for real 3-D display as a viable alternative to conventional image map solution. This technology is an image display method for the generation of multi-image effects like 3D visualization or animation. This methodology is cutting edge stereoscopic image which overcomes the limitation of conventional photo tech by recomposing and producing 3 dimensional images. A significant strength of this methods its versatility concerning display effects. The main use of the hardcopy 3-D lenticular displays is in the fields of science, education, planning, and representation. This paper gives a concise overview of the lenticular foil technology and describes the production of the true 3-D yardage book of golf courses. For this study, 3-D effects are achieved and evaluated with the lenticular display by incorporation multiple synthetic images based on digital topographic terrain model and by using the two images of the actual stereopair.
Stereoscopic/autostereoscopic systems have been developed in order to express true 3D images, but have never had great success in the practical use. In order to apply 3D display to promising applications such as advertisements and games, we've developed a 42" 2D/3D switchable display. It has characteristics that don't require special glasses for 3D images, use multi-view technology for improving 3D viewing characteristics, and has a 2D/3D switching function to express dynamic 3D contents as well as conventional 2D contents.

An prescaler which uses PLL(Phase Locked Loop) must satisfy high speed operation and low power consumption. Thus the performance or TSPC(True Single Phase Clocked) D-flip flops which is applied at Prescaler is very important. Power consumption of conventional TSPC D-flip flops was increased with glitches from output and unnecessary discharge at internal node in precharge phase. We proposed a new D-flip flop which reduced two clock transistors for precharge and discharge Phase. With inserting a new PMOS transistor to the input stage, we could prevent from unnecessary discharge in precharge phase. Moreover, to remove the glitch problems at output, we inserted an PMOS transistor in output stage. The proposed flip flop showed stable operations as well as low power consumption. The maximum frequency of prescaler by applying the proposed D-flip flop was 2.92GHz and achieved power consumption of 10.61mw at 3.3V. In comparison with prescaler applying the conventional TSPC D-flip $flop^[6]$, we obtained the performance improvement of $45.4\%$ in the view of PDP(Power-Belay-Product).
Knowledge of the failure behavior of friction materials considering their intermediate principal stress is related to an understanding of situations where these materials might be used: for example, the stability of deep-seated boreholes and fault slip analysis. This study designed equipment for physically implementing true triaxial compression and used it to assess specimens of plaster, a friction material. The material's mechanical behaviors are discussed based on the results. The applicability of the 3D failure criteria are also reviewed. The tested specimens were molded cuboids of width, length, and height 52, 52, and 104 mm, respectively. A total of 24 true triaxial compression tests were performed under various combinations of 𝜎3 and 𝜎2 conditions. Conventional uniaxial and triaxial compression tests were employed to estimate the mechanical properties of the plaster for use as parameters for 3D failure criteria. Examining the stress-strain relations of the plaster materials showed that a large difference between the intermediate principal stress and the minimum principal stress indicated strong brittle behavior. The mechanical behavior of the plaster used here reflects the change of intermediate principal stress. Nonlinear multiple regression analysis on the test data in the principal space showed that the modified Wiebols-Cook failure criterion and the modified Lade failure criterion were the most suitable 3D failure criteria for the tested plaster.

Electronic interconnection and packaging is mainly performed in a planar, 2D design style. Further miniaturization and performance enhancement of electronic systems will more and more require the use of 3D interconnection schemes. Key technologies for realizing true 3D interconnect schemes are the realization of vertical connections, either through the Si-die or through the multilayer interconnect with embedded die. Different applications require different complexities of 3D-interconnectivity. Therefore, different technologies may be used. These can be categorized as a more traditional packaging approach, a wafer-level-packaging, WLP ('above' passivation), approach and a foundry level ('below' passivation) approach. We define these technologies as respectively 3D-SIP, 3D-WLP and 3D-SIC. In this paper, these technologies are discussed in more detail.
A series of soil bin experiment was carried out on sand to investigate if true model theory is applicable to blade-soil system and finally to find mathematical relationship between the dimensionless terms which contain the blade-soil parameters. The following conclusions were derived from the study. 1. It was proved that the draft of the prototype blade can be predicted without distortion by those of model blades with the length scale of 1.2, 2 and 2.4. 2. For the sand, bulk density was found to be a good measure of soil physical properties which are pertinent to predict the draft of the blade-soil system. 3. The mathematical relationship between $D/{\gamma}W$ and d/W, ${\beta}$, and $V^2/Wg$ are as follows ; $$\frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=124.98[\frac{d}{W}]^2+7.16[\frac{d}{W}]+0.43 \\ \frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=-0.00099{\beta}^2+0.13{\beta}-2.01 \\ \frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=0.041[\frac{V^2}{Wg}]^2+0.08[\frac{V^2}{Wg}]+1.3$$
In spite of being unable to take into the effect of intermediate principal stress, Mohr-Coulomb and Hoek-Brown criteria are very popular as rock failure criteria. The recent researches reveal that the influence of intermediate principal stress on the failure strength of rock is substantial, so that 3-D failure criteria in which the intermediate principal stress could be considered is necessary for the safe design of the important rock structures. In this study, the likely application of the 3-D failure criterion proposed by Jiang & Pietruszczak (1988) to the prediction of the true triaxial strength of rock materials is discussed. The failure condition is linear in the meridian plane of principal stress space and it is represented by the smooth surface contacting the corners of the Mohr-Coulomb surface. The performance of the Jiang & Pietruszczak's criterion is demonstrated by simulating the actual true triaxial tests on the rock samples of three different rock types.

Purpose Standardized uptake value(SUV) has been widely used as a quantitative metric of uptake in PET/CT for diagnosis of malignant tumors and evaluation of tumor therapy response. However, the SUV depends on various factor including PET/CT scanner specifications and reconstruction parameter. The purpose of this study is to validate a EQ PET to evaluate SUV across different PET/CT systems. Materials and Methods First, NEMA IEC body phantom data were used to calculate the EQ filter for OSEM3D with PSF and TOF reconstruction from three different PET/CT systems in order to obtain EARL compliant recovery coefficients of each spheres. The Biograph true point 40 PET/CT images were reconstructed with a OSEM3D+PSF reconstruction, images of the Biograph mCT 40 and Biograph mCT 64 PET/CT scanners were reconstructed with a OSEM3D+PSF, OSEM3D+TOF, OSEM3D+PSF+TOF. Post reconstructions, the proprietary EQ filter was applied to the reconstruction data. Recovery coefficient can be estimated by ratio of measured to true activity concentration for spheres of different volume and coefficient variability(CV) value of RC for each sphere was compared. For clinical study, we compared SUVmax applying different reconstruction algorithms in FDG PET images of 61 patients with lung cancer using Biograph mCT 40 PET/CT scanner. Results For the phantom studied, the mean values of CV for OSEM3D, OSEM3D+PSF, OSEM3D+TOF and OSEM3D+PSF+TOF reconstructions were 0.05, 0.04, 0.04 and 0.03 respectively for RC. Application of the proprietary EQ filter, the mean values of CV for OSEM3D, OSEM3D+PSF, OSEM3D+TOF and OSEM3D+PSF+TOF reconstructions were 0.04, 0.03, 0.03 and 0.02 respectively for RC. Clinical study, there were no statistical significance of the difference applying EQ PET on SUVmax of 61 patients FDG PET image. (p=1.000) Conclusion This study indicates that CV values of RC in phantom were decreased after applying EQ PET for different PET/CT system and The EQ PET reduced reconstruction dependent variation in SUVs for 61 lung cancer patients, Therefore, EQ PET will be expected to provide accurate quantification when the patient is scanned on different PET/CT system.

In this paper, we proposed a continuously variable true time-delay for transmit linear phased-array antenna sing chirped fiber gratings(CFGs) and a tunable laser source. Average group delay-slope of the CFG was treasured to be 177 ps/nm at L-, S-, and X-band. Simulation results show that the maximum gain of the transmit linear phased-array antenna with the beam steering angle of 180$^{\circ}$ is 11.6 dB at 10 GHz.
