In field of apartment housing currently, insulation technology is the most effective way because it is common to improve the thermal performance, therefore, it is contributed to energy saving as several regional insulation standards and legal mandate method. In addition, by applying of building energy efficiency rating certification system, it has inspired voluntary energy conservation commitment for the building owner or facility manager by making a plan to evaluate and verify building energy performance. However, these circumstances are not enough to acquire a grade 2 of higher information. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the impact of building energy efficiency rating and confirmed reduction ratio compared to the standard housing on the basis of recent our nation building law when we had changed the shape of windows and wall insulation performance and shapes of housing.

There is urgent for defect consulting work to standardize the investigated method, repaired and reinforced method, and estimated cost about defect in increasing a defect lawsuit of apartment building. For the purpose of developing the standard process of defect consulting work, the review that a used process in law and institution should take precedence. There is not prepared the national standard for defect consulting but is dependent on an experience and a practice of consultants. This study analyzes defect consulting case, defines main steps for developing the standard process, and draws phased work factors. As systemizing this, it is expected to apply to basic structure for developing the standard process of defect consulting work for the next.

We could analyse the fire behavior using the developed software for fire safety assessment in a large space such as atrium. But Korean building law hasn't admitted the result of fire risk assessment in atrium. In the legislation fire resistant wall or shutter must be required between atrium and office rooms, That has obstructed development of building design and fire protection technique in Korea. From this point of view, we made scenarios of fire spread between atrium and office rooms, and then computed fire spread and fire phenomena using FASTLite and Breakl. In this study, we can decide that fire compartmentalization between atrium and office rooms doesn't require in Atrium building if the material and fire protection system were reliable. Consequently, Korean Fire Protection Regulations have to consider in direction of increasing freedom of building.

The aim of this paper is to analysis mechanical system flaw in apartment building service system. From this paper, most mechanical flaws are from design mistake, materials flaw, other engineering construction's negligence of construction execution and careless system operation management. Through this study, the author suggested the way to reduce mechanical flaw, during construction process from drawing survey before execution start to completion of construction.

본 연구에서는 초고층 피난안전설계 기준 개선을 위하여 국내외 피난관계법령에 대하여 비교분석 하였다. 그 결과, 국내 피난관계법령기준 개선사항을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫 번째, 수용인원에 대한 피난용량을 산정하도록 하며, 2이상의 출구 요구시 1개 출구접근 불가할 경우에도 피난용량의 50%이상을 충족하도록 해야 한다. 두 번째, 계단 또는 출구간 이격거리 기준 규정을 통해 이방향 피난이 원활이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 세 번째, 막다른 복도 및 통로에 대한 길이제한을 규정해야하며 이는 스프링클러 유무에 따라서도 제한의 차등을 두어야 한다. 네 번째, 피난안전구역과 엘리베이터 및 계단의 경우 안전한 피난경로를 확보하며 피난유도를 하여야 하며, 피난층 이외의 층에서도 수평방향의 피난안전성 확보를 위하여 별도의 피난안전구역 마련이 필요하다.

소규모 공사는 건축에 있어 가장 기초적이며 근본이 되는 의미를 가진다. 현재 $\ulcorner$건축법$\lrcorner$ 제8조(건축허가)에는 도시계획구역 이외의 지역에 대하여 연면적 $200m^{2}$ 이상이거나 3층 이상인 건축물에는 공사현장에 감리원을 배치하도록 명시하고 있으며 이러한 기준 이하의 건축물에 관해서는 건축신고로 이루어지고 있다. 하지만, 법의 범위를 벗어난 공사현장에서 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 건물의 설계는 전문가인 건축사가 하지 않으며 별도의 감리자도 없이 지역담당 공무원의 현장 방문으로만 관리하고 있는 실정이다. 현장의 기술력은 1980년대의 그것과 크게 다르지 않고, 노동자들의 안전은 더욱 문제가 되고 있으며, 또한 자재선택이 적절치 못해 건축물의 전체적인 품질저하를 초래하기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소규모 프로젝트에 대한 현행 법규를 검토하고 소규모 공사현장 책임자와의 설문 및 인터뷰조사를 통하여 현장관리실태를 파악하고 문제점을 분석한다. 그리고 문제점에 대해 많은 현장을 경험한 고령의 기술자를 적극 활용하기 위해 Data Base를 구축하고 온라인 및 오프라인을 통해 공사를 조언 및 관리하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Objectives: The study aims to develop an understanding of the experience of migrant husbands with their South Korean in-laws, specifically from the perspective of migrant husbands from developing countries who reside in South Korea. Method: In total, 13 semi-structured interviews were carried out. Results: The themes drawn from the interview data were "attempting to be accepted as sons-in-law by the in-laws," "interacting closely with in-laws," and "building a nest of their own." When it comes to "struggling to be recognized as sons-in-law" by their Korean families, the migrant husbands in this study met with a high level of opposition from in-laws and sometimes their own family members, made considerable efforts to be accepted as sons-in-law, and then were finally accepted as sons-in-law (although not every migrant husband achieved this). Regarding "interacting closely with in-laws," migrant husbands tried to be recognized as real family members, became hyoja (filial sons) for the sake of their wives and children, and felt a burden about mismatched expectations regarding family roles and obligations. Regarding the final theme, "building a nest of their own," the men tried to be themselves, to attain an equal position to their in-laws, and to maintain a moderate distance between themselves and their in-laws. Conclusions: The study has significant implications for existing government programs designed for multicultural families and how they can be made more inclusive, as well as how new programs can help to improve the relationships between Korean in-laws and migrant husbands.

This paper focused on the way of prevention of disaster in the accident of explosion when the fire broke out in the boiler room where installed the basement of the building, and showed the effective ways for sustaining people and property safely in the view of problems and improvement of the law and safety awareness of people.

This study deals zoning and building codes that act on the physical planning and design of university campus in Korea. Campus facility related laws were analyzed in relation to various factor found out through the survey on the existing campuses in rural or urban area. The study shows that the gaps between the standards required by the law and the state of facilitation in many universities could be filled by applying varied norms in accordance with the locational characteristics of each university.
