People are experiencing severe problems in temporal navigation as time-based contents and platforms become more popular Relatively limited research, however, has been conducted on temporal navigation compared to that on spatial navigation. This research aims to identify efficient temporal navigation aids for time-based contents. It proposes Time Navigator, a new temporal navigation system based on the episodic indexing theory, and evaluates its efficiency through two experiments with a computer-based simulator for digital TV The video contents of digital TV was focused on because it is one of the most representative time-based contents and platforms. Our results indicate that Time Navigator helps people navigate time -based contents more effectively. Its effects increase as the contents include more narratives.

Recently, there is a rapidly growing demand for efficient real-tine playback and transmission of large amounts of multimedia data. But most users' connections are not fast enough to download large chunks of multimedia data. Therefore a streaming technology is needed in which users enable the real-time playback of multimedia date without having to download the whole of the multimedia date. In this paper, we propose a personalized IP streaming system. The proposed IP streaming system enables users to got an intelligent recommendation of multimedia contents based on the user preference information stored on the streaming server or the home media server. Moreover, users are assured of seamless access of streamed content event if they switch to another client device by implementing streaming system based on user identification and device information. We evaluate our approach with simulation results.

Currently the advancement of the computer and the Internet sees the direction of studying freely to do, it does not receive not to be, the student the environment it will be able to study oneself it is doing the direct help of the teacher and to be possible. In order to improve the qualify of curriculum ultimately, it endeavored. Territory it analyzes a subject contents first, especially it surveys, foundation it hardens, the actual training semester and pure with studying of self-evaluation do to become accomplished, studying oneself to sleep the possibility of doing own lead studying which is the possibility of studying spontaneously and integrated textbook studying in same tine it does to be with they are composing of the education paradigm the flag for a problem solving ability and an originality accident. In this dissertation used the php, Apache web server and the DBMS used the MySQL. To program member joining, the information society and computer curriculum take a course and test, it questions and, it is composed to data mourge. After taking a course, simultaneously lecturing a paper and online instruction, set up a foundation and quering that gratify one's curiosity thus it will be able to digest a study in once.
