초등학교 고학년 학생이 인지한 안전예방교육, 안전사고 및 학교 시설물 관리 상태 (A Study of Accident-Prevention Education, Accidents and School Facilities for Safety Perceived by Elementary Schoolers)

  • This study was conducted to obtain a basic information related to a more systematic safety education and measures against children's accidents by a descriptive survey with regard to accidents actually experienced by elementary schoolers, their perceived safety education activities and school facilities to their safety lives. The data was collected among 1,654 pupils, belonging to the 5th and 6th grades in Pusan from Nov. 20 to Dec. 1, 2000. The data was analyzed using SPSSWIN(7.5). The results were as follows ; 1. According to the perception by elementary schoolers, they received safety life instruction at school in most cases from teachers in charge of their own class (41.0%). Such safety education was provided often during formal classes(24.4%). Traffic guidance was given by parents, highest in frequency(67.3%). 2. Matters as most often treated during safety life instruction were safety knowledge or dangerous things(37.5%). A majority of notices of school safety instruction were presented sometimes(48.4%). Source of knowledge about safety lives included teacher (35.3%), parents(32.9%), TV and newspaper (29.9%). As a source of knowledge of emergency treatment, school nurses were accounted for 41.3% that was highest. 3.Among the 1,654 students, 91.8% experienced at least more than one case of safety accident. The most frequent type and cause of safety accident were wound(33.7%). and self-carelessness(38.4%) respectively. In most cases, the subject experienced such accident during a break time(32.2%) and at a playgrounds. Part of body as most often damaged by accidents were arms and legs, 25.4% higher than any other sides problem solving measures against the accident were taken by school nurse in most cases, 44.8% in percentage point. 4. Those students' perceived safety management of school facilities showed that they considered classroom facilities as most safe (61.6%), while playground facilities as least safe(42.8%). They also responded that the treatment of glass fragments or stones at playground is the most important item of safety management.

광양 제철소 주변지역 거주자들의 폐기능과 영향 요인 (Pulmonary Function and Influence Factors among Residents around Gwangyang Steel Mill)

  • Objectives: This study aims to identify the influential factors on the pulmonary function of targeted general residents in the areas surrounding Gwangyang Steel Mill. Methods: An PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) was conducted from May 2007 to November 2007 on 974 target residents (438 male, 536 female), including an exposed group (674 people) who resided within a radius of 5 km from Gwangyang Steel Mill in Gwangyang-si, Jeollanam-do and a control group (300 people) who resided outside a radius of 15 km. A survey related to personal characteristics, life habits, respiratory diseases and allergic symptoms, medical histories and living environments of the residents was also conducted to identify influential factors on pulmonary function. Results: As %$FEV_1$ and %FVC of the exposed group are 99.17% and 96.98%, respectively, and those of the control group are 105.47% and 101.91%, respectively, with the PFT values of the exposed group being lower than those of the control group (p<0.001), it turns out that the pollution in the industrial complex is likely to trigger a reduction in the pulmonary function of local residents. The odds ratio analysis result for asthma diagnosis history indicates that the odds ratios tend to be higher among surveyed residents who are living near above-average traffic volumes and are using beds, where it is statistically meaningful that especially the odds ratios are higher if the residences are closer to roads (p<0.01, CI=1.12-4.52). The factors that affect the FEV1 are identified as smoking, passive smoking, asthma diagnosis history, nasal congestion symptoms and allergic eye disease ($R^2$=0.154, p<0.001). The factors that affect the FVC are identified as smoking, passive smoking, asthma diagnosis history and allergic coryza ($R^2$=0.158, p<0.001). In addition, the analysis result for the relevance of air pollution levels to pulmonary function ($FEV_1$, FVC) shows that FEV1 and FVC tend to decrease as the concentration of $O_3$ increases. Conclusions: We believe that this study may provide preliminary data for the development of preventive measures for health effects on the residents and environmental health control measures for environmental pollution in the industrial complex area.

해도의 사용실태 조사와 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Present Status and Improving Measure of Sea Charts)

  • The ships over the certain navigation area or her length are required to carry charts under the relevant laws. Charts are indispensible to the ships and fishing vessel, because their crew should know the water depth and location of obstacle in order to avoid danger in the navigation and fishing area. But it was found that many ships do not carry proper charts onboard according to the research marine accidents files of marine accident inquiry agency, and questionnaire survey. Consequently, many ships run aground on the coast and port. This study examined the present status of the coastal ship and the fishing vessels, and explained some problems in the aspect of the covering area, the place, the number of the selling agent and adjoining chart, as well as the geographical and traffic density, the crew on board the ship's characteristics, and so on. In this study we propose the way to solve the problem. firstly, the category of the fishing vessel which should carry the chart on bard under the related laws are required to be lowered to 10 gross tons. Besides a ship inspector should examine if the charts covering the area where to navigate even when the temporary inspection is done are carried on board property. Secondly, the inspection body or the controlling office of ship's entry and departure should check throughly whether the ships concerned carry the chart on board. Thirdly the fishing vessels should used the fishing charts, and the body concerned should train the offices about how to use chart, especiany the difference between Tokyo datum and WGS-84 datum. Fourthly the customized chart such as an atlas like a map, a calenda-type chart, a small chart, as a coated chart needs to be publish for the safety of small ship and fishing vessel. Fifthly, it is advisable to draw a recommended course in the route where the coastal navigate mainly and in the narrow channel, The adjoining area should be improved, as well as the qualify of the chart paper. Sixthly, publication of additional new chart in the southern part of East Sea, the eastern part of South Sea, the western part of South Sea and middle part of Yellow Sea near Incheon port should be thought over. Seventhly, the number of chart selling agent should be increased for the sake of purchaser in proportion to the number of port, and small correction of charts in selling agent must be carried out completely.

대구의 사회복지시설 분포특성 (Distributional Trait of Welfare Facilities in Taegu.)

  • 본 연구는 최근 사회적 여건의 급격한 변화에 따라 제기되고 있는 노인문제, 장애자문제와 가정 해체에 의한 아동 및 청소년비행과 범죄문제, 여성의 높은 취업율에 의한 육아보육 및 부녀복지문제 등 삶의 질과 관련되는 광범위한 복지문제중 복지의 범위를 한정하여 대구의 복지시설현황과 분포특성을 고찰하여 지역사회의 복지시설 입지선정에 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 먼저 우리나라의 복지제도와 복지정책을 개관하고 대구의 사회복지시설현황을 이용시설과 수용시설로 대별하여 고찰하였다. 그리고 이러한 각 시설들의 분포특성을 규명하기 위해 각 동별로 생활보호대상자수, 60세 이상의 노인인구 및 노인인구비율, 6세 이하 아동인구 및 인구비율을 파악하여 각 시설들의 분포와의 관계를 설명하고 지도화하였다. 그 결과 각 시설들의 분포는 그 시설을 주로 이용하는 연령충의 분포 및 저소득층의 분포와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 우리의 사회복지시설이 아직도 보편적인 시설이 아니라 소외계층에 제한된 시설임이 입증되었으며 앞으로는 좀 더 보편적인 시설로의 운영 및 전향을 제언하며 시설의 불균등분포의 문제와 아울러 노후화와 염세성도 문제점으로 지적하고 싶다.

저비용항공 진입에 따른 항공과 고속철도수단 선택에 관한 연구 (A study on Air and High Speed Rail modal According to the Introduction of Low Cost Carrier Air Service)

  • 2004년을 기준으로 전국 15개 지방공항 가운데 제주와 김포, 김해공항을 제외한 나머지 공항 들은 해마다 수십억 원의 적자를 내고 있는 실정이다. 지방공항들의 실패원인으로 수요예측 오류의 문제가 대두되어 왔다. 이에 소형 항공기를 이용해 정기서비스를 제공하는 저비용항공의 진입을 통해 소비자의 편의를 증진시키고 지방공항을 활성화해야 한다는 주장이 사회적인 공감을 얻고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 (1) 기존항공과 고속철도와 저비용항공 3자 사이의 고속교통통행수단 선택모형을 제시하고 (2) SP조사를 통하여 서울-대구간 저비용항공의 이용수요를 추정하고, (3) 추정모형을 설정하여 정책수단별 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, (1)서울-대구간 고속교통수단 선택에 있어서 저비용항공의 진입은 요금과 가격이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, (2)저비용항공의 요금이 KTX에 비해 훨씬 저렴한 38,000원 수준으로 정해질 경우에도 총통행시간이 KTX와 시간이 동일하게 소요되는 지역의 경우 저비용항공의 선택확률은 0.1 정도로 작게 나타나 통행수단 전환효과는 그리 크지 않을 것으로 분석되었다. (3)향후 서울-대구간 저비용항공 취항시의 요금은 38,000원${\sim}$44,000원 사이에서 결정되어야 할 것으로 보이며, 그 이상의 요금으로 결정될 경우 큰 수요를 기대하기 어려울 것으로 판단된다.

공항 지상 근무자의 심폐소생술 수행능력 (Performance Ability after CPR Education of the ground workers in an airport)

  • Objective : This study is an experimental study which is designed to examine the differences between knowledge and self-confidence before and after theory education(CPR PPT material) based on guidelines of CPR and emergency cardiac treatment of American Heart Association(AHA, 2005) and video self-instruction program for the general public by Korean Association of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(KACPR), trace CPR performance ability after CPR and AED education and investigate the accuracy of artificial respiration and chest compression, and know the difference in CPR performance abilities including AED. Methods : Subjects of this study include ground crews and staffs at M airport in G province equipped with emergency equipments for CPR according to Art. 47, Sec. 2 of Emergency Medical Law, airport police, rent-a-cops, security guard, quarantine officer, custom officer, and communication, electricity, civil engineering, facility management staff, airport fire fighting staff, air mechanic, traffic controller, and airport management team among airport facility management staffs. They were given explanation of necessity of research and 147 of 220 subjects who gave consent to this research but 73 who were absent from survey were excluded were used as subjects of this study. of 147 subjects, there were 102 men and 45 women. Results : 1) Knowledge score of CPR was $6.18{\pm}0.87$ before instruction and it was increased to $15.12{\pm}1.78$ after instruction, and there was statistically significant difference. 2) Self-confidence score in CPR was $3.16{\pm}0.96$ before instruction and it was increased to $7.05{\pm}0.75$ after instruction, and there was statistically significant difference. 3) Total average score in CPR performance ability after instruction was 7.46 out of 9, performance ability was highest in confirmation of response as 144(97.95%), follwed by request of help as 140(95.25%) and confirmation of respiration as 135(91.83%), and lowest in performing artificial respiration twice(gross elevation of chest) as 97(65.98%). Accuracy of artificial respiration(%) was $28.60{\pm}16.88$ and that of chest compression(%) was $73.10{\pm}22.16$. 4) Performance ability of AED after instruction showed proper performance in power on by 141(95.91%) and attaching pad by 135(91.83%), hand-off for analyzing rhythm showed 'accuracy' in 115(78.23%) and 'non-performance' in 32(21.77%), delivery of shock and hand-off confirmation showed 'accuracy' in 109(74.14%) and 'inaccuracy' in 38(25.86%), and beginning chest compression immediately after AED was done by 105(71.42%).

비골골절에 대한 임상적 분석 (Clinical Analysis of the Nasal Bone Fracture)

  • Purpose: Nasal bone fracture is the most common facial fracture. Although nasal bone fractures are considered to be minor injuries, the incidence of post-traumatic nasal deformity remains high. This study is designed to support management and patient satisfaction by classifying the simple nasal bone fracture, and survey the care method and result, which is compared with other studies. Methods: From May 2008 to April 2010, 334 patients with simple nasal bone fractures visited our hospital. The incidence, cause, types of nasal bone fracture, treatment, and complications are analyzed according to clinical examination, patient's record and radiographic images. Results: The mean age of patients was 30 years old, with 74% of the patients having been male, and 26% were female. The highest incidence of this fracture was between late teens to late twenties. The causes of nasal bone fracture were the following: having slipped or fallen down (39%), violence (16%), sports accident (14%), traffic accident (11%), industrial accident (6%), and others (16%). Patient's radiographic images were analyzed by Stranc and Robertson classification, frontal impact plane I was 38%, plane II was 16%, plane III was 1%, lateral impact plane I was 21%, plane II was 21%, and plane III was 3%. On average, surgical treatment was performed 7.2 days after trauma under general anesthesia. Closed reduction of nasal bone fracture was performed in 99% of patients. In patients with septal injuries, septal management was performed in 76.7% of cases. Aesthetic surgery was done on same time in 24% of patients. There were some complications, such as residual nasal deformity (7.2%), nasal obstruction (0.9%) and hyposmia (0.3%). Conclusion: According to this study, nasal bone fractures occurred commonly in physically active age groups (age 15~29 years), as a result of having slipped or fallen down, at afternoon and at night time. And it could be treated successfully by closed reduction and septoplasty by 7 days after trauma.

고령 해기사와 해양사고와의 회귀분석 (Regression Analysis on the Relationship Between Elderly Ship Officers and Marine Accidents in Korea)

  • 우리나라는 세계에서 가장 빠르게 고령화 사회로 접어들고 있다. 본 연구는 급속한 고령화 사회를 대비하기 위하여 고령 해기사와 해양사고와의 관계를 분석하여 고령화되어 가는 해기사 정책에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 수집한 데이터는 2006년부터 2016년까지 11년간이며, 부원을 제외한 해기사만을 대상으로 현황 조사 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 60대 이상의 고령 해기사의 취업자 수는 지난 11년 동안 약 2.7배 증가하여 증가 추이 폭이 다른 연령대 보다 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 해양사고로 징계를 받은 고령 해기사사는 약 2.6배 증가 추이를 보였다. 셋째, 고령 해기사는 비고령 해기사보다는 해양사고율이 약 1.5배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고령 해기사의 취업자 수와 징계자 수 간에 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 고령 해기사 취업자 수가 고령 해기사 징계자 수를 설명하는 설명력의 정도가 75.1 %로 나타났다. 고령화 사회가 신속히 진행될 수 있으므로 고령 해기사 면허 갱신 교육과 갱신 자격을 강화하는 규정 등의 정책이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

디지털 트윈 기반 스마트 시티 모델 연구 동향 분석 (Research on Digital twin-based Smart City model: Survey)

  • 디지털시대의 일환으로 현실세계를 가상으로 정확하게 옮겨서 현실에서 할 수 없는 어떤 고가의 장비 수명을 저하시키는 스트레스 테스트를 실시하여 제품의 취약부분을 시뮬레이션 하는 디지털 트윈이 제조업에서 활발히 사용되고 있다. IoT의 발전으로 인해 현실세계에서 수집되는 데이터를 정확하게 수집하여 가상의 공간에 동일하게 만드는 디지털 트윈은 교통, 재난, 주거, 방역, 에너지, 환경, 고령화 같은 도시 생활의 문제에 대한 정확한 예측을 할 수 있기 때문에 스마트 시티 건설에 필요한 도구로 자리매김하고 있다. 디지털 트윈은 제조업분야에 적용이 많이 되고 있지만 본 연구에서는 스마트 시티에 적용하여 4차산업혁명시대에 걸 맞는 스마트 시티 모델을 제안하고 제안된 모델을 통한 시민의 안전, 복지와 편리성을 증가시켜 기술의 발전이 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 기여하고 한다. 또한, 디지털 트윈을 스마트 시티에 적용할 경우 실시간 상호작용을 통하여 현실성과 즉시성을 유지함으로써 현실과 가상간의 실시간 동기화를 통화여 보다 정확한 예측 및 분석을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

여객의 해외여행 관광지 관광체험과 관광만족에 영향을 미치는 국적항공사 객실서비스 품질 요인 연구 (A Research on the Cabin Service Quality Factors in a National Carrier affecting Overseas Tourist's Experience and Satisfactiont)

  • 본 연구는 국적 항공사를 이용하여 해외여행을 떠나는 아웃바운드 여객들이 인식하는 국적 항공사의 객실서비스 품질이 그들의 관광지 관광체험과 관광만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하였다. 왜냐하면 국적항공사는 우리나라를 대표하는 항공사이기 때문에 한국을 여행하려는 외국인 인바운드 여객의 긍정적인 국적항공사의 서비스품질 인식은 한국여행 관광만족을 증대시킬 수 있는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 실증분석을 위해 국적항공사를 이용하는 관광이 여행목적인 내국인 승객들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포 후 회수하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구자는 해외로 아웃바운드 관광을 떠나는 내국인 승객들에 대한 실증분석을 통해서 유의미한 분석결과가 도출된다면, 역으로 한국을 관광지로 하여 인바운드 관광을 오는 외국인 여행객들에게도 적용가능한 시사점을 제시할 수 있다고 판단하였기 때문이다. 따라서 여행객이 인식하는 항공사 객실서비스 품질, 관광지 관광체험 및 관광만족도를 선행연구들을 통해 이론적 측면에서 고찰하고 잠재변수들 간 통계적으로 유의한 인과관계를 도출하였다. 분석 결과 항공사 객실서비스 품질은 친절성, 반응성, 용이성 및 유형성으로 구분되었다. 객실서비스 품질에 대한 긍정적인 인식은 인지적 관광경험과 정서적 관광경험을 매개로 하여 궁극적으로 관광만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다.
