Tele-medicine and emergency medical system are necessary for moving from an accidental point or far distance to a hospital and emergency treatment or home treatment before a hospital. Emergency treatment is extremely important in the case of death before arriving a hospital and deformed or disabled by medical treatment delay. A necessary element for this medical system is the emergency communication system. This system is on preparing for an ability of furnishing patient status to a corresponding health service by monitoring the patient at an ambulance of the accident place. This is the transportation of basic biological information of a patient to a medical center by wireless communication system and the corresponding hospital or medical center examine the patient by monitoring, then they can send emergency medical order to the patient for emergency treatment. The TRS is most efficient way of emergency medical communication system, which is currently used with popularity. In this paper studied simultaneously a way of detecting and transporting bio-logical signals, and monitoring of transporting data with communication of voice in the accident place or ambulance.

We report simple structure red phosphorescent devices comprising only single organic layer structure. Maximum current efficiency of 9.44 cd/A and the driving voltage of 5.4 V are obtained in this single layer structure PHOLEDs, respectively. The mixed host system using electron transporting and hole transporting materials doped with $Ir(piq)_3$ provides such high efficiency and reasonable driving voltage. The principal to simplification is the direct charges injection from the metallic electrodes into mixed host materials.

We demonstrate the use of screen printing in the fabrication of highly efficient phosphorescent polymer organic-light-emitting devices (OLEDs) based on a green-emitting $Ir(ppy)_3$ and a host polymer PVK. We incorporate PBD in the polymer host as an electron-transporting dopant and ${\alpha}-NPD$ as a hole transporting dopant. The best screen printed single-layer device exhibits very high peak luminous efficiency of 63 cd/A at a relatively high operating voltage of 17.1 V at the luminance of $650\;cd/m^2$. We observed the highest luminance of $21,000\;Cd/m^2$ at 35V. Due to the high operating voltage, despite of the high peak luminous efficiency the peak power efficiency was found to be 12.2 lm/W at the luminance of $470\;cd/m^2$ (15.9 V).

We report on a highly conductive and stable hole transporting layer comprising of N,N'-di(1- naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenylbenzidine $({\alpha}\;-NPD)$ doped with molybdenum oxide $(MoO_3)$. Compared to the reference device, the device with $MoO_3-doped$ hole transporting material exhibits higher conductivity and thermal stability. The temperature dependence of the current-voltage characteristics are studied for various $(MoO_3)$ doping concentration.

We have developed novel bipolar host materials, designed to have both electron transporting and hole transporting abilities, which show significant increase in luminance efficiency and decrease in driving voltage of green phosphorescent OLEDs. In case of the best host material, CheilGH-3, the driving voltage was decreased 27 % at a given constant luminance of $1000cd/m^2$. Also the luminance efficiency was enhanced 44 % and the power efficiency was almost doubled compared to the reference device using CBP as a host.
We have developed quantum dot light emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) using a InP/ZnSe/ZnS multi-shell QD emission layer. The hybrid structure of organic hole transport layer/QD/organic electron transport layer was used for fabricating QD-LEDs. Poly(4-butylphenyl-diphenyl-amine) (poly-TPD) and tris[2,4,6-trimethyl-3-(pyridin-3-yl)phenyl]borane (3TPYMB) molecules were used as hole-transporting and electron-transporting layers, respectively. The emission, current efficiency, and driving characteristics of QD-LEDs with 50, 65 nm thick 3TPYMB layers were investigated. The QD-LED with a 50 nm thick 3TPYMB layer exhibited a maximum current efficiency of 1.3 cd/A.
The lead-based perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3) material has a high molar coefficient, high crystallinity at low temperature, and long range of balanced electron-hole transport length. In addition, PCE of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) has been dramatically improved by over 22% by amending the electronic quality of perovskite and by using state-of-the-art hole transporting materials (HTMs) such as tetrakis(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobifluorene (spiro-OMeTAD) due to enhanced charge transport toward the electrode via properly aligned energy levels with respect to the perovskite. Replacing the spiro-OMeTAD with new HTMs with the desired properties of appropriate energy levels, high hole mobility in its pristine form, low cost, and easy processable materials is necessary for attaining highly efficient and stable PSCs, which are anticipated to be truly compatible for practical application. Furthermore, Recently Pb-free perovskite materials much attention as an alternative light-harvesting active layer material instead of lead based perovskite in photovoltaic cells. In this work, we demonstrate a Pb-free perovskite material for the light harvesting and emitter as optoelectronic devices.
Considerable progress has been made in organic photorefractive materials, since the first observation of photorefractive phenomena from organic materials. Within recent years, a large number of organic photorefractive materials, especially amorphous materials. have been developed based on polymeric composites, fully functional polymers and the multifunctional chromophore approach. Among these organic photorefractive materials, some of them containing carbazole components as a charge transporting function have been demonstrated to exhibit high performance photorefractive effects. The carbazole building blocks with charge transporting functionality or multifunctions play a very important role in photorefraction and have been widely used in the molecular design approach to new organic photo- refractive materials.
The PEDOT:PSS layer is usually used as hole transporting layer for the polymer bulk heterojunction solar cells. However, the interface between ITO and PEDOT:PSS is not stable and the chemical reaction between ITO and PEDOT can result in degraded device performance. We used the tungsten oxides as a hole transport layer by spin-coating. The $WO_3$ nanoparticles were well dispersed in ammonium hydroxide and deionized water and formed thin layer on the ITO anode. We found that $WO_3$ surface is more hydrophobic than the bare ITO or PEDOT:PSS-coated surfaces. The hydrophobic surfaces promote an ordered growth of P3HT films. A higher degree of P3HT ordering is expected to improve the hole mobility and the lifetime of the device using the tungsten oxide showed better stability compared to the device using the PEDOT:PSS.

Various studies have been performed to coordinate robots in transporting objects and different artificial intelligence algorithms have been considered in this field. In this paper, we investigate and solve Multi-Robot Transportation problem by using a combined auction algorithm. In this algorithm each robot, as an agent, can perform the auction and allocate tasks. This agent tries to clear the auction by studying different states to increase payoff function. The algorithm presented in this paper has been applied to a multi-robot system where robots are responsible for transporting objects. Using this algorithm, robots are able to improve their actions and decisions. To show the excellence of the proposed algorithm, its performance is compared with three heuristic algorithms by statistical simulation approach.
