The study aims at analysing the practical effects of "blended learning system" and participatory research methodology. The business programs are running by RDA. Even though many leading farms have been tried on binding technology and agribusiness, however business of farms in Korea are still in the beginning stage. The business program for leading farms of RDA is not only education program but also participatory research program. This program consist of on-line and off line, seminar and business homework etc. The main results of this paper are as follows: 1) to make organization of farms to accomplish business goals 2) to find out solution for urgent problems and subjects of farm management 3) to construct system for leading farms and on-line communities 4) to practice profitable business model for leading farms. Farms needs are not only technology transference, but business model for success of farm management.

This study is to develop a subject substitute STEAM program which can be applied instead of classes in school field and to seek development plan of a subject substitute STEAM program based on that. The program was developed by experts on science education and teachers who participated in developing STEAM program business conducted by the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity and one 6th grade located in small and medium city was chosen for application. As a result, the subject substitute STEAM program attracted students' interest and helped to understand for them. In addition, the development plan was found that teachers' participation is very important, an inquiry activity related to real life is to be included and enough activity time is helpful in students' understanding, when developing a subject substitute STEAM program.

Korean family planning program has been adopted as a part of the Economic Development Plan with strong national government backup. After initiation of family planning program, the increase rate of total population declined from 2.6 percent during 1955-1960, to 2.1 percent in 1960-1975, and 1.6 percent in 1979. Of course, we do not ascribe this population increase rate decline to the national family planning program alone. Other contributing factors have been changes such as growing numbers of induced absortions, a rising marriage age and economic development. Currently, 2,600 family planning workers are assigned in all myun of the country. 21 percent of the works are registered nurse, 9 percent are midwife and aid nurses occupy 70 percent (Table 1). Authorized clinics are 2,329 which composed 1,765 IUD clinics, 1,070 vasectomy clinics and 1,150 Fimale sterilization clinics (Table 2). Cumulative contraceptive services provided by government program, 1962-1974 is illustrated in Table 3. After government program in family planning has been initiated (1962-1978), estimated number of births averted by each methods was measured (Table 4). From 1962 to 1978, tendency of contraceptive acceptors is illustrated in Table 5 showed that IUD, oral pill and condom program is decreasing and in other hand, sterilization program is increasing very much. Attitude change toward family size (1965-1978), contraceptive practice and son preference are showed in Table 7, 8, respectively. Auther concluded that future program in family planning should target to the point, that smaller family size norm for maternal health should be emphasized rather than smaller size family for national development.

The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

In this study, an intermediate model is presented as a new method for development of a parametric simulation program. This model enables us to analyze effectively the static and dynamic structure of a real production system. The static structure of the real system can be modelled in an entity-relationship diagram and the dynamic structure of the real system in a Petri net. The intermediate model consists of an entity-relationship diagram and a Petri net. Using this intermediate model man can not only reduce the time and cost for simulation program development, but also increase the modelling reliability of the developed simulation program. To show the usefulness of this intermediate model. the intermediate models for two production subsystems, manufacturing sub-system and transport subsystem, are set up.

Objectives : This study were aimed to estimate the needs for clinical research educational program development focused on oriental medicine. Methods : Department Medical Research of Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine surveyed 204 certified subjects in total by using web-based questionnaires through e-mail from Jan. 17th to Jan. 31th, 2007. Reply from 62 on-line correspondents were collected and statistically analyzed. Results : The number of clinical trial involving oriental medicine continues to increase. According to the survey, many Issues were raised as problems such as difficulty of recruitment, lack of fund and lack of stepped program. Emphasized issues were clinical research methodologies, development of protocols and case report form (CRF), and Regulations including Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) in these three consecutive education training program. Conclusion : The results of this study may contribute to the development of an educational program for oriental medicine, a program that should be taken into consideration for developing practical items, such as, problem-based learnings which reflects participants' actual needs in their works. Also this report be used for future strategy plans and execution of training program for oriental medical clinical trial.

The purpose of this study is developing a Science Drawing Program to improve Science Process Skills and examining the effect of it. For this study two classes (missed classes with boys and girls) of 3th grade students participated and the subject of the instruction was domain of Air and Weather. The result of this study were as follows: First, the Science Drawing Program was effective in improving the science process skills. Development and Application of the Science Drawing Program brought positive effects especially on the observation, measurement, reasoning power. Second, student showed positive recognition on the Science Drawing Program. Many students showed interests and want to use it in class. And they thought Drawing Program helpful in their learning. Therefore the Science Drawing Program is very effective method in science education.

Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.

This paper is a case study of Chonbuk National University Library. In the paper I analysed characteristics of the university and change of university libraries. Following that, I suggested the development direction of Chonbuk National University Library. I categorized Chonbuk National University Library program in two - direct service program and indirect service program. Under the categories I subdivided the university library program. After that I explained how the university library program contribute to the development of the university.

The Aim of this development is the management of a forecasting analysis program based on a real-time remote sensing data. Using this program it is possible to predict a failure of levee facilities in advance. therefor, it is necessary for making plans of a safety countermove. In this development we have researched the analysis method which could operate effectively the levee facilities using real-time monitoring data from a remote sensing system and the safety managerial program using the algorism from the analysis method developed.
