기업 사이버재난 관리를 위한 재해경감활동계획 수립

  • 2003년 발생한 1.25인터넷 대란을 거쳐 2009년에 발생한 7.7.디도스 공격 등 최근 발생하는 사이버재난의 규모와 피해는 더욱 커지고 있다. 이러한 사이버 재난은 앞으로 스마트폰을 이용한 공격, 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 공격, 스마트그리드에 대한 공격 등으로 새롭게 발전하리라 예상되어지고 있다. 최근 개정된 '재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률'은 자연재난뿐 아니라 사이버재난에 대해서도 재난관리표준 [7] 과 기업재해경감활동계획 수립지침 [8] 의 표준화된 절차와 원칙을 준용할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 사이버재난과 관련해서 어떻게 기업 재해경감활동 계획을 수립하는가를 보여주고자 한다. 향후 기업 내 사이버재난분야에 대해 동법 제 19조~제 23조와 제26조에 따른 우수기업 인증제도 도입이 현실화 되면 기업 재난관리 업무에 큰 변곡점이 될 수 있을 것으로 전망한다.

  • 지적재산권 제도는 과거 산업사회의 태동과 발전과정에서 뿐만 아니라, 21세기 정보화 사회의 발전에 있어서도 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 우리나라의 국가 경쟁력 제고를 위해서도 디지털콘텐츠에서 확대하여 프로그램 소스 코드에 대한 지적재산권 제도와 기술의 정비는 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 프로그램 소스 코드의 소유권 분쟁이 발생시 소유권을 증명하기 위해서는 원본의 프로그램 소스코드를 공개해야만 하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 소스코드의 원본 공개로 인한 저작권 침해와 기술 유출을 막기 위한 프로그램 소스코드의 디지털 라이센스 방식을 설계 및 시뮬레이션한다.

연예기획사가 드라마제작산업 발전에 미친 영향 (Entertainment Agencies' Role in the Development of the Drama Production Industry)

  • 드라마제작산업의 발달 과정은 지속적인 플레이어의 증가와 광고시장의 위축으로 귀결된다. 플레이어의 증가는 경쟁의 심화를 초래하였으며, 광고시장의 위축으로 인해 제로섬 게임 상황이 유발되었다. 드라마제작산업과 상호작용하면서 자기조직화한 연예기획사의 발달 과정은 지속적인 연기자 시장의 확대와 A급 연기자 쏠림현상으로 요약된다. 드라마제작산업의 경쟁 심화와 광고시장 위축은 연예기획사에게는 인센티브 확대의 기회로 작용하였다. 하지만 연예기획사의 경쟁전략은 A급 연기자 확보이다. 따라서 A급 생산요소로의 인센티브 쏠림현상은 필연이다. A급 연기자 쏠림현상을 극복하기 위하여 연예기획사는 매출 규모의 확대, 다양한 수익원 개발, 저작권 확보 등의 전략이 필요하다. 향후 드라마제작산업은 제작 중심 전략에서 사업 중심 전략으로의 전환이 필요하다.

산지별 천연가스의 화염 안정영역에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Flame Stable Region of Natural Gases from Various Producing Districts)

  • In this study, the difference of flame stability zone for natural gases from producing districts was studied experimentally using a new type of flame stability diagram. The similarity of stable flame zone between a domestic appliance and an interchangeability test(IT) burner is also examined. As a result, the stable flame zones expressed by limits curves of flame lifting and yellow tipping show the similar results in a domestic gas range and IT burner. Furthermore, IT burner can reproduce the flash back phenomena and show the distinct difference of fuel type as the burner diameter is increased. To suggest the new type of flame stability diagram in the respect of fuel interchangeability, the air flowrate and Wobbe fuel flowrate were adopted as axis coordinates. It can be identified that the new diagram can provide the useful information on the difference of flame stability zone, heat input rate and air-fuel ratio when a fuel is altered to other fuels under the identical operating conditions. Finally, the stable flame zones for natural gas of 6 type are compared, and the detailed information to use as the interchangeability fuels of standard natural gas is provided using the new type of flame stability diagram.

갈륨인 단결정 성장으로 이룩한 적색 발광 다이오드의 제작 (The Fabrication of Gallium Phosphide Red Light Emitting Diode by Liquid Phase Epitaxy)

  • 파일롯트 램프와 숫자표시를 목적으로 국내에서 처음으로 화합물반도체인 갈륨 인을 사용해서 발광다이오드를 만들었다. 이같이 만든 다이오드는 밝고 선명한 붉은 빛을 냈으며 발광하는데 필요한 순방향 바이아스 전류는 5mA 이하였다. 다이오드의 p-n 접합면은 n형 GaP 단결정 기판에 liquid phase epitaxy방법으로 성장시켰고 이때의 Ga 용액의 온도는 약 1300°K정도를 유지했다. 이렇게 하여 제조된 p-n 접합체에 wire bonding으로 ohmic contact시켜 다이오드를 제조했다. 칼륨인 발광다이오드는 매우 적은 전류로 발광되는 장점과 성장 반웅시 질소를 불순물로 doping시키면 녹색으로 발광되는 장점을 갖고 있으므로 앞으로 양산화의 전망이 매우 밝다.

  • Ankylosis is defined as a fusion of alveolar bone with dentin and/or cementum and may occur at any time during or following active eruption. Ankylosed teeth maintain existing occlusal levels while adjacent teeth continue to erupt via deposition of alveolar bone. This may result in the clinical appearance of depression or submergence of ankylosed teeth below the occlusal plane. It is found more frequently in children of late mixed dentition and in mandibular primary molars. The problems arising from ankylosed teeth, due to their submerged positions, are elongation of the antagonist, tipping of the adjacent teeth, loss of arch length, food impaction and subsequent destruction of periodontal tissue, disturbance of succedaneous tooth eruption. The author observed several cases of ankylosed primary molars and properly managed. Following results were obtained. 1. Severe infraoccluded ankylosis results in loss of arch length and undesirable effect on eruption path of succedaneous tooth, therefore early diagnosis and management are important. 2. The teeth without problems may be examined periodically and restored in order to maintain the normal occlusal function.

인간의 성 반응에 대한 모델 (Models of Sexual Response in Humans)

  • Sexual behavior is crucial in life, yet comparatively little is known about the mechanisms in the sexual response in humans. A lot of theories and models have been developed to explain about the process of the sexual response in humans. The first model of sexual function was described by Masters and Johnson, defined the four-phase model (phases of excitation, plateau, orgasm and resolution). Helen Kaplan proposed a slightly different model of human sexual response by adding the conception of the desire phase. Some years later, a new model of circular sexual response pattern was described by Whipple and Brash-McGreer, who acknowledged the cyclic nature of women's sexual response. Basson presented an alternative model of women's normative sexual function, which featured a responsive form of desire in women's sexual response. Bancroft developed a new theoretical model, the Dual Control Model, which postulates sexual response and arousal is ultimately determined by the balance between the sexual activation or excitation system and the sexual inhibition system. The Sexual Tipping Point is a model created by Perelman, suggesting that a sexual response is determined by a balance between excitatory or inhibitory factors that may be psychological, organic, psychosocial, or cultural. A comprehensive understanding of sexual response and function is of paramount importance for the psychiatrist to study sex, offer counseling to the patient on sex, and practice sex therapy. In this literature, models of sexual response would be reviewed to understand the knowledge of the sexual functioning in humans.

에너지연구개발(R&D)위한 기술계통도(Technology Tree) 기획방법론 활용 사례 - 에너지저장 기술 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Technology Tree Methodology of Energy R&D)

  • Government spending on research and development increased continuously is much more important to decision-making methodology for rational investment. Rely on a group of minority experts in the application of a general methodology, a tipping effect occur in specific technology field or difficult balanced procedure and objective control to maintain. This paper presents a qualitative-quantitative methodology to avoid such risks by utilizing Technology-Tree pertaining to energy R&D planning of the government Energy Technology Development program. Especially Energy Technology Development program "energy storage system" is applied to the analysis of Technology-Tree, mapping and analysis of existing government-supported projects during the recent 5 years, is derived essential missing elements of the technology value chain. This study suggests that significant evidence is utilized for improving efficiency of government R&D budget considering the importance of technology, domestic research-based and so forth, could be used to implement the R&D project planning.

Surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion with tent screws and a custom-made palatal expander: a case report

  • Rapid palatal expansion(RPE) with the tooth-born appliance is not sufficient to apply to the patients with periodontal problem or insufficient tooth anchorage, and it leads to tipping of the anchorage teeth and increasing teeth mobility and root resorption. To avoid these disadvantages, we present the case using palatal screws and custommade palatal expander. A 23-year-old patient underwent surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion with the Hyrax expansion using 4 tent screws. The study models were used to measure the pre-/-post surgical width of the anterior and posterior dental arches with a digital sliding caliper. In the result, the custom-made palatal expander with 4 tent screws is suitable for delivering a force to the mid-palatal suture expansion. And it is low cost, small sized and simply applied. The results indicated that maxillary expansion with the custom-made palatal anchorage device is predictable and stable technique without significant complications in patients.

상악견치(上顎犬齒)의 맹출로예측(萌出路豫測) 및 매복(埋伏)에 관(關)한 누년적(累年的) 연구(硏究) (A LONGITUDINAL STUDY ON PREDICTION OF ERUPTIVE PATH AND IMPACTION OF MAXILLARY CANINE)

  • To predict eruptive path of maxillary canine, 13 male and 11 female malocclusions were longitudinally studied for 4 years. And to study frequency and distribution of impaction of maxillary canine, 1500 malocclusions were studied. The path, velocity and duration of maxillary canine eruption were determined by periodic angular and linear measurement using periodic orthopantomograms and cephalograms. The following results were obtained. 1. Maxillary canine was erupted with $14.5^{\circ}$ distal tipping from initial stage $98.1^{\circ}$ to final stage $83.6^{\circ}$ of axial inclination on orthopantomogram. 2. Eruptive velocity of maxillary canine was fastest on stage 4, and mean eruptive velocity was 10.5mm per year on stage 4. 3. Eruption of maxillary canine was completed 12 year 5 months in male and 11 years 8 months in female. 4. To predict the duration for eruption completion by position of maxillary canine on cephalogram, regression equation was obtained. 5. Frequency of impaction of maxillary canine was 1.47% in malocclusion and more frequent in male. Distribution of buccal and palatal, right and left impaction was no different, but unilateral impaction was more frequent.
