ZnO2 박막 제조 시간의 증가에 따라 박막 입자 성장면과 입자 성장 방향에 관한 연구 (As ZnO2 Thin Film Manufacturing Time Increases, the Thin Film Particle Growth Plane and a Study on the Direction of Particle Growth)

  • 라디오 진동수 스퍼터를 이용하여 실리콘(110) 기판위에 증착시간을 60분, 120분 그리고 180을 변화시켜서 산화아연 박막을 만들었다. ZnO2 박막의 입자 성장면을 X선 회절 장치를 써서 분석한 결과 박막의 주 성장면(002)면과 (103)면의 방향이 증착 시간의 영향을 많이 받았다. 전자 주사 현미경을 통하여 ZnO2박막의 입자 성장을 관찰 한 결과 ZnO2박막이 증착 초기에는 성장이 정체되는 인큐베이션 시간이 필요하다가 일정 시간이 지나면 다시 입자 성장이 일어나는 현상이 관찰 되었다. ZnO2박막의 화학 분석을 한 결과는 증착 시간의 증가가 ZnO2박막내의 산소의 양과는 변화가 없었지만 Zn의 성분에 변화가 관찰 되어서 박막의 증착 시간이 박막내의 Zn성분에는 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

  • Using Se as a photoconductive element and ZnS as a luminescent element, a Se/ZnS thin film device for light amplifier applications was fabricated and its characteristics were investigated At various conditions of substrate temperatures, heat treatment times, and heat treatment temperatures, Se thin films and ZnS thin films were separately deposited by an EBE(Electron Beam Evaporation) method of an high accuracy in deposition rates and the optimum fabrication conditions for the Se thin film and the ZnS thin film with a hexagonal structure were obtained The Se/ZnS thin film light amplifier was fabricated by evaporating the ZnS thin film on an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) glass and the Se thin film on the ZnS thin film in sequence.

  • This paper describes on the fabrication and characteristics of hot-film type micro-flowsensors integrated with Pt-RTD(resistance thermometer device) and micro-heater on the Si membrane in which MgO thin-film was used as medium layer in order to improve adhesion of Pt thin-film to SiO$_2$layer. The MgO layer improved adhesion of Pt thin-film to SiO$_2$layer without any chemical reactions to Pt thin-film under high annealing temperatures. Output voltages increased due to increase of heat-loss from sensor to external. The output voltage was 82 mV at $N_2$flow rate of 2000 sccm/min heating power of 1.2 W. The response time($\tau$:63%) was about 50 msec when input flow was stepinput

  • The 3$\mu\textrm{m}$-thick PVDF (Polyvinyiidene fluoride) thin film have been prepared using physical vapor deposition with electric field, and its FT-IR specrum, dielectric property and electric conduction phenomenon have been investigated. Since the characteristic peaks ate detected at 509.45 and 1273.6〔cm〕 in the FT-IR spectrum, we are confirmed that the ${\beta}$ -phase is dominant in the PVDF thin film. In the results of dielectric properties, the PVDF thin film shows anomalous dispersion, i.e. gradual decrease of dielectric constant with increase of frequency, and also that the dielectric absorption point changes from 200Hz to 7000Hz with increasing temperature of thin film, which is consistent with the Debye's theory. The activation energy (ΔH) obtained from temperature dependence of dielectric loss is 21.64 ㎉/㏖. We confirm that the electric conduction mechanism of PVDF thin film is dominated by ionic conduction by investigating the dependence of the leakage current of the thin film on the temperature and the electric field.
