  • 농촌관광에 대한 수요의 급증은 급격한 산업화에 의한 사회의 변화와 깊은 연관이 있으며 근대 산업혁명의 결과에 따른 대량생산과 도시민의 소득 증대, 현대적 과학기술의 발달로 인한 농촌인구의 도시로의 유입현상은 도. 농간의 소득과 문화의 격차를 벌여 놓았을 뿐만 아니라 경쟁사회에 익숙한 도시인의 가치관과 정체성에 대한 질문을 제기하는 결과이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 대안관광의 하나인 농촌관광의 전통한옥 숙박공간의 특성을 통하여 농촌관광 만족과 전통한옥의 활용방안을 모색하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

도심소하천 식생조사에서 현장사진과 UAV 근적외선 영상의 비교평가 (Comparative Evaluation of UAV NIR Imagery versusin-situ Point Photo in Surveying Urban Tributary Vegetation)

  • 현재 도심 소하천의 식생조사는 주로 현장조사에 의존하여 이루어진다. UAV NIR(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Near Infrared) 영상은 매우 낮은 고도에서 취득할 수 있어 도심 소하천과 같이 폭이 매우 좁은 표적(10m 내외)에 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있다. 하지만 UAV NIR영상이 도심소하천의 식생 조사도구로서 검증되지 않아, UAV NIR 영상과 현장사진을 통합한 선행연구는 존재하지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전통적인 원격탐사의 영역이 아니었던 국부적인 대상인 도심소하천 식생조사에서 UAV NIR 영상과 현장사진의 비교평가를 실시하였다. 하천 식생조사 결과를 실무에서 활용하는데 필요한 요구 사항을 고려하여 광역공간정보, 미시적인 정보 및 정량적인 데이터 확보 등 다양한 측면에서 분석이 수행되었다. UAV NIR 영상은 전통적인 현장조사에서 취득할 수 없었던 거시적인 주변 환경(예: 인공적인 토지 이용에 따른 영향)에 따른 식생군집패턴의 변화를 추적할 수 있었다. 현장조사는 전세계적으로 도심 소하천 식생 모니터링 방법으로 정착되었지만, 거시적인 정보의 취득에서 상당한 한계를 노출하였으며 정량적인 정보를 확보하는 과정에서도 신뢰성에 한계를 노출하였다. 본 연구가 도심 소하천의 식생조사에서 거시적이고 정량화되고 객관적인 데이터가 부재하여 직면하였던 한계를 극복할 수 있는 계기가 되어 향후 UAV NIR 원격탐사에서 확보할 수 있는 정보의 수준을 파악할 수 있는 중요한 참고자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

기후디자인 기반 건축물통합형 입면녹화시스템 개발 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Program of Building Integrated Vertical Greening System Based on Climate Design)

  • 도시화를 주도하는 건축, 도시개발 사업은 주변자연환경을 고려하지 않고 일관적인 개발행태로 인하여 기존 부지에 대한 생태성을 급진적으로 저하시켜 도시열섬화 현상, 대기오염, 도심 내 종 다양성 저감 등 환경 및 생태계를 교란하는 주요원인으로 인식되었다. 지속 가능한 시스템 중에서 도심 내 생태적 연결을 제공하는 건축물녹화는 기존의 건물을 지속 가능한 도시환경 시스템의 한 부분으로 전이시켜줄 수 있는 구체적 생태기술공법의 하나이다. 본연구에서는 체계적인 입면녹화 개발방안수립을 위해 기본기술개발방향, 기후환경인자, 기후디자인 기술요소, 소재 등을 고찰하였고 이에 준하여 입면녹화시스템 설계프로세스를 도식화하고 분석, 전략, 개발방안, 유형 설정의 순서로 건전한 한국형 입면녹화시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 국내 환경에 대응하는 지속가능한 입면녹화시스템 구축을 위해 식물학적, 시스템적 시스템 개발 및 발전방안 마련을 제시하고자 한다.

한국과 일본의 가구형 집합주택의 거주후평가 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Block Housing of Korea and Japan by Post Occupancy Evaluation)

  • In modern Asia major cities had same problem with lack of affordable housing for families. So they had to concentrate to the mass supply of housing and made some physical counter effects like high density of cities, limitation of parking space. Also people who lived in those cities could suffer from broken traditional community culture. To rebuild traditional community and increase land usage, Block housing is suggested as a new kind of multi-family housing for old town redevelopment. Now some governments are trying to make urban code to give some initiative for new block housing development in old city blocks. They expect this new housing type can help to solve serious problems like lack of parking area, green space and context of block. Also they hope that block housing development can help to increase safety of town and reduce cost of development. The purpose of this study is to review the establishment and development process of Block Housing and to confirm the aspect which has been changed with urban organization together. Also this study tried to find out the intentional characteristics of similarities and differences with comparison of Korea and Japan. And as a result we could find critical physical viewpoint, and provide considerations for future study and plan. Several cases of block housing in Korea and Japan were reviewed for comparative study and Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) survey was examined to find satisfaction factors and problems which were expected to improved.

일제 강점기 도시화와 인구이동: 1930년 부(府)와 지정면(指定面) 지역을 중심으로 (The Urbanization and Migration in the Period of the Japanese Occupation)

  • 이 연구는 1930년 국세조사 인구자료를 기초로 14개 부, 41개 지정면을 도시지역으로 설정하여, 도시로의 인구이동과 그 출발지 유형, 입지를 분석하여 당시 도시화 과정을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 당시 도시지역에 유입된 인구의 출생지를 출발지로 간주하고 그 유형과 입지를 우선 분석하였다. 분석결과, 1930년의 부와 지정면은 유입인구의 출발지에 따라 전국적 범위의 출생자들이 장거리 이동한 곳, 인접지역 출생자들이 단거리 이동한 곳 및 두 가지의 중간적 성격을 가지는 곳 등으로 구분될 수 있었다. 그리고 일제의 효율적 식민 지배를 위해 새롭게 개발된 도시일수록 전국적 장거리 이동자의 유입지라는 성격이 두드러졌지만, 전통적인 도시기능을 수행했던 곳들도 주변 인구가 유입되면서 지역의 중심도시로 빠르게 성장하였다. 이에 대해서 이 연구는 식민 도시화라는 정주체계와 전통적 정주체계의 이중적 구조가 이중적 도시화와 인구이동을 발생시켰을 가능성이 있음을 제안한다.

가족/친족 구조의 해체와 재구성 I : 서울시 실태조사를 중심으로 (Disintegration and reconstruction of the family/kinship structure among the families in the Seoul area)

  • The primary goal of this study is to identify disintegration and reconstruction of the family/kinship structure in the rapidly industrializing urban area, Seoul. For this purpose, detailed data about (1) the value related to the family and kinship (2) the family relationship, especially marital relationship (3) the attitude of divorce and remarriage (4) the characteristics of the social network (5) the family/kin rites and attitude about the rites are gathered. A total of 716 subjects completed structured questionnaires. Major conclusions of the study are as follows: Firstly, most of the respondents are found not to support familism and boy preference, and they show an ambivalence about the child value analyzed by concepts of the cost and reward. Secondly, most of the respondents perceive that marital relationship has been changed toward the direction of increased relative importance of wives' opinion in the decision making process within the family. However, they believe that husbands still have more power than their wives. Respondents also believe that parents have more power than their children. Thirdly, most of the respondents view divorce as an altemative to unhappy marriage. It was also shown that relatively few have negative attitude toward remarriage. Fourthly, the social network of the respondents is characterized by two distinct trends, namely, strong parent-child ties and narrowed kin relationship. Fifthly, the urbanization and the introduction of western life style have disrupted the traditional rites of passage. But ancestral rites serve to confirm family ties, especially the gathering of siblings to perform ancestral rites for parents. Therefore foreign element exist in parallel with pre-existing traditional elements.

도시 집합주거의 외부공간의 위계적인 구성방식에 관한 연구 - 한국 전통건축의 공간구성기법을 응용하여 - (A Study on the Hierarchical Organization of the Exterior Space in the Multi-Family Housing Complexes in the Urban Area - By Analysing the Exterior Space in Korean Traditional Architecture -)

  • Efficiency and universality which was the spirit of the modern age, had also an enfluence on our living environment. Various types of individual housing unit were developed and mass-produced. However, the exterior space in our city is a place for our social life and intermediate place to connect the private life of each individual to our society. For the people to adapt themselves well to their environment, it should be well organized which means it is clearly divided and integrated in a hierarchical order. To realize these conditions, adequate boundaries to divide each territory and entrances to connect each territory are two essential elements. One of the possible methods to realize these conditions can be found in korean traditional architecture where the exterior space has the same figural quality like buildings and is the center of the whole composition. Buildings, walls and colonnades are the elements to define space. Gates, pavilions, gabs between buildings and posts are the elements to symbolize the entrance connecting each space. Each exterior space is integrated to a whole composition. One is the gradual differentiation along the axis which is unique in korean traditional architecture. The other is the rectangular connection which is also found in the other area in the world. The results of this thesis are as follows. The exterior space in the housing area should have the figural quality. The elements to make boundaries defining exterior space are classified into horizontal elements such as low buildings and walls, and vertical elements such as tower-shape buildings which define space in a different way. The position of openings in a housing block affects the characteristic and openness of a exterior space. Various types of gates are used to decide the relationship between spaces.

Spatial Pattern Analysis of High Resolution Satellite Imagery: Level Index Approach using Variogram

  • A traditional image analysis or classification method using satellite imagery is mostly based on the spectral information. However, the spatial information is more important according as the resolution is higher and spatial patterns are more complex. In this study, we attempted to compare and analyze the variogram properties of actual high resolution imageries mainly in the urban area. Through the several experiments, we have understood that the variogram is various according to a sensor type, spatial resolution, a location, a feature type, time, season and so on and shows the information related to a feature size. With simple modeling, we confirmed that the unique variogram types were shown unlike the classical variogram in case of small subsets. Based on the grasped variogram characteristics, we made a level index map for determining urban complexity or land-use classification. These results will become more and more important and be widely applied to the various fields of high-resolution imagery such as KOMPSAT-2 and KOMPSAT-3 which is scheduled to be launched.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Street Vitality in High-Density Residential Areas Based on Multi-source Data: A Case Study of Shanghai

  • Currently, big data and open data, together with traditional measured data, have come to constitute a new data environment, expanding new technical paths for quantitative analysis of the street environment. Streets provide precious linear public space in high-density residential areas. Pedestrian activities are the main body of street vitality. In this paper, 441 street segments were selected from 21 residential districts in high-density downtown area of Shanghai as cases, to quantitatively evaluate the influencing factors of pedestrian activities. Bivariate analysis was performed, and the results showed that street vitality was not only correlated with a highly populated environment, but also with other factors. In particular, the density of entrances and exits of residential properties, the proportion of walkable areas, and the density of retail and service facilities, were correlated with the vitality of street segments. The magnitudes of correlation between the street environmental factors and the pedestrian traffic differed across various trip purposes. Segment connectivity factors were more correlated with walking for leisure than for transportation. While public transportation factors were mainly correlated with walking for transportation, vehicular traffic factors were negatively correlated with walking for leisure.

제주도 지역 거주자의 주거 행태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residential Behavior of Cheju Province)

  • Cheju province exposes a separated residential culture compared to the mainland area. since it has its own unique climate, natural features. Therefore, this study tried to grasp the residential behavior. was based on the questionnaire to Cheju province people, using the approach by statistic verification. This study also focused and aimed on suggesting the basic data about housing plan which is appropriate to the climate. natural features requirement from inhabitants through the comparison and analysis between the mainland area and Cheju province. The results of the study are as follows; Firstly. the diversified applicative study on ‘Ol-rae’. ‘Ma-dang’, ‘Yoo-young’ and so forth that is traditional outside garden of Cheju is imperative, because in urban area people think traffics, vicinity, etc. are more significant, and in rural area people think occupying large outside space is more significant. Secondly. in the study of the degree of satisfaction on the housing, most of the people's was ‘neutral’ and in rural area quite a lot of negative reaction exposed. This is owing to the uniform introduction on residential style of the mainland area. Thirdly, housing plan should be considered family members' housing needs and provincial characteristics, meanwhile most of the people answered positively about the residential value which is considered very significant lately, for instance, security of privacy. appropriate plan for child's room.
