  • 1930년 스웨덴에서 개발에 성공, 네덜란드에서 더욱 발전시킨 ALC(Autoclaved Light-weignt Concrete의 약칭) 는 가볍고, 견고하고, 그리고 시공이 간편한 경제적인 요건들을 충족시키는 건축자재로 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있으며 , 국내에서는 불과 수년 전부터 연구 개발되고 있는 실정이다. ALC 란 시멘트와 규사, 생석회등 무기질 원료를 고온,고압으로 증기 양생시킨 경량의 기포 콘크리트 제품을 통칭한 것이다. ALC공정은 bulk ALC를 생산하는 batch공정과 이 bulk ALC에 대한 처리 공정으로 크게 나눌 수가 있으며 여기에서는 bulk ALC 처리 공정을 side shield treatment, anti-corrosion treatment, curing grate transferer, cutting station, curing car transportation, autoclave traveling platform, 및 packing 의 공정으로 세분하여 각 공정개요 소개 및 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller의 약칭)를 이용한 제어 system에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

제동시 점착력과 제동력의 관계에 대한 고찰 (Discussion of the relationship between adhesion force and braking force in slip condition)

  • The brake system of train must posses the large braking effort in order to stop the train safely within the limited traveling distance. But, the excessive braking effort has been deteriorated the ride comfort due to high level of deceleration and jerk, and sometimes occurred the skid, because the applied braking force exceeds the allowable adhesive force. This skid causes not only to increase the stopping distance but also to deteriorate the safety of train and damage the rail surface by wheel flat. In the present paper, the braking force for disc brake of Korea High Speed Train (HSR350x) was measured through on-line test and the adhesion force was estimated by using the analytic model in the skid condition. Also, we have discussed the relationship between the actual disc brake force and the adhesion force in real skid condition.

V.F. 모델을 이용한 주행차량의 전방 계측시스템에 관한 연구 (A study on a Front Measurement System from the Traveling Vehicle Using V.F. Model)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차원 좌표를 얻을 수 있는 카메라 Calibration 알고리듬을 확립하고, View Frustum(V.F.) 모델을 이용하여 도로의 영상을 모델화하였다. 그리고 주행하는 차선 내에 존재하는 선행차량의 위치측정 및 차량까지의 거리를 정확히 인식하기 위해 피칭오차를 보정하며 실시간으로 계측하는 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 기존의 많은 추돌 경보시스템(CWS)들은 도로가 평면이라 가정하여 도로와 차량사이의 기하적인 변화에 따른 오차 특성을 고려하지 않았다. 이를 보완하고자 본 논문에서는 카메라 Calibration 알고리듬을 적용하여 실세계 좌표계와 영상좌표계 사이의 기하해석으로 사영행렬을 추출하였고, V.F. 모델을 이용하여 소실점의 기하적인 해석을 통하여 차량의 피칭변화에 따른 오차특성을 실시간으로 보정하였다. 실험결과 거리의 오차를 2%이하로 줄일 수 있어 피칭변화에 강인함을 확인할 수 있었다.

고 에너지 밀도 펄스 변압기 설계 (Design of A High Energy Density Pulse Transformer)

  • A high frequency and energy density pulse transformer is a critical component of a high voltage power supply in a traveling wave tube (TWT) amplifier system. In this paper, processes of design, manufacturing, and test of the transformer are discussed. Primary voltage of the transformer is 240 V. The transformer secondary have two outputs which are 4100 V (Helix) and 2050 V (Collector). Total output power is 860 W. Normal operating frequency of the transformer is 10 kHz. In high energy density pulse transformers, temperature rise is a main problem during its operation. From our study, it was found that resonant current due to leakage inductance and stray capacitance was the main cause of temperature rise. This happens because of the inherently high turn-ratio in high voltage transformers. Solutions to reduce stray components are presented.

4개 시간구간에 의한 가변속도 차량경로해법 (A Possible Heuristic for Variable Speed Vehicle Routing Problem with 4 Time Zone)

  • A possible heuristic to solve metropolitan area vehicle routing problems with variable vehicle speeds is suggested in this research. Delivery hours are classified into 4 different time zones to make variable vehicle speeds no change within the same time zone to make TDVRP simple to solve. The suggested heuristic consists of 2 stages such as initial solution development step and initial solution improvement step. A computer program using C++ is constructed to evaluate the suggested heuristic. Randomly generated vehicle routing problems are used for the experiments. This heuristic could be helpful to logistics companies by increasing delivery efficiencies since the 4 zone classification is taken from the observed traffic information offered by a local government.

  • This paper describes briefly the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the performance of four stroke cycle gasoline engine. Experiments were carried out to clarify the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the engine output, traveling fuel consumption ratio, exhaust emissions. The results were obtained as follows: 1.Engine output was increased 9-14% in comparison with that of the conventional injector. 2.Travelling fuel consumption ratio was improved 17-29% in comparison with that of the conventional injector. 3. CO, HC exhaust emissions was decreased compared to the value of the conventional injector. 4.Fuel consumption ratio in highway driving test was improved about 10% in comparison with that of the conventional injector.

자율형 무인운반차를 위한 충돌회피동작의 생성(I) (Collision Avoidance Method for Autonomous Vehicle)

  • This paper describes the Autonomous Vehicles (AV) which are operated for their own tasks. There are chances of conflict resolution such as sharing the same path which can lead to the risk of a collision. This research represents some ways of negotiating the conflict resolution by generating cooperative actions. Negotiation while traveling the path is accomplished by using priority and by announcing the start time of the task. When there is a risk of collision, the AV tries to dissolve the situation of conflict resolution by concurrently adjusting mutual speed and by performing the algorithm of passing. If the speed of the AV cannot be adjusted, it measures the distance between the counterpart of the AV and an obstacle along the path. Then it judges either to proceed by passing the counterpart of the AV or to turn back after observing the current circumstances. The performance of the algorithm described above was proven by a simulator.

금형의 구멍가공을 위한 CAM 소프트웨어 개발 (Development of a CAM Software for Hole Machining of Dies)

  • There are many types of holes to be machined on dies manufactured in the car industry. In this paper we introduce a CAM software developed for hole machining of press dies. The CAM software automatically generates NC files for machining holes from CAD data modeled in the CATIA system. A procedure generating NC files consists of three steps. First, the geometric information such as types of holes, hole positions, hole diameters, and hole depths is extracted from CATIA models. And then tools to be used and operation orders are standardized to establish a data base. Finally, NC files are generated by considering the machining conditions such as feedrate and rpm. It is efficient that holes with the same type and the same size should be grouped and machined by a tool to reduce the tool change time. The optimal tool path for machining the holes in a group can be determined by applying an algorithm solving the traveling salesman problem.

  • In this article we want to formulate a disease transmission model, MSEIR model, for a population with individuals travelling between patches i and i + 1 and we derive an explicit formula for the basic reproductive number, $R_0$, employing the spectral radius of the next generation operator. Also, in this article we show that a system of ordinary differential equations for this model has a unique disease-free equilibrium and it is locally asymptotically stable if $R_0$ < 1 and unstable if $R_0$ > 1.
