This paper investigates factors impacting on sustainable fashion buying intention of consumers by reviewing studies about the topic and conducting a survey with consumers in Ho Chi Minh City. In detail, firstly, an interview with 15 respondents was conducted to check the understanding of concepts and questions and, secondly, the study used the convenient sampling method, with 172 samples collected and analyzed, of which young respondents accounted for the majority of the sample. The respondents tend to go shopping many times in a year, with the number of people buying fashion products from every week to every two months accounting for 65.2% totally. The findings suggest that the firms should prioritize strategies that can improve customer attitude toward sustainable fashion, making them feel good, pleasant, satisfied and favorable when engaging in sustainable fashion consumption. This study concludes that consumers need more information to enable them to make better ethical decisions. This study proposes that the major channels that consumers use to seek sustainable product information include public education, peer influence, and corporate marketing information about the products. This study concludes that public education and corporate marketing information on green consumption education is effective for improving consumer sustainable buying intention.

The size of the government is one of the most fundamental debates of open economies. In any economy, government plays an important role, but a pertinent level of economic prosperity has never been obtained in history without government. Therefore, the objective of this paper investigates the association of government size, economic volatility, and institutional quality for 182 economies from the time period 1996-2016 is collected from the World Bank database. GE is defined as the General government's final consumption expenditure. Health expenditure is represented by HE. Government expenditure on education is denoted by EDUEXP. The economic volatility is measured by the rolling standard deviation of GDP per capita growth rate, Population growth, Trade openness, GINI represented Gini index which measures the degree to which the income distributed or consumption expenses among citizens deviates from a perfectly equal distribution. The results proposed that economic volatility has a significant effect on government size and institutional qualities. Moreover, the paper extends the investigation by finding the link between economic volatility with government health and education expenditure separately. The policy implication drawn from this analysis is that controlling economic volatility may reduce the size of government and also significantly affect health and education expenditures.

한국에서는 교육을 중요시하고 있으며, 그 중에 영어교육에 상당히 치중해 있다. 이러한 교육에는 공교육과 사교육이 있는데, 대다수의 가구에서는 사교육에 대한 비용을 지출하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 가구에서 지출하고 있는 사교육비와 수능성적과의 관계를 살펴본다. 분석결과 사교육비의 지출과 수능성적 간에는 양(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사교육 총 투입시간과 수능성적 간의 관계에서도 양(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Modern challenges in the educational environment force scientists and practitioners to search for an adequate answer. In particular, the war in Ukraine demonstrated the importance of developing information competence as one of the main means of distinguishing true information from a whole stream of fake news. This is especially relevant in connection with the introduction of distance learning when students must find and process a large amount of information on their own. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze the training of higher education students through the prism of acquiring the necessary level of informational competence in war conditions. For this, general scientific and special research methods, as well as the experimental method, were used. In the results, the peculiarities of the interpretation of information competence in the distance form of education among modern researchers are determined, the psychological components of resistance to fakes are analyzed. Based on the conducted empirical measurements, it was established that thorough work on student education gives positive skills when working independently with Internet materials, strengthens the ability to distinguish false information and propaganda from the real state of affairs. The conclusions summarize the results of the empirical research and suggest ways to improve the situation with the formation of information competence.

본 연구는 북한이 1991년에 처음 자유경제무역지대로 지정하여 개방한 나진-선봉지구에 대한 기초적인 지역연구의 일환으로서. 입지특성과 지역구조를 밝히는데 중점을 두었다. 3차에 걸친 현지답사와 위성사진. 그리고 관련자료를 수집하여 지난 10년간 토지이용과 지역구조 변화여부를 분석하였다. 입지적 특성인 중계기지로서의 역할은 인프라 구축 미비, 수출가공기지로서의 역할은 주변지역과 산업연계 부족 등이 문제점으로 확인되었다. 10개 계획공업구는 자체 산업구조의 취약과 공업구간의 유기적인 기능 분담이 이루어지지 않아 효율성과 잠재력이 뒤떨어지는 것으로 평가되었다. 앞으로 이 지구의 성공 여부는 북한 당국의 의지와 여러가지 입지적 문제들을 어떻게 극복하느냐에 달려 있다.

경제의 글로벌화에 따른 자동차 부품산업의 구조 재편과정에서 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업의 입지선택과 공간조직은 더욱 중요해졌다. 완성차 업체의 인수 합병으로 촉발된 부품업체의 변화는 거래선 다변화와 부품 생산의 모듈화를 중심으로 진행되었다. 이에 따른 부품업체의 입지변화와 생산조직의 공간적 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전국적인 스케일에서 보면, 수도권 남부 및 충청권 북부지역에서 부품업체의 수가 증가였고, 현대차는 수도권에서, 기아차는 동남권에서 부품공급 거래가 확대되었다. 둘째, 완성차 공장을 중심으로 보면, 전속거래업체는 완성차 공장과 근접경향을 나타내고 있으며, 복수(네트워크)거래 업체들은 분산경향을 나타내고 있다. 또한 부품공급체계에 있어서 JIT(Just In Time, 적기공급)보다 더욱 세밀해진 JIS(Just In Sequence, 동기서열공급)체계를 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 사례연구를 통해 부품업체의 전략적 입지선정과정을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 완성차 업체의 외부화 경향과는 반대로 규모의 경제를 위한 내부화 경향이 현저하게 나타났다.

Over the past several decades, educational systems in many parts of the world have undergone manifold changes that have significantly affected the work environment of educators. Among other negative impacts of the globalized reforms in higher education has been the increasing prevalence of workplace bullying. The purpose of this research note is to serve different purposes: (1) examine the causes behind the changing landscape of higher education; (2) discuss previous and current research on workplace bullying; (3) introduce the methodology of the Taiwan Higher Education Faculty Survey (THEFS); (4) outline its anticipated outcome.

This paper aims at investigating what Regional University E-Learning Centers (RUECs) has done in promoting e-learning in university education in Korea. First, the e-learning situation in university education in Korea is introduced. Secondly, the background of establishment of RUECs and its functions are explained in detail. Thirdly, a case of RUECs is suggested by using the CNU-University E-Learning Center. In particular, the performance of e-learning is evaluated based on the student satisfaction data, and a paired-t test is implemented to see if there was any difference between 'before' and 'after' e-learning. Lastly, some suggestions are made to promote the e-learning in university education.

With the rapid development of educational informatization, teaching methods become diversified characteristics, but a large number of information data restrict the evaluation on teaching subject and object in terms of the effect of English education. Therefore, this study adopts the concept of incremental learning and eigenvalue interval algorithm to improve the weighted decision tree, and builds an English education effect evaluation model based on association rules. According to the results, the average accuracy of information classification of the improved decision tree algorithm is 96.18%, the classification error rate can be as low as 0.02%, and the anti-fitting performance is good. The classification error rate between the improved decision tree algorithm and the original decision tree does not exceed 1%. The proposed educational evaluation method can effectively provide early warning of academic situation analysis, and improve the teachers' professional skills in an accelerated manner and perfect the education system.
