An amphibious inspection robot system (hereafter AIROS) is being developed to visually inspect the in-containment refueling storage water tank (hereafter IRWST) strainer in APR1400 instead of a human diver. Four IRWST strainers are located in the IRWST, which is filled with boric acid water. Each strainer has 108 sub-assembly strainer fin modules that should be inspected with the VT-3 method according to Reg. guide 1.82 and the operation manual. AIROS has 6 thrusters for submarine voyage and 4 legs for walking on the top of the strainer. An inverse kinematic algorithm was implemented in the robot controller for exact walking on the top of the IRWST strainer. The IRWST strainer has several top cross braces that are extruded on the top of the strainer, which can be obstacles of walking on the strainer, to maintain the frame of the strainer. Therefore, a robot leg should arrive at the position beside the top cross brace. For this reason, we used an image processing technique to find the top cross brace in the sole camera image. The sole camera image is processed to find the existence of the top cross brace using the cross edge detection algorithm in real time. A 5-DOF robot arm that has multiple camera modules for simultaneous inspection of both sides can penetrate narrow gaps. For intuitive presentation of inspection results and for management of inspection data, inspection images are stored in the control PC with camera angles and positions to synthesize and merge the images. The synthesized images are then mapped in a 3D CAD model of the IRWST strainer with the location information. An IRWST strainer mock-up was fabricated to teach the robot arm scanning and gaiting. It is important to arrive at the designated position for inserting the robot arm into all of the gaps. Exact position control without anchor under the water is not easy. Therefore, we designed the multi leg robot for the role of anchoring and positioning. Quadruped robot design of installing sole cameras was a new approach for the exact and stable position control on the IRWST strainer, unlike a traditional robot for underwater facility inspection. The developed robot will be practically used to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the inspection of nuclear power plant components.
The concept of 'Picturing' is beyond the 'Illusion' of traditional art in the Digital Media era. It is a 'Suffering' of the 'Re-appearance' that is masquerade the 'Actual' as a 'Digital Apparition.' This study aims to concern the point of view on the above subject; the 'Picturing' through the analysis of communication problems in the digital era. To begin with, need to define the concept of 'Picturing' and how it is expected to have a role through the accessibility of medium use, intervention by body and images. Also, I suggest a new approach to 'Picturing' as a new mutual communication method. Body, Digital media, and Image. These three principles of 'Picturing' create huge benefits to our world/nature whether we want it or not. It seems to become more and more of powerful self-replicating organism. We have to be aware what sort of images are surrounding us and how transmitting it to where in/on our body via newest sophisticated media we use. 'Picturing' is an invasion of ordinary, no longer exists pleasure for body, no longer speaks intension of its next destination. It strongly self-grows and also controls us in the name of Digital media era. However, 'Picturing' is a mode of re-imaging activity and also suggestion of re-appearance practice.
The exhibition was started in 2010 in the New Acropolis Museum of Athens and embarked a journey since 2011 as a travelling exhibition inside Greece and abroad. The main purpose of the exhibition was to draw attention of the general public to the value of the 'rescue excavation' and of cultural heritage of Greece, by presenting the reconstruction bust of a girl whose skull was found in Kerameikos cemetery of ancient Athens. The new Kerameikos excavation was initiated by the construction of Metropolitan Railway lines in the center of Athens between 1992 to 1998. It revealed a pit of a mass burial where about 150 people were inhumed in a very hasty way without proper funeral rites or offerings. These bodies are identified as the victims of the infamous plague of Athens in the first years of the Peloponnesian War(430-426 BC). The epidemic disease killed almost one third of the city population including Pericles, and brought extreme fear and panic to the Athens society. The traditional funerary rites were totally disrupted, and the social decorum and the morality among the citizens became enfeebled. The plague and the civil war were the decisive factors to end the Golden Age of Democratic Athens. However, the exhibition organizers did not focus on the tragic aspect of this disaster and its casualties. Their main concern was to simplify the scholarly works of archaeological excavation and microchemistry analysis so that the exhibition viewers will easily understand and empathize the living value of the scholarly works of ancient Greek civilization. The centripetal element of the exhibition was the vivid face of an 11 years old ancient girl 'Myrtis', which was carefully reconstructed based on both the scientific data and artistic imagination. Also the set up of the exhibition was structured in order to stimuli cognitive and emotional experience of the visitors who witnessed the rebirth of a vibrant human being from an ancient debris. The museologists' continuous efforts to promote projects of contemporary artists, publications, and school programs related to the exhibition indicate that the ulterior motive of this exhibition is the cultural education of the present and future generation through the intimate experiences of ancient Greek life. Also this is the reason why the various museums that held the travelling exhibition try to make the presentation as a gesture of memorial service for an anonymous Athenian girl who deceased circa 2400 years ago. The pragmatic efforts of Greek scholars and museologists through exhibition show us a way to find a solution to the continuous threat of cultural resources by massive construction projects and land development, and to overcome public indifference to the history and cultural heritage.
Hybrid broadcasting environment is convergence of broadcasting and communication environment. In hybrid broadcasting environment, a number of media can be delivered using both broadcasting channel and other network unlike traditional broadcast environment that is able to deliver a couple of media by the limited bandwidth. Now, starting with smart TV, hybrid broadcasting environment combining broadcasting channel and IP network is established, and a variety of services are appearing. Moreover, the services using hybrid broadcasting environment are expected to appear soon for the other smart terminals such as smart phone and tablet PC. Scene composition is one of the methods that can consume effectively a number of media delivered from hybrid broadcasting environment. Using scene composition, multiple media can be consumed through the specified presentation time and space. Therefore, in this paper, it proposes the scene composition technology that is suitable for hybrid broadcasting environment and smart terminals. However, the spatial composition and temporal composition of media using script language and style language of HTML5 might increase the complexity of processing, and cause limitation of avaliable terminals. Also, a document of HTML5 can describe only one scene. By these reason, the proposed scene composition technology extends HTML5 in order to provide the spatial and temporal composition of media and description of multiple scene through markup language. In addition, it includes the extension of HTML5 in terms of utilization in hybrid broadcasting environment. For this proposal, this paper describes the technology of HTML5 and proposed scene composition. Also, it verifies the scene composition with both implementations and experiments.
Purpose - This study reviews the achievements of a pilot project for the revitalization of a commercial district performed for three years after its establishment in 2011. The project for the revitalization of the commercial district was performed to create a new local community space in connection with the traditional market and nearby districts. Although it was a pilot project, the project for the revitalization of the commercial district has been performed for almost three years. Therefore, this seems a proper time to conduct an interim evaluation of the project. This study aims to review and evaluate how the government support policy is influential for the revitalization of the commercial district. In other words, this research aims to identify what projects positively affected consumers' intention to revisit the downtown commercial area among the commercial district revitalization projects-promotion events, promotion activities, education, merchants cooperation system, IT projects, cultural events, and residents' communication. Research design, data, and methodology - This study designated seven management improvement projects affecting commercial district revitalization based on preceding studies. The survey of the degree of satisfaction on seven management improvement projects was executed targeting consumers who visited the commercial areas. Additionally, visitors' revisit intentions regarding currently visited commercial areas were also investigated. Therefore, revisit intention was set as a dependent variable and the satisfaction degrees of the respective management improvement projects were set as the independent variables. A total of 1,209 consumers were examined in six districts in the country. Result - Multiple regression analysis results showed that cultural events, education, the merchants' cooperation system, and IT projects brought statistically significant effects to the revisit intentions of consumers. In contrast, promotion events, resident communication projects, and promotion activities did not affect the revisit intentions of consumers. Particularly, the residents' communication project did not show significant influence because of consumers' recognition that it is similar to a cultural event. Conclusion - The following implications for the revitalization of business districts in the urban central area are drawn. From a general perspective, the businesses of culture, education, and cooperative system among seven businesses play positive roles regarding the intention to revisit so that the project is required to be promoted periodically through unique performances differentiated for each district, the merchant training reinforced for professionalism, and the expansion of joint events of merchants. Moreover, the sales promotion project and public relations activity are shown to be not influential to the intention to revisit. Therefore, while short-term sales promotion such as one-time gift events are required, sales promotion and public relation activities to induce revisits by mileage savings and accumulated gift presentation to attract long-term customers are required. The IT business is positively influential to the intention of revisit. Therefore, detailed information on the revitalized commercial district should be provided and additional functions such as discount coupons for continuous utilization should be included in the mobile app and the website.
Unlike Sijo researchers' wishes, there is no enough place for Sijo in school education. Its falling tendency has caused the crisis of literature. Literature is not only an act of making a human life become itself humanly but also the most effective way for communicating with all around the world. Especially, Sijo is an important genre for four reasons: (1)understanding about the traditional sentiment, ideology (thoughts), and way of life of a people, (2) including the wisdom to help us live in reality, (3)having a set pattern (standard) which is an important element to develop the language culture, (4)letting us know about the root of the racial literature. These peculiar characteristics of Sijo are the machinery and materials that can elevate the self-identity of teenager who has been undergoing emotional and psychological instability. Therefore, Sijo education should be done to draw a 'clear-map' by using the following order: to understand of Sijo and apply the subjective experience, imagination, and pre-understanding of a learner to it - to understand the embodied world in Sijo in the concrete and experience the basic manner about the way of putting the world into shape - to express the learner's idea and feeling freely and positively - the expression activity focused on their critical thinking - an appreciation expression stressed on the learner's activity to elevate the self-identity.

The purpose of this study is the presentation of the proper microwave treatment conditions by means of the investigation of the effect of microwave irradiation on the dewaterability and dryability of sludge. For the improving of dewatering efficiency of sludge using the microwave, the proper time of microwave irradiation is very important. The dewatering efficiency of thickening sludge conditioned by microwave irradiation for proper time was considerably improved with reducing of capillary suction time from 52.3 sec to 30.8 sec, and the sludge conditioned by microwave irradiation had contained the moisture of 81.4% after that pressure filtrationed. The result of drying characteristics of dewatered sludge using the microwave irradiation and furnace heating, for drying of sludge to moisture of below 55%, microwave irradiation time was required 3 min, whereas, furnace heating was required 40 min at $105^{\circ}C$, 20 min at $170^{\circ}C$ and 9 min at $300^{\circ}C$, respectively. We certified that the drying of dewatered sludge using the microwave irradiation was effectively reduction of moisture of sludge compare to traditional heating method.

Royal favors concern. for example, encouragement of the king, the king's birthday and deathday, and securing a government position by the king's order. His clan's pride concerns, for example, the geographically wonderful place of Huang Yunseok's ancestor's tomb, his ancestor's great conduct, his clan's beautiful tradition, his birth place, and his birth dream. The main content of the ethical lessons concerns cultivation of the human mind and practicing Confucian ethics. Examples of the former describe the purpose of Confucian study, the ethical doctrine that human being's inborn nature is good, the character of the human mind, and the method of cultivating the human mind. Examples of the latter describe the moral rules to govern the Five Human Relations, separation between husband and wife, and discrimination between males and females. The poetic intention of Huang Yunseok's sip consists of political and economic self-promotion and theoretical devotion to Confucian ideology. Proud of his educated, high Confucian clan, he tries to get self-promotion politically and economically by vowing loyalty to the king. He implies devotion to the Confucian ideology through his description of the practice of the Confucian moral rules, the clinging to traditional Neo-Confucianism, and his insistence on the Neo-Confucian theory that all human beings and animals are the same in their original nature. In conclusion, the didactic character of Huang Yunseok's sip stems from his intention to promote himself politically and economically and his theoretical devotion to Confucian ideology. The way of indicative expression originates from the didactic character of Huang Yunseok's sijo.
Introduction: Stroke refers to a sudden brain disease that results in disorders in the anatomy of the brain. The cause is a sudden circulatory disorder of the cerebrovascular system that creates a consciousness disorder and hemiplegia. Despite aggressive treatment after the onset, stroke is a social problem because the patient has difficulty in recovering from sequelae that can include limb movement disorders, language disorders, and emotional disorders. In this study, we describe the effect of traditional Korean medicine treatment on the sequelae in a subacute cerebral infarction patient admitted to a Korean medical hospital. Case presentation: A 67-year-old male patient was diagnosed with cerebral infarction circa 2005, and his condition had not improved. Around March 15, 2018, he experienced the sudden onset of a cerebral infarction in his daily life. This was confirmed by a brain MRI, and he was hospitalized at other hospitals, but he showed no improvement. We conducted a manual muscle test (MMT) to evaluate the patient's exercise and strength. His gait level was measured to evaluate his degree of walking. He was treated with Bojungikgi-tang and acupuncture twice a day. After 34 days of inpatient treatment, the patient's exercise strength improved from Grade 2+~Grade 3 to Grade 3+ determined by the MMT, and his walking ability improved from Gait Level 3 to Gait Level 4. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that acupuncture and herbal medicine treatment can help treat patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction.
An on-going creative process was the major principle of Kantor's artistic endeavors. Kantor's emphasis on process grew out of his frustration with the experience of creation being isolated from the audience in the present time, during the moments of encounter. At the same time, however, Kantor was always aware of the fact that the first night of each and every performance that he made was the last point of his creative intervention. Despite being performed live in the present time, Kantor saw theatre essentially as an end product. This does not mean that Kantor abandoned the concept of on-going process, for process was for the artist a means to reject the idea of a finished work of art and to denounce the feeling of satisfaction derived from the traditional denouement in representational theatre. For him, theatre that dominated his time isolated the audience from the art work and the artist, and from this perspective his continual emphasis on process should be understood as an aesthetic principle in order to open up and expand the dimension of art into the realm of the spectator so that the experiences of both the artist and spectator may coexist. The heaviest barrier that separated the artist and his work from its audience was the creative structure that governed Western art. In theatre it was the dramatic structure that was the main object of his series of severe challenges. Not only did it fail to represent reality but it distorted reality, creating nothing but artificial illusion. Under this condition, all that was permitted to the audience was mirages. However, Kantor never completely discarded illusion from his theatre. The point for him was always to created a circumstance where the illusory reality of drama comes to exist within the dimensions of our reality. It was Kantor's belief that instead of a total denial of illusion, his theatre should strategically accommodate illusion which comes from reality. And, the aim of Kantor's theatrical experiments was to invite the audience into this ambience and transform the experience of his audience into a much more participatory one. This paper traces the ways in which Kantor transgressed the dominating conventions of representational, literary theatre, and how such attempts induced an alternative mode of spectatorship. The study will begin from an investigation into Kantor's attitude towards illusion and reality, and then move onto a closer inspection of how he spatially and dramaturgically materialized his concepts on stage, giving special focus on Wielopole, Wielopole.
