The purpose of study is to suggest the data on what residential choice elements have to be considered to be important when the apartments are planed in middle size cities. This study analyzed the environmental characteristics of Cheong-Ju city and compared the priority of residential choice elements by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results of analysis are as follows. 1) The rate of housing supply in Cheong-Ju city is low at $80.2\%$ and concentrated on small sized apartments. Furthermore, the educational and traffic facilities are very insufficient. 2) While residential choice in Cheong-Ju is heavily characterized by educational surroundings, it is less affected by economic aspects such as housing prices and the value of investments and accessibility to public transportations, distance to working places. 3) It is affected by residents' general characteristics like as sex, age, life cycle, education level, properties, home ownership, number of room and type of house they want. In conclusion, the middle size cities like Cheong-Ju need the large scale residential plans connected with educational considerations, focused on improvement in quality and outdoor space. In addition, it is recommended to make plans to satisfy the diverse needs of consumers.

The health care environment exerts tremendous influence on community health practices. Here the author mention several major factors that will influence the future plan for health service and health education; that is, economic problem, the issues of decrement of infectious disease, increment of chronic degenerative disease due to natural increase of the elderly, increased frequency of traffic and industrial accidents and the issues of medical-technological advances etc. Therefore, special efforts by health personnel should be made to develop health education and health promotion strategies on a community-wide basis. Accordingly, the flexible accessibility, convenient availability, guaranteed medical service, sufficient supply of health information, and rapidly available medicaid service for special population such as the elderly, the handicapped, the disabled and the poor are considered. Also, the financial support from the central government and local self-government and active participation of health consumer to health service are needed in Korea, The role of the health personnel is to elicit, facilitate and maintain health promoting behavior with his and her assurance for health consumers being competent and supported in the voluntary choice of their health promoting activities. The health promoting activities such as the above mentioned will be produce escalation of their life Quality among Koreans.

This examination was conducted as follows; 189 copies were coated in total, and demonstratively analyzed by SPSS WIN 15.0 program. The methods used in data for this analysis are as follows; Sensitivity, Reliability, Frequency, Internal consistency, One way ANOVA(Scheffe's examination) Analysis, T-test, etc. The findings of this study are as follows; firstly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of Italian restaurants regarded convenient transportation, property of space, property of pastoral, visibility, and accessibility as importance. This means that Italian restaurant marketers should consider some of factors of location for business with a good view, good parking lot, location at main street, smooth flow of traffic, luxury, atmosphere of freedom, clean area around restaurants, elegant interior of the building, comfortable, luxurious, and deluxe atmosphere, and so on. Secondly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of buffet restaurant either considered the same factors as the Italian restaurants above or regarded those factors less important. This suggests that restaurants should be located on main streets, on trunk roads, and in large-scale residential districts of apartment complex. Thirdly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of traditional restaurants did not consider the locational factors above. This shows that traditional restaurants should be located in nearby customers' houses or their working places, and that marketers should consider focusing on their restaurants' homelike atmosphere, cleanliness, food flavors, and so on.

Data compression technologies enable us to store and transfer large amount of data efficiently, and become more and more important due to increasing data size and the network traffic. Moreover, as a result of the increase of computing power, volumetric data produced from various applied science and engineering fields has been getting much larger. In this Paper, we present a volume compression scheme which exploits Daubeches wavelet transform. The proposed scheme basically supports lossy compression for 3D volume data, and provides unit-wise random accessibility. Since our scheme shows far lower error rates than the previous compression methods based on Haar filter, it could be used well for interactive visualization applications as well as large volume data compression requiring image fidelity.

The route finding analysis is an essential geo-related decision support tool in a LBS(Location based Services) and previous researches related to route guidance have been mainly focused on route guidances for vehicles. However, due to the recent spread of personal computing devices such as PDA, PMP and smart phone, route guidance for pedestrians have been increasingly in demand. The pedestrian route guidance is different from vehicle route guidance because pedestrians are affected more surrounding environment than vehicles. Therefore, pedestrian path finding needs considerations of factors affecting walking. This paper aimed to extract factors affecting walking and charting the factors for application factors affecting walking to pedestrian path finding. In this paper, we found various factors about environment of road for pedestrian and extract the factors affecting walking. Factors affecting walking consist of 4 categories traffic, sidewalk, network, safety facility. We calculated weights about each factor using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on weights we calculated scores about each factor's attribute. The weight is maximum score of factor. These scores of factor are used to optimal pedestrian path finding as path finding cost with distance, accessibility.

Taean county region has been economically lagged behind compared with other areas in Chungnam Province mainly due to disadvantages of the location such as traffic accessibility, social infrastructure and industrial complex. However, recently Taean region has been emerged as newly prospective area because west coastal highway will be constructed to connect Seoul urban area to famous beach sites, recreational facilities along the seaside of Taean county, where International Flower Exhibition will also be held in Anmyon Island for the year of 2002. This Paper aims to explore how International Flower Exhibition is contributing to the development of local economy of Taean County area and to suggest the strategies for the development of this area through promoting spread effects of these international events. It is estimated that although there will be loss of 32,987 thousands won during the period of international flower festival based on the cash flow analysis, long run profits would be 108 trillion won, when calculating indirect benefits derived from the sight seeing, flower sales and other incomes from various activities. In order to maximize post benefits of international flower event, it is suggested that Taean county should pursue the strategies for specializing in cultural events such as family recreational events, beach festival and traditional cultural events, improving the social infrastructure and promoting the local industry such as flower, tourism and advanced technological enterprises.

A network neutrality is the concept that ISP assures users non-discrimination, interconnection, accessibility for ensuring users without control or interference of equal services in the network. But today a network traffic is growing rapidly in sensitive buffering services as P2P service diffusion and mass video stream service. To manage this problem, ISP violates a net neutrality by control, change and interfere with service. And then the debate about net neutrality is happening. Therefore in this paper, we compare and analyze net neutrality principles, concepts, and legislative policy in the native and foreign. Based on this, we suggested the issues and improvement plan of net neutrality guard line.

Automobiles and parking lots have greatly been increased by the continuous development of new towns and residential districts. There were not enough parking lots; and although there were off-street parking lots available for sale, they were not easily sold. Through a parking regulation, local governments can require parking spaces for more than a certain rate in developing areas. Despite local governments should require parking spaces within the parking demand and regulation, they did not investigate parking demands. Off-street parking spaces are not easy to sell because they don't consider the parking demand. In this study, we analyzed the factors that affect the parking management in order to increase sales of the off-street parking. The factors were "the characteristics of the parking lots", "the accessibility of the off-street parking", and "the traffic environment around off-street parking." We have derived suggestions for these factors. In addition, this study has derived nine variables affecting the parking operation in these three factors, and suggested a logistic regression model and the influence of each factors. According to the analysis, "parking signs" were the most influential. Next were "land uses" and "lanes on road".

In order to analyze possible effects of senior hospital selection factors and service satisfaction on senior hospital patients' revisit of senior hospital, this study surveyed guardians of total 204 patients hospitalized in major 4 senior hospitals in Busan. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions: First, it was found that guardians considered appropriateness of medical treatment cost as the biggest factor of choice, which was followed by kindness of doctor and hospital employees, locational accessibility (traffic convenience), and doctor's medical capacity. Second, the factor analysis about patients' satisfaction showed that the influential factors consisted of satisfaction at medical staffs, satisfaction at nursing and care, and satisfaction at facilities. Third, there was not significant difference in the overall impression of hospital and the intention of revisit depending upon sociological variables. Fourth, satisfaction at nursing and care and satisfaction at facilities had significant effects on better satisfaction at overall impression of hospital, and it was noted that the shorter admission period and the less complaint led to the higher intention of revisit. Therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction at medical staffs, nursing and care, and facilities rather than patients' own sociological characteristics.

Objective : This study aims to understand the consumer's needs for Korean medicine medical service using online review analysis of medical consumers. Methods : We analyzed the purpose and satisfaction factors of medical service use using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling. The data used in the study was 120,727 screened reviews written by medical consumers registered on Naver. The analyzed results were compared with the "2020 Korean Medicine Utilization Survey". Results : From 2018 to 2021, the five most frequently used terms were "kindness", "treatment", "doctor", "Korean medicine", and "acupuncture". The main purpose of visiting Korean medicine medical clinic and hospital was to treat "traffic accidents" in 2018, "waist(back) pain" in 2019, "musculoskeletal pain" in 2020 & 2021. Based on the rating, reviewers were satisfied with "explanation of treatment" and "treatment attitude", and dissatisfied with "accessibility to the institution". Conclusion : We concluded that the main purpose of use of Korean medicine institution was to treat musculoskeletal disorders. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will be used to improve Korean medicine medical service in the future.
