세계적으로 지적재산권에 대한 권리획득의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 국가간, 업체간의 노력이 치열해지고 있다. 국내 건설업체들의 해외시장 개척을 위해서는 원천기술의 확보가 절실하며 이를 위한 국가적 기술개발노력이 필요하다. 국내의 건설기술개발은 매년 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이며, 특히 PQ제도 도입이후 두드러진 증가세를 보이고 있다. 이에 현재 국내 업체들의 건설개술개발실태에 대한 분석과 국가적 기술개발장려제도 및 입찰제도에 대한 비교분석을 통해 국내의 제도적 문제점과 기술개발 실태를 파악하고 이를 토대로 기술개발 촉진과 활용성 향상 방안제시를 위한 연구를 수행 하였다.

This paper describes the design of the avionics architecture for military unmanned aerial vehicles considering the airworthiness requirements for the first time. This design considers the redundancy in the system data bus and the power system and the data link system to meet the system safety requirements of the airworthiness requirements of military UAVs. This avionics architecture design has been verified through the system integration test and the flight test after manufacturing the UAV.

General problems of environmental contamination, scope of environmental science and technology, some considerations to the development of Korean environmental technology, and G-7 environmental engineering technology Projects were shortly reviewed, And four different strategies for innovation of Korean environmental technology. First, development of Energy Policy and environmental technology based on the pro - environmental thought; second, development of systematic environmental science and technology : third, strengthening of pre- deliberation for imported foreign technology and promotion of utilization of native developed technology; finally, maximization of abilities for researchers and engineers in environmental technology field.

We have designed High Performance Prism LGP in 17 inch TFT-LCD. In test result to embody high brightness BLU in case of LGP of base and upper surface with 17 inch, thickness 8mm adding prism construct, it is superior brightness improvement than previous that of printing form about some 20% and in this course to embody actual material it succeeded prism LGP production by 17 inch injection form process.
