This study explores the application aspect of The detailed rules of Census (1896) through the change of Kan numbers in Gyeonpyeong-bang. Although Gyeonpyeong-bang was a high-priority area because of its location, it was difficult to trace the operation of the urban situation due to lack of data. This study is focusing on restoring space and society in the Gyeonpyeong-bang using the information on the type of houses and the number of Kan listed in the family register of Hanseong-bu. The detailed rules of Census sets out provisions for the family registry and the rules of making Tong. Especially when it comes to the rules of making Tong, this rule deals with the code of making ten Hos into one Tong. This study was conducted by dividing the status of the Tong into three types: uncompleted Tong, exceeded Tong without vacant Ho number, and exceeded Tong with the vacant Ho number. Since these three types of Tong are in the process of change towards the complete Tong with 10 Hos, they were thought to be able to demonstrate the specific application of the rules. This study will be meaningful as a case study that expands the point of existing research on the Tong making rules, which was not focused relatively on restoring urban conditions at that time, by looking at the changes in exceptions that deviated from the Sipgajaktong rule.

The purpose of this study is to propose an appropriate method for marking out a boundary line of area damaged by aircraft noise. In an actual situation, there are many gaps between the boundary line of aircraft noise contour and the boundary line of an occupant of a house. Three cases faced in practice are considered in this study. Case I is considered the land number together with sub-number. The Tong and Ban (the residential district number in Korea) are considered in Case II. In Case III, the configuration of ground is examined. The authors expect that the authority of aviation affairs should choose one of these cases and put in force in the near future.

스마트 디바이스의 보급이 확대되면서 스마트폰은 우리 생활 깊숙이 파고들어 많은 생활방식을 변화시키고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰의 보급률이 높아지면서 스마트폰의 고급화, 고성능화가 진행중이며 이에맞추어 사회전반적인 스마트폰의 활용영역이 확대되고 있다. 최근에는 RFID를 기반으로 하는 근거리 무선통신 기술인 NFC를 탑재한 스마트폰의 보급이 증가하여 전자명함, 태깅 등 여러 영역에서 그 활용도를 높이는 추세다. 본 논문에서는 이를 활용하여 전통적인 번호표 방식의 순번대기 시스템에 NFC를 적용하여 접촉만으로 인체에 해가될 수 있는 전사용지사용의 지양, 스마트폰을 활용한 원거리 예약 등 보다 효율적인 순번대기 시스템을 운영할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

In oriental medicine, Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix are frequently used materials for strenthing lumbar and knees. Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun, Ostericum koreanum Radix is used 1.2g~6g. and Aralia contientalis Radix is used 1.6g~4.8g. The most important fact is that the prescription used Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix at the same time is 11. The number of prescription Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 41. 5 in sang-tong(上統), 22 in jung-tong(中統), 14 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about low back pain, knee pain, C.V.A., facail palsy, commom cold, numbness. The ratio of Ostericum koreanum Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 3.03%~15.63%. And the ratio of Aralia contientalis Radix is 3.57%~12.00%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam. Man-Byeong-Hoi-Choon, and Hwa-Je-Gook-Bang.

In this paper, we propose a fast Motion Estimation (ME) algorithm for low computational complexity based on spatial correlations. The proposed algorithm uses the motion vector of neighboring blocks, to decide the location of initial searching point. The number of searching point decreases by changing the location of initial searching point. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduces searching points about $7{\sim}13%$ and increases PSNR about $0.1{\sim}0.5$(dB) compared with conventional algorithm.

This paper presents an improved feature extraction method to achieve a good performance in the detection of splicing forged images. Strong edges caused by the image splicing destroy the statistical dependencies between parent and child subbands in the wavelet domain. We analyze the co-occurrence probability matrix of parent and child subbands in the wavelet domain, and calculate the statistical moments from two-dimensional characteristic function of the co-occurrence matrix. The extracted features are used as the input of SVM classifier. Experimental results show that the proposed method obtains a good performance with a small number of features compared to the existing methods.

효율성은 산출물의 가치와 그 산출물의 생산과정에서 소요되는 투입물가치의 비율로 나타낸다. DEA모형은 효율성을 여러 가지 투입물의 가중평균에 대한 산출물 가중평균의 비율로 표시하며, 특정 의성결정단위의 효율성을 유사한 투입 산출구조를 가지는 준거집단과 비교함으로써 상대적인 측면에서 측정하는 방법이다. 본 연구는 DEA모형을 이용하여 국립대학도서관의 효율성과 효율성 개선에 관한 분석을 시도하였다. 투입변수로는 직원수, 시설면적, 예산, 장서량을 사용하였고, 산출변수로는 자료실이용자수, 대출책수, 상호대차이용건수를 사용하였다. 그 결과 전국 26개의 국립대학도서관 중 효율적인 도서관은 2007년, 2006년, 2005년에 각각 10개, 9개, 9개로 나타났다. 또한 비효율적인 국립대학도서관의 경우 투입물을 줄이고, 산출물을 늘여야 할 정보들을 제시하였다.

2015. 04. 20.부터 2톤 이상 AIS를 설치한 유선을 관제대상으로 지정 고시(연안 해상교통 관제운영에 관한 고시)되면서 전국적으로 유선 보유척수가 가장 많은 통영 연안VTS에서 유선 관제 시행 중 도출된 문제점들에 대한 개선책을 모색하고 보다 더 효율적이고 안전한 관제를 통해 유선해양사고 방지 및 신속한 상황대처로 안전한 바다 조성에 이바지하고자 한다.

Despite its high level of symbolic and ecological values, BaigDooDaeGahn, about 684km long stretch of mountains in the eastern part of Korean peninsular, has been widely destroyed and barely recovered. While Korean government enacted a special law in 2005 to protect these areas and designated about 2,658 $km^2$ as the protection zone in 2007, there were a number of sites inside that had been disturbed by mining, illegal crop cultivations, stone quarry, development of resort facilities, construction of roads, and other human activities. To restore these damaged areas in a sustainable manner, the integrative system to categorize damaged areas for participatory restoration by local residents was suggested by this study. The most distinguished feature of the proposed system was to integrate the existing restoration approach focusing on biophysical conditions into the sustainability-building approach to reactivate socio-economic conditions of local society, called 'restoration of eco-cultural community'. As an entry stage to design the new restoration system including processes and procedures, the damaged areas had to be re-categorized by two characteristics, their physical conditions in terms of possibility of public participatory restoration and the readiness of local society required for pursuing endogenous development. More detailed considerations regarding these two characteristics and three different categories has been suggested and discussed.

Although we have seen recently increasing number of eco-villages, any eco-village is not registered in Global Eco-village Network. It is important to review the definition of eco-villages and to provide useful basic information for future eco-villages. The main research aim is to analyze landscape characteristics of community garden and common spaces and to identify ecological symbolism of landscape created by residents in eco-villages. Seven eco-villages in Germany, Denmark and UK were selected and the following aspects were investigated through field survey; the settlement background, social and economical aspect, architectural specifications, recycled energy, and landscape characteristics of external spaces in eco-villages. The result indicated that the landscape of eco-village did intend neither to return to primitive society nor to control nature by technology. It intended to coexistence with nature. Primitive nature is symbolically restored and people who have it in mind strongly intend to grow together this common sense. Landscape creation has important role in creating common relationship between human living and nature. When we regard it conceptually as the eco-symbolism in landscape design of community garden, it presented the meaningful relationship with landscape and human life. It is not expression of landscape materiality and designed form but sense of place and landscape image. Landscape design would be expected to reveal the life stage and cycle from designed physical form and materiality through as time goes by when it is part of environmental circulation process by means of human living as meaningful relationship.
