Gait is walking attitude and indicating state. The body's gait is a good mix in the center of body mechanics and exercises to wake up gently at the same time switch is a pass which is complicated at legs various joints. The shifting action what swing phase and stance phase rhythmic movement of body. One from piece moves with different dot. Especially plain walking and stair walking as a vehicle has been used frequently. Characteristics of the stair walking while the balanced the horizontal and vertical movement. Stair walking often takes place in everyday. It requires large range more than walking at plain in the moment and joint range of gait motion. And consistently applied to joints and various types of loads at legs joint may involve joint disorders. In this study, spastic cerebral palsy existing artificial limbs for disabled people when developing calibration equinus deformity patients induce muscle pain when walking on stairs independently, to reduce the research. Comparing the characteristics of the walking up the stairs for analysis patellofemoral joint pain as a result it is to provide engineering data.

Currently, The new wave of information technology has enormously influenced every field. In the Held of design, it is time to strive possible efforts in order to accumulate the design-related knowledge by maintaining, managing and controlling design information in a systematic manner, getting out of the old stage of mere use of data itself. Due to remarkable progress in communication media and speed, and file compression technology, text-centric data has been shifting to multimedia data such as image and motion picture. So it is currently required that methologies be developed to effectively utilize the related information. With respect to the processing of image data, it is certain that the optimal method should be come up with reflecting the unique characteristics and utilization of image data, apart from the traditional way of processing and storing the legacy text-based data. The study suggests the system of indexing and implementing design image information through the case of analyzing design image data, abstracting data elements of image itself, and finally applying it to building image-oriented database for use.

Purpose：In this study is to verify the effects postural control training based on Bobath approach for body schema and visual perception on Middle Cerebral Artery(MCA) Infarcts. Methods：The subject was a 46 years old man with MCA infaction, lives in B city. An AB design for a single-subject research was used for this study. The procedures consisted of 1 time of baseline phase(A), 20 times of treatment phase(B). We applied the Bobath approach at the subject. Treatments included to facilitate trunk alignment and stability, and to train weight bearing and shifting, to facilitate pelvis movement, and to train walk especially stance phase and assist up-down stairs locomotion in environment similar to actual daily life. Results：With this treatment, the majority of body schema and visual perception and postural control was improved in treatment phase compared with in baseline phase. Therefore, this study supported the effectiveness of postural control training based on Bobath approach for body sechma and visual perception of hemiplegia. Conculusion：This study is integrated postural control training with Bobath approach that are widespread for hemiplegia and measured outcomes based on individualized therapy goals. Consequently the study is suggested the meaning of quality effectiveness of Bobath approach.

This note suggests a stepwise fuzzy moving sliding surface using Sugeno-type fuzzy system and presents a sliding mode control scheme using it. The fuzzy system has the angle of state error vector and the distance from the origin in the phase plane as inputs and a first-order linear differential equation as output. The surface initially passes arbitrary initial states and subsequently moves towards a predetermined surface via rotating or shifting. This method reduces the reaching and tracking time and improves robustness. Conceptually the slope of the Proposed fuzzy moving sliding surface increases stepwise in the stable region of the phase plane. The surface, however, rotates continuously because the surface is a fuzzy system. The asymptotic stability of the fuzzy sliding surface is proved. The validity of the proposed control scheme is shown in computer simulation for a second-order nonlinear system.

Background The loss of nasal tip support is caused by many factors and eventually results in the collapse and eventual dropping of the nasal tip. This reduces the nasolabial (NL) angle and negatively affects respiratory functions and one's appearance. Methods The aim of this retrospective study, which was conducted on 52 patients, was to present and popularize a simple and effective method for the reconstruction of a weakened columella by inserting an autologous ear cartilage graft using a sublabial approach. Results Of all the patients, three patients experienced transplant rejection. The period of follow-up observation was one to five years (mean, 27 months). The results were objectively evaluated by measuring the NL angle in standardized photos before and after the procedure at different time intervals over the follow-up period. We observed a significant increase of the NL angle (mean, $20^{\circ}$), and found these results to be durable over the long term. Of the 52 patients included in this study observed patients, three were dissatisfied (due to immediate infection and shifting of the strut), 28 were satisfied, and 21 were very satisfied. Conclusions The surgical method described here is simple and can be learned quickly. It has very good results with few complications, and is our method of choice for complex and serious cases seen in everyday rhinosurgical practice.

A performance delivers the contents and feeling through human bodies and stage settings in the limited space of a stage. Among the stage settings, the lighting creates overall atmospheres effectively according to the situations of the performance such as a time flow, a change of seasons, an expression of the mental state of the performer. As the LED lighting is used more widely, the number and the size of the lighting is being decreased, which makes it possible for various devices to be used. However, just as conventional lighting devices, most of them are fixed. So it is difficult to use them at a blind spot and to replace them. To solve this problem, this article suggests a system which replaces lighting automatically and moves. As it can moved to a spot we want on a rail, and the lighting system can be replaced by itself, it can have various lighting effects, increasing the effectiveness of the performance. Additionally, it can also decrease the danger of a worker operating the lighting device located at a high place. At the mock-up experiment, its mobility and stability on a rail were tested using the wheel of the Modular Robot.

Uncertainty in housing price fluctuation has great impact on the overall economy due to importance of housing market as both place of residence and investment target. Therefore, estimating housing market condition is a highly important task in terms of setting national policy. Primary indicator of the housing market is a ratio between rent and transaction price of housing. The research explores dynamic relationships between Rent-Transaction price ratio, housing transaction price and jeonse rental price, using Vector Autoregressive Model, in order to demonstrate significance of shifting rent-transaction price that is subject to changes in housing transaction and housing rental market. The research applied housing transaction price index and housing rental price index as an indicator to measure transaction and rental price of housing. The price index and data for price ratio was derived from statistical data of the Kookmin Bank. The time-series data contains monthly data ranging between January 1999 and November 2009; the data was log transformed to convert to level variable. The analysis result suggests that the rising ratio between rent-transaction price of housing should be interpreted as a precursor for rise of housing transaction price, rather than judging as a mere indicator of a current trend.

The effects of various temperature shifts on the kinetics of the humoral antibody response in oliver flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, immunised with formalin-killed Edwardsiella tarda, were determined by measuring the antibody production in vivo and in vitro. When fish acclimated to a high temperature and immunised at that temperature were transferred to a lower temperature (22℃ to 12℃) at a various times after immunisation, the fish showed a weaker immune response than that achieved when the fish were kept at a high environmental temperature. However, in the converse experiment (12℃ to 22℃), the magnitude of the humoral immune response was recovered independent of the time of the transfer after immunisation at low temperature, even though the peak levels of each transferred group did not reach the level found in the positive control group that was maintained and immunised at a high environmental temperature. Hence, these studies provide some evidence that the potential for antibody production in B cells of oliver flounder immunized at high temperature is not impaired by subsequent exposure to low temperature.

Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze the clinical symptoms, radiological changes, interval from first operation to symptom recurrence and to propose the proper treatment method for re-operated patients following chronic subdural hematoma surgery. Methods : Between January 1992 and April 2003, 18 of 138patients of chronic subdural hematoma repeatedly underwent surgical treatment. The symptoms, mental status by Bender grade, radiological hematoma size and midline shifting, interval from symptom onset to diagnosis, surgical method and prognosis by Glasgow outcome scale[GOS] between the first attack and the recurrence were compared. Results : The symptoms at the time of recurrence were nearly the same as with the first attack, but two patients[2/18, 11.1%] showed a more declined mentality. In addition, the recurred hematoma sizes were the same or large than those previously found. Many patients were recurred within two weeks[13/18, 72.2%]. Most patients were operated on using the previous burr hole, with the exception of one patient who recurred at a different site. All patients had a good prognosis more than GOS 4 [GOS 4:4, GOS 5:12], but two died due to extracranial complication and infection. Conclusion : These results suggest that the early diagnosis and treatment are important, mostly recurred same symptoms within two weeks. Re-operation using the previous burr hole site is a good method.

Test Interface Controller (TIC) provided by ARM Ltd. is widely used for functional testing of System-on-Chip (SoC) adopting Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA) bus system. Accordingly, this architecture has a deficiency of not being able to concurrently shifting in and out the structural scan test patterns through the TIC and AMBA bus. This paper introduces a new AMBA based Test Access Mechanism (ATAM) for speedy testing of SoCs embedding ARM cores. While preserving the compatability with the ARM TIC, since scan in and out operations can be performed simultaneously, test application time through the expensive Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) can be drastically reduced.
