Information and communications technologies are affecting an economic and social transformation of all countries. Without exception international commercial dispute resolution systems are faced with change its mechanism to online technology. Dispute parties can seek redress through arbitration other than litigation or mediation. Traditional dispute resolutions do not match the cyber trade environment which is basically pursuit the speed and efficiency in cyberspace. Arbitration other than resolution methods have been considered to be match with the online environment which is including party autonomy, speed and internationally accepted and binding awards. Traditional arbitration, however is lack of time and different physical location relating all parties. So we now think cyberspace as for the resolving place which is online arbitration. Even the parties exist in different space and time they may meet in the same time and space without moving or trips. Nowadays there are many online arbitration service provider serving the resolution of dispute arising with online transaction. In this paper we study the tendency for online arbitration, the recognize uncertain matters and avoiding programs its matters when use the online arbitration between disputing parties under cyber trade environment.
Background: Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are widely used genetic markers with applications in human disease diagnostics, animal breeding, and evolutionary studies, but existing genotyping methods can be labor-intensive and costly. The aim of this study is to develop a simple and rapid method for identification of a single nucleotide change. Methods: A modified Polymerase Chain Reaction Amplification of Multiple Specific Alleles (PAMSA) and high resolution melt (HRM) analysis was performed to discriminate a bovine polymorphism in the NCAPG gene (rs109570900, 1326T > G). Results: The inclusion of tails in the primers enabled allele discrimination based on PCR product lengths, detected through agarose gel electrophoresis, successfully determining various genotypes, albeit with some time and labor intensity due to the use of relatively costly high-resolution agarose gels. Additionally, high-resolution melt (HRM) analysis with tailed primers effectively distinguished the GG genotype from the TT genotype in bovine muscle cell lines, offering a reliable way to distinguish SNP polymorphisms without the need for time-consuming AS-PCR. Conclusions: Our experiments demonstrated the importance of incorporating unique mismatched bases in the allele-specific primers to prevent cross-amplification by fragmented primers. This efficient and cost-effective method, as presented here, enables genotyping laboratories to analyze SNPs using standard real-time PCR.
Ground subsidence in urban areas is mainly caused by anthropogenic factors such as excessive groundwater extraction and underground infrastructure development in the subsurface composed of soft materials. Global Navigation Satellite System data with high temporal resolution have been widely used to measure surface displacements accurately. However, these point-based terrestrial measurements with the low spatial resolution are somewhat limited in observing two-dimensional continuous surface displacements over large areas. The synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR) technique can construct relatively high spatial resolution surface displacement information with accuracy ranging from millimeters to centimeters. Although constellation operations of SAR satellites have improved the revisit cycle, the temporal resolution of space-based observations is still low compared to in-situ observations. In this study, we evaluate the extraction of a time-series of surface displacement in Incheon Metropolitan City, South Korea, using the small baseline subset technique implemented using the commercial software, Gamma. For this purpose, 24 COSMO-SkyMed X-band SAR observations were collected from July 12, 2011, to August 27, 2012. The time-series surface displacement results were improved by reducing random phase noise, correcting residual phase due to satellite orbit errors, and mitigating nonlinear atmospheric phase artifacts. The perpendicular baseline of the collected COSMO-SkyMed SAR images was set to approximately 2-300 m. The surface displacement related to the ground subsidence was detected approximately 1 cm annually around a few Incheon Subway Line 2 route stations. The sufficient coherence indicates that the satellite orbit has been precisely managed for the interferometric processing.
Shack-Hartmann sensors are widely employed as a wavefront measuring device in various applications. Adaptive optics is one of the major applications. Since an adaptive optics system should be operated in real-time, high-speed wavefront sensing is essential. In high-speed operation, integration time of an image detector is very short. In this case, noises such as readout noise and photon noise greatly influence the accuracy of wavefront sensing. Therefore a fast and noise-insensitive centroid finding algorithm is required for the real-time wavefront sensing. In this paper, the multi-resolution correlation method is proposed. By employing multi-resolution images, this method greatly reduces the computation time when compared to the fast Fourier transform (FFT) correlation method. The verification is performed through the computational simulation. In this paper, the center of mass method, correlation method and multi-resolution correlation method are employed to compare the measurement accuracy of the centroid finding algorithms. The accuracy of a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor using the proposed algorithm is proved to be comparable to that of the conventional correlation method.

This paper proposes a low complexity super resolution algorithm for frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar systems for foreign object debris (FOD) detection. FOD radar has a requirement to detect foreign object in small units in a large area. However, The fast Fourier transform (FFT) method, which is most widely used in FMCW radar, has a disadvantage in that it can not distinguish between adjacent targets. Super resolution algorithms have a significantly higher resolution compared with the detection algorithm based on FFT. However, in the case of the large number of samples, the computational complexity of the super resolution algorithms is drastically high and thus super resolution algorithms are difficult to apply to real time systems. In order to overcome this disadvantage of super resolution algorithm, first, the proposed algorithm coarsely obtains the frequency of the beat signal by employing FFT. Instead of using all the samples of the beat signal, the number of samples is adjusted according to the frequency of the beat signal. By doing so, the proposed algorithm significantly reduces the computational complexity of multiple signal classifier (MUSIC) algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed method achieves accurate location even though it has considerably lower complexity than the conventional super resolution algorithms.

Multi-resolution modeling(MRM) is required when simulating objects in variable resolution and can be applied for interoperating systems, which simulate objects in fixed resolution. However, most interoperation middleware do not support MRM, so participating models must handle several issues to simulate MRM system. In this paper, we propose an interoperation system, which is composed of several different resolution models, based on the High Level Architecture and Run-Time Infrastructure(HLA/RTI). In the proposed architecture, each model participates to a HLA federation through MRM adapter application, which supports data resolution conversion and HLA services while communicating with the model. MRM adapter application can be implemented based on an MRM adapter, and an adapter application development tool is proposed to support developing the application. Using the tool, developers can easily implement data resolution conversion component plugged-in HLA adapter. A case study is implemented in the proposed MRM system, and shows that models of different resolution works successfully with dynamic resolution changes.
Three-dimensional high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides fine-level anatomical information for disease diagnosis. However, there is a limitation in obtaining high resolution due to the long scan time for wide spatial coverage. Therefore, in order to obtain a clear high-resolution(HR) image in a wide spatial coverage, a super-resolution technology that converts a low-resolution(LR) MRI image into a high-resolution is required. In this paper, we propose a super-resolution technique through filter learning based on information on the surrounding gradient information in 3D space from 3D MRI images. In the learning step, the gradient features of each voxel are computed through eigen-decomposition from 3D patch. Based on these features, we get the learned filters that minimize the difference of intensity between pairs of LR and HR images for similar features. In test step, the gradient feature of the patch is obtained for each voxel, and the filter is applied by selecting a filter corresponding to the feature closest to it. As a result of learning 100 T1 brain MRI images of HCP which is publicly opened, we showed that the performance improved by up to about 11% compared to the traditional interpolation method.
We designed two-dimensional position sensitive MCP(mixt.ochannel plate) detector for FIMS, which is composed of MCP, delay line anode, and delay line readout elec-tronics. And also, we fabricated and tested for the operation stability and resolution of the delay line readout electronic system. An anode simulator and a stimulator were used instead of the real MCP and anode during the test to see the electronic contribution to the resolution. The readout electronics was operated stably and showed time resolution of about 560 ps for the spectral direction and about 100 ps for the image direction respectively.

This paper proposes a discriminative collision resolution scheme for the wireless Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols to support the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of real-time applications. Our scheme deals with access requests in different ways depending on their delay requirements. In our scheme, a Collision Resolution Period (CRP) is used to quickly resolve collisions for the delay sensitive traffic in order to support their delay requirements. Performance analysis and simulation results show that our algorithm may successfully meet the delay requirements of real time applications by reducing access delays and collisions.

Long-term GPS data analysis was performed in order to analyze the seasonal variation of tropospheric delay and the success rate of the ambiguity resolution. For this analysis, a total of 57 stations including 10 IGS stations in East Asia were processed together with double-differenced observables using Bernese GPS Software V5.0. The time span for this study ranges from 2002.0 to 2012.5 (10.5 years). The average baseline length is 339.0 km and the maximum reaches up to 2,000 km. The analysis is focused on two things: the annual variation of the tropospheric delay and the ambiguity resolution rate. The tropospheric delay is closely related to the weather condition, especially relative humidity, therefore it was estimated that the maximum would be in summer, while reaching its minimum in winter with the apparent seasonal variations. On the contrary, however, the success rate of the ambiguity resolution shows the opposite pattern: its maximum was in winter and minimum in summer. The fact seems to be induced by the surrounding conditions; that is, the trees thick with leaves near the GPS antenna interfere with GPS signals in summer. This seems to confirm partly that there is a distinct trend in the decreasing success rate since 2006 because the trees are growing every year. It is necessary to eliminate the factors that degrade the GPS quality and the tropospheric modeling for Korea needs to be studied further.
