A Study on the Transmission Speed Improvement of Sharing Situation Information by Variable Message Protocol

  • VMP(Variable Message Protocol) 는 비트 단위의 가변형 메시지 처리 프로토콜로서 근실시간 상황 공유를 가능하게 하는 육군 전술 데이터링크 프로토콜이다. A 시스템은 현재 개발이 진행 중이며 개발이 완료되면 육군의 시스템으로 운용될 예정이다. A 시스템에는 VMP 처리 단말기가 탑재되고 VMP를 활용하여 A 시스템간 전술 정보 교환이 가능하다. A 시스템은 장착된 상황 정보획득 장치를 통해서 상황 정보를 획득할 수 있고 VMP를 활용하면 상황 정보 획득 장치로부터 획득한 정보를 타 A 시스템과 공유할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 A 시스템에 장착된 상황 정보 획득장치로부터 획득한 정보를 VMP 단말기를 탑재한 A 시스템 간에 공유할 수 있게 하는 방안과 공유 속도의 최적화 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 최적화 방안으로 일괄 전송 방식 적용, 첩보 보고과정의 생략, 여러 개의 상황 정보를 하나의 패킷으로 묶음 전송하는 방안을 연구하였다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 연구 방안이 적용된 VMP 단말기의 상황 정보 공유 시간이 기존 VMP 단말기에 비해 76.8% 단축되는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 학습공동체는 지식의 효율적 공유를 위해서 다양한 분야에서 강조되고 있다. 학습공동체의 중요성과 이의 활성화에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 학습공동체를 평가하고 전략을 제시하고자 하는 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 학습공동체를 평가하고자 하는 연구는 이루어지고 있을지라도 단순 평가가 전략을 제시하는 수준으로는 이어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습공동체를 지식흐름을 토대로 진단하고 이를 토대로 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 교육기관에서는 지식의 전이와 공유를 위해서 학습공동체를 다양한 형태로써 활용하고 있다. 지식흐름을 진단하기 위한 프레임워크를 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 제시하고, 이를 교육기관에 적용함으로써 본 연구의 적용가능성 및 유용성을 검증하고자 한다.

Short Term Spectrum Trading in Future LTE Based Cognitive Radio Systems

  • Market means of spectrum trading have been utilized as a vital method of spectrum sharing and access in future cognitive radio system. In this paper, we consider the spectrum trading with multiple primary carrier providers (PCP) leasing the spectrum to multiple secondary carrier providers (SCP) for a short period of time. Several factors including the price of the resource, duration of leasing, and the spectrum quality guides the proposed model. We formulate three trading policies based on the game theory for dynamic spectrum access in a LTE based cognitive radio system (CRS). In the first, we consider utility function based resource sharing (UFRS) without any knowledge of past transaction. In the second policy, each SCP deals with PCP using a non-cooperative resource sharing (NCRS) method which employs optimal strategy based on reinforcement learning. In variation of second policy, third policy adopts a Nash bargaining while incorporating a recommendation entity in resource sharing (RERS). The simulation results suggest overall increase in throughput while maintaining higher spectrum efficiency and fairness.

  • A new data line reduction driving method was developed for high pixel density LCoS microdisplays. Its pixel structures and its corresponding gate line waveform were proposed, too. This idea can fulfill the increasing demand for higher resolution LCoS. In this method, no additional AC power is dissipated, and no more horizontal line time is needed. So this method can be applied to the high resolution microdisplay devices. It prefers being applied to the reflective liquid crystal on silicon microdisplays because of the pixel structure asymmetry and PMOS transistor switches used.

자원공유 수단으로서의 전문 데이터베이스 (Full-text databases as a means for resource sharing)

  • Rising publication costs and declining financial resources have resulted in renewed interest among librarians in resource sharing. Although the idea of sharing resources is not new, there is a sense of urgency not seen in the past. Driven by rising publication costs and static and often shrinking budgets, librarians are embracing resource sharing as an idea whose time may finally have come. Resource sharing in electronic environments is creating a shift in the concept of the library as a warehouse of print-based collection to the idea of the library as the point of access to need information. Much of the library's material will be delivered in electronic form, or printed. In this new paradigm libraries can not be expected to su n.0, pport research from their own collections. These changes, along with improved communications, computerization of administrative functions, fax and digital delivery of articles, advancement of data storage technologies, are improving the procedures and means for delivering needed information to library users. In short, for resource sharing to be truly effective and efficient, however, automation and data communication are essential. The possibility of using full-text online databases as a su n.0, pplement to interlibrary loan for document delivery is examined. At this point, this article presents possibility of using full-text online databases as a means to interlibrary loan for document delivery. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows : First, turn-around time and the cost of getting a hard copy of a journal article from online full-text databases was comparable to the other document delivery services. Second, the use of full-text online databases should be considered as a method for promoting interlibrary loan services, as it is more cost-effective and labour saving. Third, for full-text databases to work as a document delivery system the databases must contain as many periodicals as possible and be loaded on as many systems as possible. Forth, to contain many scholarly research journals on full-text databases, we need guidelines to cover electronic document delivery, electronic reserves. Fifth, to be a full full-text database, more advanced information technologies are really needed.

An Unified Spatial Index and Visualization Method for the Trajectory and Grid Queries in Internet of Things

  • Recently, a variety of IoT data is collected by attaching geosensors to many vehicles that are on the road. IoT data basically has time and space information and is composed of various data such as temperature, humidity, fine dust, Co2, etc. Although a certain sensor data can be retrieved using time, latitude and longitude, which are keys to the IoT data, advanced search engines for IoT data to handle high-level user queries are still limited. There is also a problem with searching large amounts of IoT data without generating indexes, which wastes a great deal of time through sequential scans. In this paper, we propose a unified spatial index model that handles both grid and trajectory queries using a cell-based space-filling curve method. also it presents a visualization method that helps user grasp intuitively. The Trajectory query is to aggregate the traffic of the trajectory cells passed by taxi on the road searched by the user. The grid query is to find the cells on the road searched by the user and to aggregate the fine dust. Based on the generated spatial index, the user interface quickly summarizes the trajectory and grid queries for specific road and all roads, and proposes a Web-based prototype system that can be analyzed intuitively through road and heat map visualization.

국내 카셰어링(Car Sharing) 서비스의 차별화를 위한 방향 연구 (A study on the ways for differentiation of domestic car sharing service)

  • 카셰어링(Car Sharing) 서비스는 대표적인 공유경제의 성공 모델 중 하나이다. 카셰어링 서비스는 스마트폰 어플리케이션으로 언제든 쉽게 예약, 반납이 가능하고 분 단위로 요금을 내는 차량 대여 서비스이다. 이것은 소비자들의 차량 구매 비용에 대한 부담을 감소시키고 차량으로 인해 발생하는 환경문제를 해결하는 등의 장점으로 향후 자동차 시장을 좌우할 것으로 전문가들은 전망하고 있다. 국내에서도 대표적인 여러 업체가 이미 주를 이루고 있고, 그 밖에 다른 업체들도 카셰어링 서비스에 진입하고 실정이다. 따라서 이러한 기업들 사이에서 경쟁력 있는 카셰어링 서비스로 자리 잡기 위해서는 보다 차별화된 서비스 전략이 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 국내 카셰어링 업체들을 비교분석하여 차별화 사례를 조사하고, 설문조사 기법을 통하여 고객특성과 상황에 맞춘 고객 맞춤형 서비스와 효과적인 차량형 인포테인먼트 등의 새로운 형태의 차별화 방안 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과로 제안된 서비스 방식의 변화, 고객 맞춤 서비스 제공, 새로운 플랫폼 적용 등이 구체적이며 심도있는 향후 연구를 기대한다.

남편의 가사노동과 자녀돌봄 분담 유형별 관련요인 및 부부의 가사분담만족도: 맞벌이 부부와 비맞벌이 부부 비교 (How satisfied are they with husbands' sharing of domestic labor? Comparing couples from single-earner and dual-earner households)

  • Objectives: Do husbands with working wives share domestic labor more equally than husbands with unemployed housewives? Is the husband's contribution sufficient enough to satisfy his wife? These questions have long inspired many researchers to find ways to more accurately estimate husband's domestic contributions and narrow the emotional gap following the different threshold of satisfaction within couples, but not without some limits. This study attempted to figure out an answer to the above-mentioned subject by using time diaries of Korean married couples with a preschooler as their first-born child and relying on the typology of husbands' sharing of housework and childcare, which allowed me to overcome some limitations of prior research. Method: I analyzed a total of 1,716 diaries of 858 married couples from 2014 Korea Time Use Survey with descriptive statistics, t-test, cluster analysis, and multinomial logit. Results: Analytic results showed that husbands in dual-earner households did share domestic labor more equally than husbands in single-earner households, but there were different types of husband's contribution depending on time they spent in housework and childcare. While more than half of husbands with employed wives shared more or less than ten percent of domestic labor, the rest were divided into one group of husbands who shared both housework and childcare more heavily and evenly, and another group who were mainly involved in childcare duties. It is interesting that husbands who made the least contributions to domestic labor were not the ones with the lowest level of satisfaction with their sharing of household labor, whereas their wives were deeply dissatisfied, leading to a huge emotional gap within couples. Conclusion: Identifying factors associated with the three different types allowed me to find a point of intervention to narrow the emotional gap that is likely to harm the marital relationship if left unattended to.

카쉐어링 서비스의 문제점 분석 및 해결 방안 연구 (A Study of the Problem Analysis and Solution about the Car Sharing Service)

  • 인터넷을 비롯한 SNS의 발달은 렌터카 서비스를 IT기반의 카쉐어링 서비스로 변모시켰다. 카쉐어링 서비스는 비대면 온라인으로 자동차를 빌릴 수 있는 서비스로써 혼술, 혼밥에 익숙한 청년층이 선호하는 서비스가 되었다. 스마트폰을 이용하여 차종과 시각을 예약하고 가까운 지정 주차장에 가서 스마트폰으로 자동차문을 열고 운전을 하며 주행 거리만큼 후불 결재를 하는 아주 편리한 서비스이다. 그러나 운전 면허증이 없는 미성년자가 지인이 빌린 차를 대신 운전할 수도 있고, 카쉐어링 업체에 회원가입 할 때에 등록한 면허의 상태가 차를 빌리거나 운전 중에 면허 정지나 취소로 변동될 수 있으며 심지어는 음주상태인 사람이 차를 빌려 운전을 할 수도 있는 등의 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였으며 제안한 방법은 가급적 카쉐어링 서비스 업체의 투자비용과 사용자의 불편함을 줄일 수 있는 방법이며 기존의 방법과 비교 및 분석하였다. 현재 카쉐어링 업체들은 회원 가입시에 휴대폰 본인인증, 본인 면허증등록, 본인 명의결제 정보등록을 철저히 요구하고 있다. 제안한 방법중에 '고객과의 영상통화 및 질의응답' 방법은 부적격한 다수의 운전자들이 돌아가면서 운전하는 것까지 막을 수 있으며 '보호자에게 문자전송' 방법은 간단한 방법이지만 효과적인 예방 방법이다. 제안한 방법이 효율적으로 활용되려면 카쉐어링 업체의 적극적인 운영과 정부의 정책이 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다.

Secret-key-sharing Cryptosystem Using Optical Phase-shifting Digital Holography

  • A new secret-key-sharing cryptosystem using optical phase-shifting digital holography is proposed. The proposed secret-key-sharing algorithm is based on the Diffie-Hellman key-exchange protocol, which is modified to an optical cipher system implemented by a two-step quadrature phase-shifting digital holographic encryption method using orthogonal polarization. Two unknown users' private keys are encrypted by two-step phase-shifting digital holography and are changed into three digital-hologram ciphers, which are stored by computer and are opened to a public communication network for secret-key-sharing. Two-step phase-shifting digital holograms are acquired by applying a phase step of 0 or ${\pi}/2$ in the reference beam's path. The encrypted digital hologram in the optical setup is a Fourier-transform hologram, and is recorded on CCDs with 256 quantized gray-level intensities. The digital hologram shows an analog-type noise-like randomized cipher with a two-dimensional array, which has a stronger security level than conventional electronic cryptography, due to the complexity of optical encryption, and protects against the possibility of a replay attack. Decryption with three encrypted digital holograms generates the same shared secret key for each user. Schematically, the proposed optical configuration has the advantage of producing a kind of double-key encryption, which can enhance security strength compared to the conventional Diffie-Hellman key-exchange protocol. Another advantage of the proposed secret-key-sharing cryptosystem is that it is free to change each user's private key in generating the public keys at any time. The proposed method is very effective cryptography when applied to a secret-key-exchange cryptosystem with high security strength.
