다축 CNC 시스템의 통합형 제어기 설계 (Integrated Controller Design for Multi-Axis CNC Systems)

  • This paper proposes a controller design analysis for three-axis CNC systems considering both contouring and tracking performance. The proposed analysis inclusively combines axial controllers for each individual feed drive system together with cross-coupling controller at the beginning design stage as an integrated manner. These two controllers used to be separately designed and analyzed since they have different control objectives. The proposed scheme includes a stability analysis for the overall control system and a performance analysis in terms of contouring and tracking accuracy. Computer simulation is performed and the results show the validity of the proposed methodology. Further, the results can be used as a basic guideline in systematic and comprehensive controller design for multi-axis CNC systems.

소나시스템에서의 추적효과도 분석 (Measure of Effectiveness Analysis for Tracking in SONAR System)

  • Since the optimized use of sonar systems for target tracking is a practical problem for naval operations, the measure of mission achievability is needed for preparing efficient sonar-maneuver tactic. In order to quantify the mission achievability or Measure Of Effectiveness(MOE) for given sonar-maneuver tactics, we developed and tested a simulation algorithm. The proposed algorithm for tracking is based on Measure Of Performance(MOP) for localization and tracking system of sonar against target. Probability of Detection(PD) using steering beam patterns referenced to the aspect angle of sonar is presented to consider the tracking-performance of sonar. Also, the integrated software package, named as Optimal Acoustic Search Path Planning(OASPP) is used for generating sonar-maneuver patterns and vulnerability analysis for a given scenario. Through simulation of a simple case for which the intuitive solution is known, the proposed algorithm is verified.

위상 배열 다기능 레이더의 탄도탄 추적 필터 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Tactical Ballistic Missile Tracking Filters in Phased Array Multi-Function Radar)

  • 본 논문에서는 다기능 레이더를 이용한 탄도탄 추적을 위해 알파-베타 필터, 칼만 필터, 탄도탄 추적 필터의 성능을 분석하였다. 제시된 필터들은 탄도탄의 궤적과 다기능 레이더의 신호처리기를 모의하는 시뮬레이터를 기반으로 시뮬레이션 되었다. 그 결과, 제안한 탄도탄 추적 필터의 성능이 알파-베타 필터에 비해 최대 75.3 %의 속도 오차 감소 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 추적 초기화 이후에 제안한 필터가 칼만 필터보다 거리, 속도 오차가 작아 안정적인 성능을 보였다. 마지막으로 각도 추적에서도 전체 시나리오 구간에서 안정적인 동작을 확인하여 초고속 탄도탄 표적의 추적에 적합함을 입증하였다.

PSN 픽터의 해석 및 추적성능 예측 ((Theoretical Analysis and Performance Prediction for PSN Filter Tracking))

  • 이 논문에서는 표적 추적에 사용되는 PSN(Probabilistic Strongest Neighbor) 필터의 추적 성능을 예측한다. PSN 필터는 가장 강한 신호 크기를 가진 측정이 표적이외의 것으로부터 발생할 수 있다는 사건을 충분히 고려하기 때문에, 추적 성능에서 뿐만 아니라, 계산량 측면에서도 PDA(Probabilistic Data association) 필터보다 뛰어나다고 알려져 있다. 추적필터의 추정오차 공분산행렬(covariance matrix)은 추적의 성능을 결정하는 성능지수(performance index)로 널리 사용된다. PSN 필터의 추정오차 공분산행렬은 측정 데이터의 함수로써, 측정 데이터와 무관하게 추적기의 성능을 표현하기 위해서 HYCA(HYbrid Conditional Average)방법을 이용하여 추정오차 공분산행렬의 기대값에 대한 식을 제시하였다. 수치실험을 통하여 이 논문에서 제시한 성능 예측이 타당함을 보인다.

  • 잠수함 정숙화 기술의 발달로 대잠 소나의 탐지성능 향상이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 성능향상의 필요성에 의해 소나체계에 널리 쓰이는 일반적인 빔형성 기법(CBF : Conventional BeamForming)보다 성능이 뛰어난 적응 빔형성(ABF : Adaptive BeamForming) 기법이 대체 알고리즘으로 검토되고 있다. 소나 체계에 적응 빔형성기를 적용하여 성능향상을 도모하기 위해서는 적응 빔형성 기법의 체계 적용성이 검증되어야 하는데 이를 위해서는 체계 적용성을 측정하기 위한 성능지표가 정립되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 적응 빔형성기와 일반적인 빔형성기의 추적 개시(Tracking initiation) 확률을 산출하여 두 기법의 성능을 정량화하여 적응 빔형성기의 체계 적용성을 검토하였다.

  • A decentralized control method is proposed to enable a group of robots to achieve maximum performance in multisensory target tracking while avoiding collision with the target. The decentralized control was designed based on navigation function formalism. The study showed that the multiple agent system converged to the positions providing the maximum performance by the decentralized controller, based on Lyapunov and Hessian theory. An exemplary simulation was given for a multiple agent system tracking a stationary target.

  • Target tracking performance improvement using multi-sensor data fusion is a challenging work. However, biases in the measurements should be removed before various data fusion techniques are applied. In this paper, a bias removing algorithm using measurement data from multi-radar tracking systems is proposed and evaluated by computer simulation. To predict bias estimation performance in various geometric relations between the radar systems and target, a system observability index is proposed and tested via computer simulation results. It is also studied that target tracking which utilizes multi-sensor data fusion with bias-removed measurements results in better performance.

스마트 건설안전관리시스템의 중요도-성과도 분석 연구 (Research on Importance-Performance Analysis of Smart Construction Safety Management System)

  • This study analyzes the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, and analyzes which dimensions are important and which dimensions are performing to determine key improvement tasks, incremental improvement tasks, Maintenance and reinforcement tasks and continuous maintenance tasks were derived. Among the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, the dimensions that are recognized as important by all field managers and field workers and have high performance are the automatic risk displacement measurement system, smart environmental sensor system, and heavy equipment seizure prevention system. However, areas that were perceived as having high importance but low performance were worker location tracking systems, smart safety helmet chin muscles, and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field managers, areas for key improvement with high importance and low performance included worker location tracking system and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field workers, the area for key improvement with high importance and low performance was the automatic risk displacement measurement system.

  • Target Motion Analysis(TMA) for Passive Sonar Systems with bearing-only measurements needs to enhance system observability to improve target tracking performance by ownship maneuvering. However, tracking problem incurred by weak observaility result in slow convergence of the target estimates.   • In this paper, the path tracking controller for a surface vessel based on the sliding mode control (SMC) with the switching law is proposed. In order to have no restriction on movement and improved tracking performance, the proposed control system is developed as follows: First, the kinematic and dynamic models in Cartesian coordinates are considered to solve the singularity problem at the origin. Second, the new multiple sliding surfaces are designed with the SMC and approach angle concept to solve the under-actuated property. Third, the switching control system is designed to improve tracking performance. To prove the stability of the proposed switching system under the arbitrary switching, the Lyapunov stability analysis method with the common Lyapunov function is used. Finally, the computer simulations are performed to demonstrate the performance, effectiveness and stability of the proposed tracking controller of a surface vessel.
