과업기술적합도 모형을 활용한 모바일 간편결제 서비스 이용의도의 영향요인에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Intention to Use Third-Party Mobile Payment Services : Applying the Task-Technology Fit Model)

  • Recently, due to the rapid development of IT (information technologies), a variety of attempts have been made to incorporate IT into other fields such as finance and manufacturing. Among them, a novel concept in the spotlight is FinTech, which is a combined word of finance and technology. FinTech is a line of business demonstrating an innovation development through IT in the financial service industry. One of the most popular types of FinTech is a third-party mobile payment service (MPS), the examples of which can be easily found in South Korea while the actual use of the service is relatively inactive. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate influencing factors of intention to use the third-party MPS. Based on individual characteristics and the task-technology fit model, the research model of the study is developed, with switching cost included as a moderating variable. The results of structural equation model testing with 316 potential users of Kakao Pay, one of the most popular business models of the third-party MPS, show that innate innovativeness, task characteristics, and technology characteristics are positively influencing task-technology fit, which in turn significantly affects intention to use the third-party MPS. The negative moderating role of switching cost is also found. These results could help managers develop better strategies to motivate potential users to participate in their services.

  • 본 논문은 제조기업이 제3자물류를 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있고, 그에 따라 제3자물류기업 선정요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 이와 더불어 변화하는 물류환경요인에 따라 제3자물류기업 선정요인과 물류성과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 확인하였다. 그 결과 제3자물류 선정요인중 서비스요인과 명성요인은 물류성과에 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 물류환경을 이용해 조절효과를 측정한 결과 제3자물기업 선정요인중 서비스요인은 물류환경요인 중 고객요인의 조절효과에 의해 물류성과에 영향을 미치고, 제3자물류기업 선정요인 중 명성요인은 물류환경요인 중 글로벌요인과 정보시스템요인의 조절효과에 의해 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 물류서비스는 경제주체간의 원활한 상품 수송을 도모하여 구매, 소비를 뒷받침하는 효율적 경제 및 시장의 필수조건이다. 특히 기업의 물류활동은 소비자에게 전달하고자하는 제품 및 서비스의 생산과 유통을 책임지는 필수 기업활동이자 기업 경쟁력의 원천이다. 그러나 국내 물류기업의 영세성 및 낮은 생산성, 물류산업체계의 비효율성, 2자 물류기업 중심으로 성장하면서 비롯된 전문 제3자 물류 전문시장의 성장 한계, 물류기업의 해외진출 미흡, 물류 전문인력 부족 등이 해결해야 할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제3자 물류업의 개념과 발전과정을 살펴보고, 국내 제3자 물류업 시장 현황을 분석하여 이를 근거로 수요측면 즉 기업측면, 공급측면, 정부의 정책적 지원측면으로 구분하여 국내 제3자 물류업의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Effects of Political Campaign Materials on Party and Non-Party Voting Supporters

  • Political parties would normally claim that their campaign and communication materials have effects on voters, be it on their supporters or their opponents during election campaigns. However, such effects are assumed effects by the parties unless voters are themselves assessed about the effects of such materials on themselves. The supporters of the parties are likely to regard such campaign materials as congenial to them but this may not be so with the opposition supporters who would regard such materials as negative. Taking the third-person effect to analyze effects on the audience as the theoretical framework, this study posited that opposition members would regard the materials as negative and thus would claim that they would not have any effect on them but they would likely say that such campaign materials would have effects on own party supporters. Davison (1983) posited that individuals will perceive that negative mediated messages would have their greatest impact not "on me" or "you" but on "them,"- the third person. Research suggests that people judge others to be more influenced than they are by media, advertising, libelous messages, media violence, pornography, and television drama. The theory referred to as the Third-person effect developed on the postulation that audience members would not admit that media had any direct effect on them, but would instead believe that the media influenced others, the third person (Tewksbury, Moy, & Weis, 2004; Price, Tewksbury, & Huang, 1998). On the other hand, while people would discount the effects of negative or biased messages on themselves, they would, under the notion of the First Person Effect, readily admit to being influenced by such messages. This study was based on studying the effects of political literature on party and opposition party supporters taking the messages to be positive to one group and biased and partisan to another group. The study focuses on the assumed effects of political literature on own party and opposition party supporters. It traces the degree of influence of Malaysia's largest political party, Barisan Nasional (BN) political communication literature on its own supporters and on non-BN party supporters. While the third-person effect assumes a null or minimal effect on one's self and some or strong effect on others, the question that arises are on welcoming favorable media effects on oneself and assuming unfavorable effects on others.

  • 현 시대에서 기업 발전을 이루기 위해서는 자사의 핵심 분야에 역량을 집중시키고 기업 비용절감을 도모하고 고객에 대한 서비스의 질을 향상 시키는 등의 노력을 하여야 한다. 그중에서 기업들은 자사의 역량을 핵심 분야에 집중시키고 나머지 부분들은 아웃소싱을 통해 기업비용 절감을 실현시키는 방법에 관심을 기울이고 있고 특히 물류 부문의 아웃소싱에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 이유는 우리나라 기업물류비가 선진국에 비해 월등히 높다는 것 때문이다. 이와 같은 높은 물류비는 대외적으로 수출상품의 가격경쟁력 약화와 무역수지 악화를 초래하고, 대내적으로는 물가상승 요인으로 작용하여 우리경제에 큰 부담이 되고 있어 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 물류비 절감이 절실히 요구 되고 있다. 이러한 상황의 해결책으로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 제3자 물류기업으로의 아웃소싱이다. 이에 따라 현재는 전문물류업체 등장과 함께 많은 기업들이 자사물류에서 제3자 물류로 전환하고 있다. 하지만 화주기업들이 제3자 물류기업들에게 통합적인 물류서비스를 위탁하는 경우는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 제3자 물류기업 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 프랜차이즈 기업 본 아이에프의 제3자 물류 활성화에 대한 사례를 통하여 향후 발전방안을 제시하였다.

중국해사분쟁에서 중재조항의 제3자 편입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Third Party Incorporation of Arbitration Clause in China Maritime Disputes)

  • In solving international commercial disputes, arbitration has a unique advantage. Therefore, when most parties sign a charter party, they contain arbitration clauses. Whether the arbitration clause in the charter party can be effectively incorporated into the bill of lading and bind to the third party-bill holder becomes an important issue. Based on the problem above, this paper compares the arbitration system between Korea and China, and discusses the composition of the Chinese Maritime Court and the Chinese court's adjudication of arbitration for foreign countries, which are recognized and enforced in China. What is most important in this study is observing the Chinese case from the beginning of 2000 to the present in order to rule whether the Chinese court can effectively incorporate the arbitration clause in the charter party into the bill of lading, as well as whether it constitutes an effective binding force for third parties and changes in standard of recognition. Finally, through comparative analysis, the study concludes that in China, the arbitration clause in the charter party can be effectively incorporated into the bill of lading, and that the conditions for the third parties can be effectively restrained. There must be several points to be noted when recording the bill of lading. This would then help reduce the legal risks and promote the sustainable development of international transactions.

제 3 기관 수상(Award Winning) 광고가 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 마케팅 변수들의 조절 효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of the Third-Party Award Winning Advertisement on Consumer's Pre-Purchase Intention)

  • 요즘 신문 광고를 보면 자주 볼 수 있는 광고 형식이 있다. 그것은 00 마케팅 대상, 00 신문 선정 올해의 최고 히트 제품, 스포츠 신문 선정 올해의 10대 제품, 00 협회 컨설팅 선정 고객 만족도 최우수 제품, 00부 선정 올해의 벤처 기업 등 정부나 언론 기관, 그리고 비영리 성격의 제 3 기관에서의 수상 사실을 광고 소재로 활용하는 수상(award winning) 광고이다. 그 동안 선행 연구에서는 브랜드, 가격, 제품 외관, 제조회사 정보, 보증 등을 품질을 나타내는 단서로서 주목해 왔으나 제 3 기관의 추천의 효과에 대해서는 연구가 비교적 적은 편이다. 이번 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루지 않았던 제 3 기관의 추천을 수상 맥락(award context)에서 확인해 봄으로써 제 3 기관 추천과 관련된 연구 범위를 다양화했다는데 의의를 둘 수 있다. 지금까지 소비자 관점에서 제 3 기관의 추천 효과를 조절하는 변수들에 대한 연구들은 진행되었으나 기업 관점에서 마케팅 변수들의 조절 효과를 검토한 연구는 없다고 판단하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 제 3 기관의 수상 정보가 주는 효과를 이론적 범주에서 설명하고, 실험을 통해 이러한 과정에서 마케팅 변수들의 조절 효과를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 제 3 기관의 수상 정보는 소비자들의 제품 구입 의도를 높이는데 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고 제품 타입, 판매 채널과 같은 마케팅 변수들이 이 과정을 조절하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외재적 단서 중 하나인 지각된 가격은 제품 타입에 따라 역할이 상이했는데 경험재의 경우에는 제 3 기관의 수상 정보와 독립적으로 구매 의도에 영향을 주었고 탐색재의 경우에는 소비자 구매 의도에 큰 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구 결과로부터 마케팅 실무에 활용할 수 있는 몇 가지 시사점들을 추론해 보면 가격이 비교적 고가이고 고객과의 직접 접촉을 통해 판매가 가능하며 소비자들이 내재적 단서를 통해 품질을 평가하기 어려운 경험재의 경우 제 3 기관의 수상 형태의 추천 효과가 극대화될 수 있는 조건이라고 말할 수 있다.

한·중 패션제품 소비자 불평행동의도에 미치는 영향요인 분석(I) -불평행동 특성을 중심으로- (A Comparative Study on the Cross-cultural Complaint Intention of South Korean and Chinese Consumers regarding Fashion Products (I) -Focused on the Traits of Complaining Behavior-)

  • This study investigated if there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers among the determinants of consumer complaint intention, type of complaint intention, and traits of complaining behavior. Sample subjects used in this study were female college students in Jeollabukdo and Jeollanamdo, Korea and Yunnam, China. Questionnaire data from 780 college students(Korea: 441, China: 339) were analyzed through a reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequence, mean, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, complaint intention of college students was divided into 3 factors, voice, private, and third party. Second, the findings of regression analysis for the total sample showed that the determinants of the factor 'voice' were the country, salespeople, product involvement, complaint cost, psychological tension, and social benefit. Whereas, the determinants of the factor 'private' were the producer, product involvement, psychological tension, and social benefit. Also, the determinants of the factor 'third party' were the country, oneself, salespeople, complaint cost, personal norms, and social benefit. Third, significant differences were indicated in the determinants of the 'voice', 'private' and 'third party' factors of complaint intention between Korean and Chinese consumers. Fourth, the complaint intention factors of 'voice' and 'third party' of Chinese consumers were higher than Korean consumers. Fifth, the attributions to dissatisfaction of Korean consumers were higher than Chinese consumers, and the product involvement, possibility for success, and consumer complaint attitudes of Chinese consumers were revealed to be higher than Korean consumers.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 의류상품 구매자의 불평행동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Consumer Complaining Behavior on Internet Fashion Shopping Malls)

  • This study is to investigate complaining behavior of consumers who purchase fashion products on the internet, as well as to find how the complaining behaviors are related to the consumers' characteristics. The subjects of this study are limited to the consumers who have experienced dissatisfaction when purchasing fashion products through the internet. The questionnaires were administered to male and female respondents using the internet shopping mall. The results can be summarized as follows: The factor analysis shows that consumer complaining behaviors are fitted well into four factors(direct complaining behavior, private complaining behavior, third-party complaining behavior, and no response). In the difference analysis by consumer's complaining behavior styles and gender, private complaining and third-party complaining behavior were significant statistically. In the difference analysis between consumer's complaining behavior styles and internet self-efficacy. Internet self-efficacy was significantly different according to consumer's complaining behavior styles, especially for direct complaining, third-party complaining and no response. Private complaining behavior, third-party complaining behavior and no response were negatively related to consumer retention, while direct complaining behavior was not.

  • In recent years, with the development of IT technology and mobile communication, the powerful communication function of the Internet will gradually eliminate the information asymmetry between supply and demand, and the third-party review website emerges as The Times require. Dianping.com was founded in 2003. After a few years of development, it has become an independent third-party consumer review website worldwide. One of the reasons for such great success is corporate culture, which plays an important role in human resource management. The competition of enterprises is not only the competition of products and cost advantages, but also the superior enterprise culture presented to customers in the international environment. The competition between third-party review sites has been very fierce. In just a few years, many foreign third-party review websites went public and made profits, but some domestic start-ups went bankrupt due to the lack of a good business model and corporate culture. A good business model is particularly important. Taking dianping.com as the research object and combining with the business model of the company, this paper studies the unique corporate culture of dianping.com, hoping to help the company through the investigation and research of this paper, so as to improve the company in the future. And put forward a certain practical significance and value.
