노인 운동가에 있어 장기적인 운동에 따른 척추, 힙과 신체 총 골밀도 감소에 관한 재현성 (Reproducibility of Measures of Lumbar Spine, Hip and Whole Body BMD according to Longitudinal Physical Activity in Older Athletes)

  • With the aging of society a great deal of interest is being placed on the value of longitudinal data in evaluating physiological losses. We present data on test-one/test-two reliability and reproducibility for measures of training, bone density from a longitudinal study of master athletes. Fifty-two males (mean age at test $1=58.2{\pm}9.8\;years$) and thirty-two females ($54.4{\pm}8.8\;years$) were selected from the study population. Bone mineral density was determined using DEXA (Hologic 1500). The characteristics of the subjects are presented below as $means\;{\pm}\;S.D$. The data was imported into the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS 9.0, Chicago, IL). Paired t-tests were performed between visit 1 and visit 2 in subjects. Pearson correlations were performed. The results of this study indicate the measures of training history, body mass and bone density are reasonably stable and reproducible. We conclude that body composition and bone density parameters are stable and reproducible over time in active older subjects. Physiologic measures in master athletes are fairly stable, and reproducible over time Longitudinal studies investigating age-related changes in master athletes need to be conducted on a time schedule of greater than two years.

직무교육이 군의 사기 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Job Training upon Military Morale and Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구는 한국군에서 실시하는 직무교육에 대한 장병의 인식을 검토하고, 이러한 직무교육이 군사기와 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 진행하였다. 연구를 위해 220명의 장병들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, SPSS 통계패키지 프로그램으로 분석을 하였다. 이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같이 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 직무교육 실태를 분석한 결과에서 교육 시간은 2-4시간이 49.5%, 교육은 내용은 직무능력개발 교육이 77.7%, 직무교육 담당강사는 교육부서 56.8%로 조사되었다. 둘째, 가설 1. 직무교육이 군사기에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서 참가자의 자율성이 높을수록 행동적 차원의 인식 수준이 높아졌고, 참가자의 자율성, 지속적 학습문화, 교육 수준이 높을수록 인지적 차원에 대한 만족도가 높아졌다. 아울러 학습문화와 교육 수준이 높을수록 정서적 차원이 높아졌다. 셋째, 가설 2. 직무교육이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학습 동기와 학습문화가 높을수록 직무만족의 정도가 높아졌고, 강사 자질 수준이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아졌다. 넷째, 가설 3. 군사기가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서 행동적 차원, 인지적 차원, 정서적 차원이 높을수록 직무만족과 조직몰입이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 군사기는 조직성과를 향상시키고 개인의 발달을 유도하는 중요 요인임을 다시 한번 검증할 수 있었다.

초등학교 급식 조리종사자의 위생지식 검사를 통한 교육 필요성 평가 (Need Assessments of HACCP - based Sanitation Training Program in Elementary School Foodservice Operations based on Sanitation Knowledge Test of Employees)

  • The study was conducted to assess sanitary concepts of employees and needs of HACCP-based sanitation training program for elementary school foodservice operations. Subjects consisted of 370 foodservice employees. Foodservice employees' demographic characteristics were surveyed, and their food sanitation knowledge was tested. Food sanitation knowledge included 4 dimensions of foodborne disease & food microbiology; sanitary management in food product flows; personal hygiene management; and equipment & facility sanitation management. The data were analysed using the SPSS package for descriptive analysis, t-test and ANOVA test. The average sanitation knowledge score was 9.5 out of 15. The working periods of foodservice employees were singnificantly(p<01) related to food sanitation knowledge dimensions. Correct answering rate of 4 sanitation management dimensions were 74.4% in foodborne disease & food microbiology; 536% in sanitary management in food product flows; 78.7% in personal hygiene management; and 50.5% in equipment & facility sanitation management. 6 items in 4 sanitation knowledge dimensions under mean score were identified. Those items were temperature danger zone, thawing method of frozen foods, cooking & holding temperature, proper sampling & storage methods, proper storing methods in refrigerator, and proper washing & sanitizing method for utensils. Identified 6 items were included in 12 critical control points developed for the elementary school generic HACCP plan, and should be emphasized in implementing HACCP-based sanitation training program.

패션수입업체의 내부마케팅 요인이 판매원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing Factors in Import Apparel Company on Job Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.

교사의 개인배경과 연수경험이 디지털교과서 활용역량, 이해수준, 효과성 인식 및 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Teachers' Personal Backgrounds and Training Experiences on Digital Textbook Usage Competency, Understanding, Recognition of Effectiveness, and Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 교사의 개인배경과 연수경험이 디지털교과서 활용역량, 이해수준, 효과성 인식 및 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기 및 전남지역 초 중 고등학교 교사 101명의 설문결과를 SPSS 통계 패키지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 남교사의 디지털교과서 활용역량이 여교사에 비해 통계적으로 높았고 성별 및 학교급의 차이는 없었다. 또한 디지털교과서 연수경험이 있는 교사들이 그렇지 않은 교사들에 비해 이해수준은 높았으나 활용역량, 효과성 인식, 태도는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 정보격차가 일부영역을 제외하고 극복되고 있는 점이 특이사항으로 확인되었으며, 향후 디지털교과서의 발전을 위해 학습자 특성을 고려한 연수 프로그램 설계와 실천의 개선이 요구되었다.

Prediction of Venous Trans-Stenotic Pressure Gradient Using Shape Features Derived From Magnetic Resonance Venography in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension Patients

  • Objective: Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is a condition of unknown etiology associated with venous sinus stenosis. This study aimed to develop a magnetic resonance venography (MRV)-based radiomics model for predicting a high trans-stenotic pressure gradient (TPG) in IIH patients diagnosed with venous sinus stenosis. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 105 IIH patients (median age [interquartile range], 35 years [27-42 years]; female:male, 82:23) who underwent MRV and catheter venography complemented by venous manometry. Contrast enhanced-MRV was conducted under 1.5 Tesla system, and the images were reconstructed using a standard algorithm. Shape features were derived from MRV images via the PyRadiomics package and selected by utilizing the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) method. A radiomics score for predicting high TPG (≥ 8 mmHg) in IIH patients was formulated using multivariable logistic regression; its discrimination performance was assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC). A nomogram was constructed by incorporating the radiomics scores and clinical features. Results: Data from 105 patients were randomly divided into two distinct datasets for model training (n = 73; 50 and 23 with and without high TPG, respectively) and testing (n = 32; 22 and 10 with and without high TPG, respectively). Three informative shape features were identified in the training datasets: least axis length, sphericity, and maximum three-dimensional diameter. The radiomics score for predicting high TPG in IIH patients demonstrated an AUROC of 0.906 (95% confidence interval, 0.836-0.976) in the training dataset and 0.877 (95% confidence interval, 0.755-0.999) in the test dataset. The nomogram showed good calibration. Conclusion: Our study presents the feasibility of a novel model for predicting high TPG in IIH patients using radiomics analysis of noninvasive MRV-based shape features. This information may aid clinicians in identifying patients who may benefit from stenting.

  • 창업도약기업들의 특성을 살펴보면 창업초기상태를 계속적으로 벗어나지 못하고 있는 기업들이 상당히 차지하고 있음을 볼 수 있다, 이에 따라 정부에서는 성장의 동력을 제공하고 이를 기반으로 창업도약기업들의 성장을 촉진코자 노력을 하고 있다. 초기기업이 자신이 보유한 기술역량 중심으로 제품 및 솔루션 개발 후, 시장(고객)에 출시했지만 잘 안 팔릴 결과이고, 초기기업들이 지속적인 사업성장(성공사업)을 하게하기 위해 매력적인 목표고객이나 시장이 원하는 목소리를 반영하고, 이에 부합하는 자사의 핵심기술역량을 파악 및 확보하게 하여 경쟁자와는 차별적인 제품을 개발할 수 있는 역량과 플랫폼 제공이 필요할 수 있도록 설계한 제품개선훈련프로그램을 개발하고 운영하였다. 본 연구는 운영된 제품개발/개선 훈련프로그램의 효과성을 파악하기 위해서 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 특성에 따른 훈련프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 통해 현업적용의지와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사 대상은 2018년 1월에 창업도약패키지 후속지원사업인 제품개선 아카데미 참여자중 203개 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업도약기업의 매출신장을 위해 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 품질은 프로그램의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치고 이를 기반으로 현업적용의지가 높아짐을 확인하였다. 또한 참여자특성과 훈련프로그램의 품질은 현업적용의지에 프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 매개로 효과가 있음에 따라 프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 참여자들의 학습 동기와 코치들의 지원이 필요함도 함께 확인하였다.

호텔 조리사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study of Hotel Restaurant′s Cook Separation)

  • This study is about job change hotel kitchen cook. addition, through case analysis, by choosing three hotels in Seoul, the relation job changes was found out, and through the interviews with cooking employees for more than three months, their opinions and reliabilities were collected and analyzed. The surveyed questionnaires were analyzed and studied through SPSS WIN Package, reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation, and distribution analysis and T-test were conducted to figure out the population statistical difference. According to the study results. those employees who thought kitchen environment, internal and external working conditions. the welfare for the employees are the most important factors in case of changing jobs scored over average 4 in the statistical analysis. For this reason, in order to reduce the rate of job changes the hotels efforts for and interests in appropriate compensation, improvement of working environment. continuous educational training, fair human resource management, and maintenance of good relation with co-workers are necessary.

Development of its own unique brand of food and service tailored to many different tastes of clientele. 3. Promotion of the industry's globalization efforts with the development of local restaurant brand & Korean traditional foods and with the expansion of foreign investment. 4. Reinforcement of staff training and provision of a compensation package to attract qualified personnel. 5. deregulation of many anachronistic laws and restrictions with government's full support for the industry to realize what it's supposed to be in the 21st century.
