수동변속기 동기장치의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Synchromesh in Manual Transmission)

  • The shift feeling, a driver experiences during gear shifting, is a major factor in manual transmission quality. Recently, the shift feeling has becoming more severe every year in proportion to the higher torque and revolution speed of today's automotive engine. In this paper, first, the diagram of a relation between cone angle, sleeve chamfer angle, and friction coefficient of ring is investigated for easy design of Synchromesh system. And then, methodology to solve the shift problems such as clashing noise and rough shift, ect. by analyzing the synchronization procedure in sequence and by investigating the shift waveform if presented.

Highly Angle-tolerant Spectral Filter Based on an Etalon Resonator Incorporating a High Index Cavity

  • A high angular tolerance spectral filter was realized incorporating an etalon, which consists of a $TiO_2$ cavity sandwiched between a pair of Ag/Ge mirrors. The effective angle was substantially extended thanks to the cavity's high refractive index. The device was created by embedding a 313-nm thick $TiO_2$ film in 16-nm thick Ag/Ge films through sputtering, with the Ge layer alleviating the roughness and adhesion of the Ag layer. For normal incidence, the observed center wavelength and transmission were ~900 nm and ~60%, respectively; throughout the range of $50^{\circ}$, the relative wavelength shift and transmission variation amounted to only ~0.06 and ~4%, respectively.

  • GPS cannot determine random errors such as multipath and signal cutoff caused by surrounding environment that determines the visibility of satellites and the speed of data creation and transmission is lower than the speed of vehicles, it is difficult to determine accurate dynamic positions. Thus this study purposed to implement a method of deciding the accurate dynamic position of vehicles by combining AHRS (Attitude Heading Reference System) IMU (Initial Measurement Unit) based on low-priced MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) in order to provide the information of attitude, position and speed at a high transmission rate without external help. This study conducted an initialization test to decide dynamic position using AHRS IMU sensor, and derived attitude correction angles of vehicles against time through regression analysis. The roll angle was $y=(A{\times}10^{-6})x^2 -(B{\times}10^{-5})x+Cr{\times}10^{-2}$ and the pitch angle was $y=(A{\times}10^{-6})x^2-(B{\times}10^{-7})x+C{\times}10^{-2}$, each of which was derived from second-degree polynomial regression analysis. It was also found that the heading angle was stabilized with variation less than $1^{\circ}$ after 60 seconds.

현장실험에서 음원의 입사각도에 따른 창의 차음성능 변화 (Variations of the Sound Insulation Performance of the Windows for the Sound Source Angle in the Field Test)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the sound insulation performance of windows according to the sound source in the field test. For this purpose, an experiment was performed by KSF 2235(method for field measurements of sound insulation of windows and doors). Based on this code, the sound insulation performance fo the windows was measured for different incident angles of the sound and the effect of incident angle was obtained and discussed. Finally, it was found that the sound insulation performance of the windows was affected by the incident angle of sound source, and the sound insulation rating scale was different for the same window. The main factor changing insulation rating scale is considered to be the sound transmission through the carck of the folding part between the two pieces of wndows. Therefore, when evaluating the sound insulation performance of the windows for the field test, first of all the place of the sound source should be identified and generalized.

근접하는 도체 평행 평판의 슬릿을 통한 전자파 투과 (Electromagnetic Transmission through Slits in Two Adjacent Conducting Parallel-Plates)

  • 본 논문에서는 상호 평행하는 두 개의 도체 평판의 슬릿을 통한 전자파 투과 문제를 고려하였다. TM 편파된 평면파가 슬릿에 입사되었을 때 각 슬릿의 등가 자류를 미지수로 하는 결합 적분방정식을 유도하고 모멘트 방법으로 풀어 수치해석하였다. 슬릿의 폭, 도체 평행 평판의 간격, 평면파의 입사각, 슬릿간 변위 등에 따른 슬릿을 통해 투과된 전력의 변화를 계산하였다. 두 슬릿간 변위가 반 파장의 정수배에 근접할 때 투과 공진(최대 전력 투과)현상이 관찰되었다. 슬릿의 폭과 도체판 간격이 파장에 비해 매우 좁은 경우 투과 전력의 최대치는 슬릿의 폭과 입사각도에 무관하게 일정함을 확인하였다. 또한, 제안된 구조에서 일어나는 투과 공진 현상의 원리를 단순화된 구조와 등가회로를 통해 설명하였다.

18GHz 차지상간통합데이터전송 시스템의 지하 및 지상구간 무선특성 분석 (A Analysis on wireless performance of unified data transmission in a subway and railway)

  • 차지상간 통합데이터전송 시스템에서 사용하는 18GHz는 다중경도페이딩의 영향이 크고, 회절이 되지 않아 전파의 도달 범위가 송신각과 수신각에 따라 크게 영향 받는다. 본 논문은 차지상간통합데이터전송 시스템에서 지하구간의 전파 특성과 지상 구간의 전파 특성을 비교하였다. 18GHz 차지상통합데이터전송 시스템에 주로 사용되는 지향성 무선안테나인 이득이 15dBi 와 10dBi인 안테나를 사용했을 경우를 가정하여 반경이 100, 200, 400인 선로에 대하여 표준적인 특성을 지상선로구간과 지하터널구간으로 나누어 비교하였다. 이때 송수신 특성은 한국철도기술연구원의 차지상간통합전송의 OFDM모뎀방식의 샘플시료의 송신 출력은 20dBm, 수신감도는 -90dBm을 사용하여 시뮬레이션하였다.

  • The reponse of the angled two-strip transmission lines illuminated by an external electromagnetic field is estimated by using the circuit concept approach. Calculated terminal voltages reveal convergence to a fixed value as the number of discretization increases. The amplitude patterns of two terminal voltages to all the direction and polarization of the incident field are also calculated.

  • Evaluating method of the device parameters of liquid crystal display (LCD) by means of the renormalized transmission spectroscopic ellipsometry is demonstrated. Dielectric and elastic constant, threshold voltage, pretilt angle, cell gap and Anchoring strength coefficients can be evaluated from the measurement of ellipsometric parameters measured by the symmetrically oblique incidence transmission ellipsometry (SOITE). Furthermore, rapid evaluating method for rubbed polyimide film is also demonstrated.

  • We report fiber guiding experiments on the Photonic Quantum Ring(PQR) laser diode. In the 1km transmission measurements, we find that the PQR performs much better than the VCSEL. This suggests that the PQR laser is very promising candidate for LAN-range optical data communications. On the other hand, we have also fabricated 8$\times$8 PQR laser arrays and measured spatial decays for free space properties without using any guiding optics, which showed about 1m distance of spectral angle sensing.

송전선로의 점퍼선 안전성 향상을 위한 횡진각 계산에 관한 연구 (A Study for Computation of Swaying Angle for Jumper Safety Improvement in the Overhead Line)

  • As jumpers for overhead transmission lines increase In size, it Is necessary to take into the characteristics of jumper swaying space in order to determine jumper reinforcements adequately. From the theory of a structure made of beams, formulas for the sideway swaying of overhead transmission lines due to wind are modeled. And also natural frequency of the vibrated jumper is estimated to check the system resonance. The theoretical results can be led good suggestions to improve the economy and reliability of jumper structure.
