DO-330 도구 자격인증을 고려한 ARINC 661 UA 정의 파일과 CDS 설정 파일의 유효성 확인 방법 (Validation Method of ARINC 661 UA Definition File and CDS Configuration File for DO-330 Tool Qualification)

  • 항공기 소프트웨어를 개발하는 도구는 도구에서 생성된 결과물에 오류가 있으면 항공기 소프트웨어에 에러를 유입할 수 있기 때문에 항공기 소프트웨어와 동일한 수준의 안전성이 요구된다. 본 논문은 한화시스템의 A661UAGEN 도구를 통해 ARINC 661 표준 UA 정의 파일과 CDS 설정 파일을 생성 시에 도구의 입력과 출력 파일에 대한 유효성 확인을 통해 항공기 소프트웨어의 일부가 되는 도구 산출물의 신뢰성을 확보하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. A661UAGEN 도구의 입력인 XML 파일에 대한 스키마 정의를 통해서 XML 데이터의 구조와 내용이 유효한지를 확인하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 출력인 바이너리 데이터는 자료 구조의 유효 값에 대한 마스크 데이터를 생성하여 유효성을 확인하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 A661UAGEN 도구의 입력과 출력에 대한 유효성 확인을 통해 항공기 소프트웨어에 통합되는 바이너리 DF와 CF의 신뢰성을 향상시켜 항공기 소프트웨어 개발자가 도구를 활용하여 OFP를 개발 시에 안전성을 보장할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • Recently, Many studies have been undergoing to reduce a working time in a field of machine tool. There are two ways of reducing working time; to reduce actual working time by heighten spindle speed and to reduce stand-by time by shortening tool exchange time. Automatic tool change system belongs to the latter case. Fixed address type automatic tool change system that is being developed in this study can store more number of tool in small space than magazine transfer type automatic tool changer as well as shorten tool exchange time. In this paper, a simplified equivalent model of finite element method in order to analyze frame structure of fixed address type automatic tool change system is presented.

최적회로 연결선 구조를 위한 설계 및 해석도구 (DATOIS) (Design and analysis tool for optimal interconnect structures (DATOIS))

  • As the packing density of ICs in recent submicron IC design increases, interconnects gain importance. Because interconnects directly affect on two major components of circuit performance, power dissipation and operating speed, circuit engineers are concerned with the optimal design of interconnects and the aid tool to design them. When circuit models of interconnects are given (including geometry and material information), the analysis process for the given structure is not an easy task, but conversely, it is much more difficult to design an interconnect structure with given circuit characteristics. This paper focuses on the latter process that has not been foucsed on much till now due to the complexity of the problem, and prsents a design aid tool(DATOIS) to synthesize interconnects. this tool stroes the circuit performance parameters for normalized interconnect geometries, and has two oeprational modes:analysis mode and synthesis mode. In the analysis mode, circuit performance parameters are obtained by searching the internal database for a given geometry and interpolates results if necessary . In thesynthesis mode, when a given circuit performance parameter satisfies a set of geometry condition in the database, those geometry structures are printed out.

공구 중심점의 변위 최소화를 위한 문형 공작기계의 크로스레일 개선 연구 (The Displacement Minimization of the tool Center Point by the Crossrail Structure Improvement of the Portal Machine)

  • General portal machine represents a distinct weak spot concerning their structural behavior because of long protruding structure components, such as saddles and rams. The weak point causes the deformation of the machine tool and consequently rises a severe machining error. The purpose of this study is to improve the structural design of crossrail in order to minimize it's distortion. Tool Center Point (TCP) was chosen as a reference point for evaluating the distortion effect of a crossrail and topological optimization was adopted as a method of structural design improvement. The displacements of TCP according to the machining positions were investigated by structural analyses for both of original crossrail design and the improved one. The comparing results showed that the displacement of TCP could be reduced about 55% maximum.

공작기계의 유연 다물체 동역학 및 제어기 연계해석 (Coupled Flexible Multi-Body Dynamics and Controller Analysis of Machine Tool)

  • In this study, advanced computational technique for mechatronic analysis has been developed for the efficient design and test of typical machine tool models. Flexible multi-body dynamic (FMBD) analysis method combined with motion controller including control logics is used to simulate typical operation conditions. The present FMBD machine tool model is composed of flexible column structure, rigid body spindle, vertical motion guide (arm) and screw elements. Driving motor clement with rotating degree-of-freedom is interconnected and governed by the designed Matlab Simulink control logic, and then the position of the spindle is feedback into the control logic. It is practically shown from the results that the investigation of designed machine tools with controller can be effectively conducted and verified.

유한요소해석을 이용한 5축 복합가공기 헤드 구조물의 최적 설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the design optimization of the head stucture of 5-axis machining center using finite element analysis)

  • 복합가공기 분야에서 고속 및 고정밀화에 대한 요구가 늘어남에 따라 복합가공기의 강성과 진동에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 경험에 의존한 설계로 인해 개발 시간이 많이 소요되며 적절한 설계에도 어려움이 많아 공작기계 설계에 구조 최적화 FEM의 활용이 많아지고 있다. 그러나, 현재 구조물의 응력 분포를 통한 최적화를 주로 활용하고 있어 구조물의 진동 상태를 고려하여 최적화하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 5축 복합가공기에서 가공에 가장 많은 영향을 끼치는 헤드 구조물의 최적화를 위하여 유한요소해석을 활용한 정적 구조해석, 모드 해석, 가진 주파수 해석을 진행하였으며, 도출된 응력 분포, 변형, 고유진동수, 가진 주파수 그래프를 활용하고 적절한 목적함수와 설계변수를 설정하여 정강성과 동강성을 모두 고려한 위상 최적화 해석 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

보의 횡진동 공진특성을 이용한 초음파 진동절삭공구 설계 (Design of a Ultrasonic Cutting-tool Utilizing Resonance Condition of Transverse Vibration of Beam Type Structure)

  • Most ultrasonic vibration cutting tools are operated at the resonance condition of the longitudinal vibration of the structure consisting of booster, horn and bite. In this study, a transverse vibration tool with beam shape is designed to utilize the vibration characteristics of the beam. Design point of the transverse vibration tool is to match the resonance frequency of the bite to the frequency of the signal to excite the piezoelectric element in the booster. The design process to match the natural frequency of the longitudinal vibration mode of the horn and that of the transverse vibration mode of the bite is presented. Dimensions of the horn and bite are searched by trend analysis through which the standard shapes of the horn and bite are determined. After the dimensions of each component of the cutting tool consisting of booster, horn and bite are determined, the assembled structure was experimentally tested to verify that true resonant condition is achieved and proper vibrational displacement are obtained to ensure that enough cutting force is generated.

기계구조용 탄소강(SM45C)의 단속절삭 시 절삭력예측을 위한 회귀방정식 도출 (Regression Equation Deduction for Cutting Force Prediction during Interrupted Cutting of Carbon Steel for Machine Structure (SM45C))

  • Interrupted cutting has different cutting characteristics compared with continuous cutting. In interrupted cutting, the workpiece has a groove that regularly impacts the cutting tool and workpiece. Therefore, tool damage occurs rapidly, and this increases the cutting force and surface roughness. In this study, we performed interrupted cutting of carbon steel for machine structure (SM45C) using a coated carbide tool (TT7100). To predict the cutting force, we analyzed the experimental results with a regression analysis. The results were as follows: We confirmed that the factors affecting the principal force and radial force were cutting speed, depth of cut, and feed rate. From the multi-regression analysis, we deduced regression equations, and their coefficients of determination were 89.6, 89.27, and 28.27 for the principal, radial, and feed forces, respectively. This means that the regression equations were significant for the principal and radial forces but not for the feed force.
