Although Marguerite Yourcenar, a representative French woman writer, lived 47 years in the United States from 1939 to 1987, the American influence on her life has not been studied either at home or abroad. The purpose of this study is to examine chronologically the American influence on the following three literary works of Yourcenar: The Little Mermaid (1942), River Deep, Dark River (1966) and Recluse (1982). The Little Mermaid is a drama, presented in musical format, about the identity crisis and inner conflict of Yourcenar. Unlike the little mermaid who burst like a bubble in Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, Yourcenar associates her death with the image of ascension. River Deep, dark river is a translation of the Negro spiritual expressing the suffering of African Americans. Recluse, her last novel, deals with the life story of a simple man living in nature on a small island. This novel shows Yourcenar's desire for a pure world that is not defiled by human greed. Yourcenar sponsored major human rights organizations and environmental groups in her life, and donated her entire fortune for human rights and the protection of Wild Fauna and Flora. The American influence on the literary works of Yourcenar can be summarized as a "great turning point", because she was transformed from a humanistic writer into an intellectual actor.

박흥식 감독의 <인어공주>를 텍스트로 삼아 나영은 연순을 모델로, 연순은 인어공주를 모델로 대리학습하는 양상을 통해 영화치료의 효용성을 살펴보았다. 미성숙했던 나영이 과거로 시간 여행을 다녀오면서 성숙한 여성으로 거듭나, 행복한 결혼생활을 영위하게 된다. <인어공주>는 나영의 입사의례 속에 연순의 입사의례가 들어있고, 그 속에는 다시 안데르센의 동화 <인어공주>의 입사의례가 들어있는 액자형 구성으로 대리학습의 양상을 잘 보여준다. 이처럼 <인어공주>는 이미 영화 속에 대리학습의 효과를 담고 있기 때문에, 자기 자각(self-awareness)과 자기 향상(self-improvement)을 기하는 영화치료의 효용성을 설명하기에 적합하다. 나영 엄마[연순] 아빠[진국]는 서로 갈등을 보이기도, 우호적인 관계를 맺기도 한다. 현실요법에 기반을 두고 있는 다섯 가지 기본 욕구의 분석을 통해 주요 등장인물의 바람[願]과 욕구를 분석한 결과, 욕구가 충족되었을 때 우호적인 관계가 형성되고, 욕구가 좌절되었을 때 비우호적인 관계가 형성되었다. 자신의 기본욕구를 파악한다면, 자신의 내부통제를 통해 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 것이다. 실제로 적용해 본 결과, 많은 사람들로부터 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

In 1970s, Computer Graphics of still and geometry changed computer Animation of image, and Computer Animation has diversely been used in movie, TV, fashion, sports, education, basic science, medical science, etc. by the development of LSI technology and the large size of computer in 1980s. Since Computer Animation was first used by movie of Futureworld in 1973, we easily experienced the essence of Computer Animation made of the Little Mermaid. Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King, Aladdin, etc. in Disney Animation and Terminator. Jurassic Park, the Mask, etc. in movie. And in other countries that have got the diversely special effect and knowhow in technology are effectively using the Computer Animation now. What situation we Korea are in now, if we compare the Computer Animation with that of other country using the progressive movie\ulcorner Although we first producted the movie title of Ticket, 10years ago, we have rarely been used it in movie, yet. Therefore, we know that it is very important for us to examine the historical and technical side for the purpose of overcoming the technological gap.

본 연구는 현대 뮤지컬 양식에 나타난 다양한 음악 장르를 시연하기 위해, 대표적인 뮤지컬 노래 장르를 선택하고 노래를 위한 발성스케일의 적용을 제시하였다. 뮤지컬 음악 장르는 뮤지컬 양식의 변화에 따라 1900년대 초반을 뮤지컬 초기, 1940-1960년대를 뮤지컬 중기, 또는 뮤지컬의 황금기, 1970년대 이후를 현대 뮤지컬로 나위면서 다양하게 등장한다. 뮤지컬 양식사의 변화에 따라 음악이 장르와 노래의 창법도 다변화 되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 대단위 분류로써 뮤지컬의 대표적인 장르로 <클래식 브로드웨이(Classic Broadway), 컨템퍼러리 브로드웨이(Contemporary Broadway), 재즈/블루스(Jazz/Blues), 팝/록(Pop/Rock)>을 선정하고, 소단위 분류로써 음악 장르를 대표할 수 있는 작품 5개와 대표 노래 5개를 선정하였다. 각 음악 장르를 대표하는 노래를 창법은 크게 <오페라의 유령>의 레짓, <인어공주>의 팝, <지저스 크라이스트 수퍼스타>의 락, <헤어스프레이>의 재즈/블루스, <해밀턴>의 힙합과 랩으로 나누어 발성 스케일을 제시하였다. 연구의 분석을 통해 뮤지컬 역사에 나타난 시대적 요구에 따라 다양한 음악이 뮤지컬의 재료로 사용되었으며, 이에 따라 다양한 창법이 필요하다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 대표적인 5장르와 5작품을 선정하여 분석의 범위를 제한하였지만, 후속 연구를 통해 확대하고자 한다. 향후 이를 바탕으로 뮤지컬 보컬 교육의 다양성과 발성법을 연구하는 다각적인 후속 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다.
