Many rail operators have developed ticketing systems for the use of rail service and the increase of operation revenue by AIM, E-ticket and mobile tickets. Also they have operated rail pass for rail revenue by foreign tourists. Russian railways (RZD) has similar rail systems with CIS countries and sometimes same tickets. A few years ago, RZD introduced and operated E-ticketing system for the increase of passenger's convenience and operation revenue, and CIS countries have adopted and widely used this system. This study will introduce the revenue business by E-ticketing system of RZD, and forecast Russian railroad business in the future.

In electronic ticketing system, the malicious behavior of scalpers damages the customer's interest and disturbs the normal order of market. In order to solve the problem of scalpers, we took two steps. Firstly, we established the electronic ticketing system based on the consortium blockchain (CB-ETS). By establishing CB-ETS, we can make the ticketing market develop better in a controlled environment and be managed by the members in the consortium blockchain. Secondly, we put forward a kind of taxation mechanism for suppressing scalpers based on CB-ETS. Together with the regulatory mechanism, our scheme can effectively reduce the scalpers' profits and further inhibit scalpers. Through the above two steps, the scheme can effectively resist the malicious behavior of scalpers. Among them, in the process of transferring tickets, we optimized the transfer mechanism to achieve a win-win situation. Finally, we analyzed the security and efficiency of our scheme. Our scheme realizes the anonymity through the mixed currency protocol based on ring signature and guarantees the unforgeability of tickets by multi-signature in the process of modifying the invalidity of tickets. It also could resist to Dos attacks and Double-Spending attacks. The efficiency analysis shows that our scheme is significantly superior to relevant works.

Operation a subway company requires high amount of early construction, operation and maintenance costs. Seoul Metro, one of the public subway companies in Seoul, Korea, has undergone operational deficit from its establishment, and the main reason is that the early construction and operation cost exceed the total revenue. Therefore, detailed researches on current operation system and possible alternatives are conducted to settle down finance trouble of the company. In particular, problems on operation and ticketing systems are analyzed, and based on that, necessity and detailed plan of railroad pass for one day are introduced and analyzed.

이 연구는 국내 3사 영화관 CGV, 메가박스, 롯데시네마의 애플리케이션 예매 시스템을 비교하여 그에 대한 사용성을 평가하고, 문제점을 파악해 더욱 편리한 모바일 예매를 위한 사용자 경험을 알아보는 것에 목적을 두었다. 각 3사의 애플리케이션의 사용 경험이 있는 실험집단을 모집하여 1차 task로 각 영화관 애플리케이션에서 영화 예매 완료를 진행한 후 2차로 스티븐 앤더슨(Stephen Anderson)의 Creating Pleasurable Interfaces 모형을 토대로 만든 질문을 통해 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 실험결과, 사용자들은 기본적인 예매 기능이 원활히 진행되고, 전체적인 정보 정렬이 잘 이루어져 있는 구성을 선호하였다. 특히 결제 방식이 편리한 애플리케이션에 대한 만족감이 높았다. 따라서 개선 방안으로 사용자들이 한눈에 인식할 수 있는 디자인과 별도의 결제 시스템이 아닌 애플리케이션 내에서의 간편한 결제 시스템이 요구된다. 이 연구가 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 통하여 영화를 예매하는데 사용자 경험을 극대화할 수 있는 서비스 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

논문에서는 연속HMM(Continuos Hidden Markov Model)을 이용하여 실시간으로 발매기 명령어(314개 역명)를 인식 할 수 있도록 음성인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 특징 벡터로 39 MFCC를 사용하였으며, 인식률 향상을 위하여 895개의 tied-state 트라이폰 음소 모델을 구성하였다. 시스템 성능 평가 결과 다중 화자 종속 인식률은 99.24%, 다중화자 독립 인식률은 98.02%의 인식률을 나타내었으며, 실제 노이즈가 있는 환경에서 다중 화자 독립 실험의 경우 93.91%의 인식률을 나타내었다.

일반적으로 티켓은 재화 취득하고 서비스를 이용하는데 필수적인 수단으로 현대 사회의 다양한 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있으며, 주로 제지류나 RFID 칩 등의 방식으로 이용자들에게 제공되어 지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 티켓의 분실, 위조와 같은 위험성을 가지고 있으며 이를 개선하기 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 지속적으로 보급되어 사용하고 있는 스마트 폰을 이용하여 서버 PC와의 통신을 통해 제지류 티켓을 배제한 스마트 티켓팅 시스템을 제안한다. 해당 시스템은 제지류 식권 발매 과정을 생략함으로써 운영자 및 이용자 모두에게 시간 절약 및 신뢰성 측면에서 유용한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 논문에서 제안되는 시스템은 티켓팅을 필요로 하는 다양한 유사분야에서도 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 공연장이나 야구장 등 다양한 분야에서 티켓을 발권하는데 있어서 필요한 보안성과 호환성 그리고 상업성까지 기존 문제를 해결한 미래형 웹 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 보안 문제로 이슈가 되고 있는 우회 해킹 기법인 스크린 해킹을 방어하고 더 강력한 보안을 위해 모바일을 이용한 OTP(One Time Password)시스템을 제시하고 호환 문제를 해결하기 위해 ActiveX를 사용하지 않는 Non-ActiveX System과 다양한 환경이나 기기에서 이용이 가능하게 기존 반응형 하이브리드 웹을 개선한 스마트 발권 시스템을 제시한다. 또한 모바일 기기의 특징을 이용한 지능형 화면 전환 시스템과 자동 할인 시스템, 최단거리 공연장 안내 시스템으로 상업적인 부분까지 고려하여 완성도 높은 시스템을 제시하였다.

With the development of information technology (IT), various information systems (IS) such as Web-based systems and mobile systems have appeared utilizing different technologies. However, recent studies on IS use and user satisfaction rarely account for technological differences among IS and environmental characteristics where IS are intended to be used. The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the use of Web-based ticketing systems for cultural activities and to empirically validate their relationships. Environmental psychology suggests that human beings respond to external stimuli from environments with their emotions, and their emotional states influence human actions, e.g., IS use in this research. Applying environmental psychology to the use of Web-based systems in the culture and entertainment industry, we propose that web site characteristics first influence a user's internal state of mind (i.e., flow) and then the flow state influences the IS use. Studies related to the state of flow collectively affirm the key role played by the flow construct in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors toward IS. Users' flow states are captured by their shopping enjoyment, perceived behavioral control, and the level of concentration on the IS use. Referring to social presence theory, we have included such web site characteristics as content quality, context of web site, and community quality. In our research model, a second order construct is utilized to represent web site quality, because flow theory suggests that holistic experiences with web-based systems (rather than individual characteristics of the web site) are important in explaining the IS use. Further, we have included trust as another important factor influencing the IS use since business transactions on the web encompass higher uncertainty comparing to offline transactions. In order to test our hypotheses, we have conducted an online survey which results in 1,141 valid responses in the final sample. The data were collected from respondents who have experiences in Internet ticketing systems. Although it was a convenient sample, the sample represents a wide variety of user demographics. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested and research hypotheses were examined using PLS Graph 3.0. The results indicate that web site characteristics significantly influence the level of user concentration, user's enjoyment in shopping, and perceived behavioral control. Further, the use of Internet ticketing systems is influenced by users' flow states and trust in the web channel. User satisfaction is turned out to be affected by the use of Internet ticketing systems. Unlike extant research on the relationship between web site characteristics and its use, our study has found that, in the culture and entertainment industry, the impact of web site characteristics on IS use is mediated by a user's flow state. This finding has a practical implication that web site design should include as many features that enhance shopping enjoyment and concentration. Other practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

The Montreal Convention markedly changed the rules governing the international carriage by air of passenger, baggage and cargo. The introduction of a considerable number of modernized major elements including electric ticketing system, the unlimited passenger liability regime and a supplementary (fifth) jurisdiction should help to remove aged scheme that now exists in the Warsaw Convention and other related instruments. The key issue of the electric ticketing system recognized by the Convention IS how to describe reasonably and adequately the terms of written notices, in the light of the principle of consumer protection. Regarding liability regime for passengers, an unlimited passenger liability regime is realized. The carrier, in the first tier, is subject to a strict liability regime of up to 100,000 SDRs, and in the second tire, a regime of presumed fault liability without numerical liability limits. To add to the present four fora, the fifth forum is permitted. Regarding damage resulting the death or injury of a passenger, an action for damages may also be brought in its home territory with the considerably qualified narrow requirements. A strange deviation from the well-established "Procedure for Approval of Draft Convention" carried out by the Legal Committee left a considerable number of unrefined and incomplete passages. In the near future, their modification should be required.

문화생활을 즐기는 현대인의 증가와 함께 온라인 티켓 거래가 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 문화생활에 대한 수요가 증가하고, 온라인을 통한 티켓 거래가 활발해지는 만큼 불법 거래 사례와 피해 또한 커지고 있다. 이러한 불법 거래 방지를 위해 본 논문에서는 기존 모바일 티켓팅 시스템의 QR코드에 티켓 고유식별번호와 난수를 결합하고, 사용자의 지문 인식과 사용 시간 제한 등의 기능을 추가한 불법 거래 방지 티켓팅 시스템을 제안한다.
