  • In electronic ticketing system, the malicious behavior of scalpers damages the customer's interest and disturbs the normal order of market. In order to solve the problem of scalpers, we took two steps. Firstly, we established the electronic ticketing system based on the consortium blockchain (CB-ETS). By establishing CB-ETS, we can make the ticketing market develop better in a controlled environment and be managed by the members in the consortium blockchain. Secondly, we put forward a kind of taxation mechanism for suppressing scalpers based on CB-ETS. Together with the regulatory mechanism, our scheme can effectively reduce the scalpers' profits and further inhibit scalpers. Through the above two steps, the scheme can effectively resist the malicious behavior of scalpers. Among them, in the process of transferring tickets, we optimized the transfer mechanism to achieve a win-win situation. Finally, we analyzed the security and efficiency of our scheme. Our scheme realizes the anonymity through the mixed currency protocol based on ring signature and guarantees the unforgeability of tickets by multi-signature in the process of modifying the invalidity of tickets. It also could resist to Dos attacks and Double-Spending attacks. The efficiency analysis shows that our scheme is significantly superior to relevant works.

  • This study aimed to compare the systems of ticketing application programs of three major movie theaters, CGV, Megabox, Lotte Cinema, with each other and evaluate the usability, and find problems to figure out user experiences for more convenient mobile ticketing. Experimental subjects with experiences of using apps of the movie theaters were recruited; First, as a primary task, they reserved movie tickets with each of the movie theater apps; Second, they had in-depth interviews with questions based on the model of Creating Pleasurable Interfaces by Stephen Anderson. As a result, users preferred the composition with information in order in overall, in which ticketing process went smoothly. In particular, users were more satisfied with convenient payment applications. Therefore, as an improving way, it is required to design an interface for users to recognize at a glance and a payment system within an app, not to design separate payment system out of the app. I hope this study will help actively conduct researches to maximize the usability in a way to reserve movie tickets through smartphone apps.

  • In general the tickets are essential to buy goods and take services, which are used in various fields of modern society, and there have been several types of tickets such as a paper and an RFID chip. However, the conventional system has a problem like a loss of ticket or forge. thus there have many efforts to compensate the problem. In this paper, by improving the conventional system through the connection between a smart-phone with a server system, a smart ticketing system without paper tickets is proposed. The proposed system can support efficient services for managers and users in terms of timesaving and reliability. The proposed system can be applied in various similar fields requiring a ticket system.

  • In this paper, we have designed and implemented a commercial web system for the future which resolves the necessary security and compatibility to the existing issues in various fields such as theater or the ball park that tickets are issued. The system presents the OTP (One Time Password) system using the mobile in order for defense in the bypass hacking technique such as screen hacking and for greater security. Also, we presents a smart ticketing system that improve the existing responsive hybrid web. It uses Non-ActiveX System which solve compatible problems with present systems that don't use ActiveX. Also, it is available in a variety of environments and equipment. In addition, the system provides an intelligent screen switching systems using the characteristics of mobile devices, an automatic discount system, and a venue information system which shows the shortest distance to the venue considering the commercial portion.

  • With the development of information technology (IT), various information systems (IS) such as Web-based systems and mobile systems have appeared utilizing different technologies. However, recent studies on IS use and user satisfaction rarely account for technological differences among IS and environmental characteristics where IS are intended to be used. The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the use of Web-based ticketing systems for cultural activities and to empirically validate their relationships. Environmental psychology suggests that human beings respond to external stimuli from environments with their emotions, and their emotional states influence human actions, e.g., IS use in this research. Applying environmental psychology to the use of Web-based systems in the culture and entertainment industry, we propose that web site characteristics first influence a user's internal state of mind (i.e., flow) and then the flow state influences the IS use. Studies related to the state of flow collectively affirm the key role played by the flow construct in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors toward IS. Users' flow states are captured by their shopping enjoyment, perceived behavioral control, and the level of concentration on the IS use. Referring to social presence theory, we have included such web site characteristics as content quality, context of web site, and community quality. In our research model, a second order construct is utilized to represent web site quality, because flow theory suggests that holistic experiences with web-based systems (rather than individual characteristics of the web site) are important in explaining the IS use. Further, we have included trust as another important factor influencing the IS use since business transactions on the web encompass higher uncertainty comparing to offline transactions. In order to test our hypotheses, we have conducted an online survey which results in 1,141 valid responses in the final sample. The data were collected from respondents who have experiences in Internet ticketing systems. Although it was a convenient sample, the sample represents a wide variety of user demographics. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested and research hypotheses were examined using PLS Graph 3.0. The results indicate that web site characteristics significantly influence the level of user concentration, user's enjoyment in shopping, and perceived behavioral control. Further, the use of Internet ticketing systems is influenced by users' flow states and trust in the web channel. User satisfaction is turned out to be affected by the use of Internet ticketing systems. Unlike extant research on the relationship between web site characteristics and its use, our study has found that, in the culture and entertainment industry, the impact of web site characteristics on IS use is mediated by a user's flow state. This finding has a practical implication that web site design should include as many features that enhance shopping enjoyment and concentration. Other practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

  • The Montreal Convention markedly changed the rules governing the international carriage by air of passenger, baggage and cargo. The introduction of a considerable number of modernized major elements including electric ticketing system, the unlimited passenger liability regime and a supplementary (fifth) jurisdiction should help to remove aged scheme that now exists in the Warsaw Convention and other related instruments. The key issue of the electric ticketing system recognized by the Convention IS how to describe reasonably and adequately the terms of written notices, in the light of the principle of consumer protection. Regarding liability regime for passengers, an unlimited passenger liability regime is realized. The carrier, in the first tier, is subject to a strict liability regime of up to 100,000 SDRs, and in the second tire, a regime of presumed fault liability without numerical liability limits. To add to the present four fora, the fifth forum is permitted. Regarding damage resulting the death or injury of a passenger, an action for damages may also be brought in its home territory with the considerably qualified narrow requirements. A strange deviation from the well-established "Procedure for Approval of Draft Convention" carried out by the Legal Committee left a considerable number of unrefined and incomplete passages. In the near future, their modification should be required.
