The dangerous impact on the traffic flows of cars is caused by no only the construction on the street but diverse construction sites. This in turn substantially influence on the citizens and pedestrians, thereby bring about the possibility of giant incidents. As the countermeasure for the problem in advanced countries, particularly in Japan "traffic inducement security system" has been implemented. It is analyzed that the death toll from traffic accidents has considerably declined. In the case of South Korea the system has not been administered but restrictively executed at some construction sites; however proceeding it with the lack of professionalism. The introduction of traffic inducement security system would be the opportunity for South Korea to make a progress in the safety culture such as traffic security and traffic jam. This study thus aims at analyzing the advanced countries' cases, conducting comparative analysis with Korea's scheme, and establishing the plan to adopt the traffic inducement security system. Through the output of this study followings were proposed as plans of introducing the traffic inducement security system. First of all, legal assessments regarding traffic inducement operation, for example adding the operation of the system into the category of security service, need to be preceded prior to its introduction secondly, the traffic inducement security is the institution which can contribute to the improvement of traffic safety, and also internalizing social cost. therefore, it needs to be equipped with the new qualification such as the instruction with the standardized traffic safety map, instruction system, curriculum and the publication of teaching materials. thirdly, the education for the guard should be proceeded with dividing academic and technical ones with specific curriculum. At the fourth, the securement of the venue for the driving training, the determination on technical instruction contents and the training professional instructor needs for the method of administration. In addition, the efforts on the overal standardization of traffic inducement security is necessary, and it also requires constant collaboration among private security industry, academia, professionals, relavant research institutes, etc. At the last but the least, henceforth it is prerequisite that the networking system with a diverse array of associated entities due to its social ripple effect and job creation effect.

It is reasonable to grant grade1, grade2, and technical experts to traffic inducement Security who pass regulated educations and examinations. In addition, by reversing regulations and laws, it is necessary only those who have the licenses of traffic induction guarder etc. can establish construction sites and disordered places on roads. Theory educations for education time must include basic educations and expert educations. Basic educations must include understanding regulations and laws and understanding affairs. Expert educations must include traffic control, safety educations, understanding of traffic accidents, operation of traffic control facilities, and traffic accident settlements. Traffic affairs educations must include traffic induction affairs in sites (hand signals, safety material establishment, traffic accident settlements, and urgent treatments).
Assuming a completed Smart Highway road & communication environment that allows real-time information collection and transmission of road traffic condition ahead, the purpose of this study is to develop a plan for inducing a network-level safe driving pattern by providing road traffic condition and safety information to multiple drivers through a road information provision device. In this study, the device with a function that displays different colors according to the hazard level to the existing delineator has been named 'Smart Delineator'. Smart Delineator is a device that provides not only alignment information but also safety information for drivers to receive real-time warning information and intuitively recognize road traffic condition ahead so that drivers can respond. To examine the effects of safety driving inducement level on drivers, a simulation test was conducted using driving simulator as well as a satisfaction survey. The result showed that the Smart Delineator was able to identify the location of occurrence and affecting driving according pattern, either adhering to recommended speed or reducing speed according to the pre-defined hazard level.

The links operating interrupted flow are intend to yield the traffic between the out flow and inflow part effect zone of street section, we build the delay model using the time gap between under construction and not. We review the applicability of interrupted flow, and thus we can put this data to practical use as the basis data to compute the inducement charge for traffic delay. Also building about traffic effect zone of interrupted flow wouldn't produce at the section beside occupying roads and construction cross section, thus we must review the plan to minimize traffic delay by the construction occupying road. In future there must be advanced the incomplete in this study, and groping for the various alternatives to minimize the traffic delay by the road occupying construction, with developing the various sets of detailed analyzing models, that is analysis on the street strength, crossroads geometrical forms of crossroads, public traffics, pedestrians, occupying types.

The real multimedia application in wide area communication needs the guaranteed performance of communication service. Therefore, the resource is reserved at the moment of traffic burst and the region of connection admission possibility is widened at the basis of maximum cell rate. This of study shows that the end-to-end traffic delay to the traffic of burst state is guaranteed when the total of maximum transmission rate is higher than link speed by using the region of deterministic delay. The network load rate of connection admission can be improved by the inducement of delay bounds consideration each traffic characteristic to guarantee the end-to-end delay of network from single switch. This suggested buffering system using deterministic service do not give any influence to service quality and can guarantee the bounds of end-to-end delay. And it can also reduce the load of network even if the delay is increased according to the burst traffic characteristic. The above suggested system can be applied effectively to the various kinds of general network specification which admit both real time trafnc service and non-real time traffic service.

The Government is implementing the safety measures for pedestrian in living zone to decrease the traffic accident casualties in half. It is urgently to study the guideline because it contains to make the guideline of a median strip in City to prevent the violation of central line and jaywalking on the main contents. So, this study analyzed the pedestrian accidents and the violation of central line, and studied the type of a median strip, the installation guideline through studying the minimum crossing. Consequently, this study found out that a median strip which revised the attention inducement stick to decrease jaywalking could not have the strong prevention function of a crash barrier, so if it happens separation after the collision between vehicles, it induced the secondary accidents, and could take negative effects on traffic safety. In consideration of driving safety, this study analyzed that if it installs a median stirp, it has to ensure one meter, and such a thing could prevent the separation of lane or damage of facilities. However, if it is hard to ensure the space because of narrow road width, it could install a median strip in case of installing the road surface mark 0.5m. And the installation of the attention inducement stick or a median strip on the central line could be possible to induce the violation of central line, thus it is desirable not to install only anythings but also raised pavement markers.

The development status was studied to predict the concept of how drone taxis would be presented in daily life. the results of the analysis on traffic effects of drone taxis showed that they would be an innovative transportation option that could reach a distance of 60km, which would typically take an hour by car, within twenty minutes. Moreover, the economic analysis of existing aircraft development was limited to production (development investment) of the input budget. However, since the drone taxi is a new transportation system, an overall traffic platform, such as its own terminals, would need to be established. So, the production inducement effect was analyzed by dividing input budget into three factors; production, infrastructure, and service. The results indicate this to be an innovative project expected to have an economic ripple effect and reach a total of 24 trillion won after an investment of 13 trillion won (production + infrastructure + service) in Korea from 2020 to 2040.
Future-oriented train design should be able to provide highly refined traffic culture and public transportation service by achieving 'higher value addition, sensitization, and humanization' and then securing safety, convenience, and amenity. Therefore, design of FRT, as a means of environment-friendly public transportation, should have new concepts achieving harmony between design and technology. Consequently, when designing interior of trains for public transportation, it should aim for user-centered strategies. This approach is essentially applied to vehicle design and inducement to new concepts by design aesthetics and their verification become requirements for train Interior design, which should be equipped with sensitivity and functional images. Accordingly, a study on the correlation between constituents in order to implement design is essential to design planning and realization of strategies.
Visitors' behaviors within an exhibition space are a substantial means to grant spatial arrangement and validity of exhibits. Therefore, the study analyzed visitors' behaviors in the viewpoint of attraction power and holding power of exhibits on the basis of exhibition layout of real science museums. Through the analysis, the study grasped efficiency of analysis index and exhibition environment elements which might have an effect on planning the exhibition space of a large-scale museum and producing detailed ranges of exhibition. The main indicators used are: 1. Attraction power: it indicates the relative incidence of people who have stopped in front of an object/exhibit during the exhibition tour. It is calculated by dividing the number of people who stop by the total number of people who have visited the museum or gallery. 2. Holding power: it measures the average time spent in front of an information/communication element. It is calculated by dividing the average time of stay by the time "necessary" to read an element. As a result, It was expected that attraction power and holding power of exhibit would be increased when moving line of seeing was inductive. However, when the traffic movements of seeing was inductive, repetitive seeing of exhibit was almost never realized and visitors had a strong tendency which viewed on their way of moving without viewing on their way of stopping. On the other hand, it may mean that density of exhibit is low or size of exhibition space is small that most of exhibits within exhibition space have high attraction power and holding power. As Gwacheon National Science Museum, when a museum is composed of many large-scale exhibit halls, it should be formed by separating the main moving line of seeing from the optional moving line of seeing through visitors' natural choice of exhibit and proper inducement of moving line of seeing. In such structure, exhibition environment of the main moving line has an effect on attraction of exhibit and the use of optional moving line acts as a factor to increase attraction. In addition, it is thought that attribute of exhibit and proper arrangement of rest space within exhibition space will increase holding power of exhibit.
We may consider the inducement of demand to public transportation as a solution to relieve traffic congestion and pollution. Subway has merits as moving on schedule, transporting more people than bus. But subway is required a vast investment in the early stage of construction has a huge debt. So it runs into red figures, and on this account, services of subway are falling more and more. Development of subway's operation cost function is useful to understand structure of subway's operation and catch the relations of operation cost and actual results. In addition, we can present the policy that is a helpful to the operation as development of operation cost function. But there are short of studies about operation cost deal with a subway comparison with local train. Because local train has many lines and data, on the other hand, subway has one to four lines and less data. Most of previous studies sought the operation cost function of Seoul. So this study aimed to develop and apply the operation cost function of Seoul, Incheon, Busan and Daegu area using full allocation method. In this study, we considered the number of passengers, track-km, train-km, revenue as actual results. By appling the operation cost function, we compared the average cost of each city and confirmed the existence of economies of scale about the number of passengers, train-km.
