FFT를 이용한 주상 변압기의 열화 진단 장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Deterioration Diagnosis Device of Pole Transformer using FFT)

  • 본 논문에서눈 주상 변압기의 유전정접 측정과 FFT의 이용으로 활선 상태에서 진단할 수 있논 열화 진단 창치를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 주상 변압기 열화 진단 장치는 활선 상태에서 절연유위 온도와 유전정점을 측정하며, 진단 결를블 FFT로 처리한다. 진단용 센서에 인가하는 시험 전압은 주상 변압기 2차촉 전압의 0]용으로 외부회 추가 장치 없이도 전단이 가능하다. 또한, 무선 데이터 통선을 이용하여 진단 정보를 지상에서 수신함 으로 주상 변압기의 감사를 별도의 추가 설비 없이 손쉽게 가능하도록 하였다. 시험 전압 가변 실험과 온도 가변 실험을 통하여 제안한 주상 변압기 열화 진단 장치의 유용성을 입증하였다.

Development and Evaluation of Tip Pinch Strength Measurement on a Paretic Hand Rehabilitation Device

  • In this study, we described the development of a methodology to measure tip-pinch strength on the paretic hand rehabilitation device and aimed to investigate reliability of the device. FSR sensors were embedded on the device, and tip pinch strength was estimated with data collected from the sensors using a developed equation while participants were demonstrating tip pinch. Reliability tests included inter-rater, test-retest, and inter-instrument reliability. B&L Engineering pinch gauge was utilized for the comparison. Thirty-seven healthy students participated in the experiment. Both inter-rater and test-retest reliability were excellent as Intraclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) were greater than 0.9 (p<0.01). There were no statistically significant differences in tip-pinch strengths. Inter-instrument reliability analysis confirmed good correlation between the two instruments (r = 0.88, p < 0.01). The findings of this study suggest that the two instruments are not interchangeable. However, the tip-pinch mechanism used in the paretic hand rehabilitation device is reliable that can be used to evaluate tip pinch strength in clinical environment and can provides a parameter that monitors changes in the hand functions.

Development of Personalized Respiratory Training Device with Real-time Feedback for Respiratory Muscle Strengthening

  • Objective: The practice of breathing exercises involves altering the depth and frequency of respiration. Strengthening respiratory muscles plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being. The efficiency of the respiratory system affects not only physical activity but also various physiological processes including cardiovascular health, lung function, and cognitive abilities. The study evaluated the reliability of the developed device for inspiratory/expiratory training using pressure sensors and Bluetooth connectivity with a smartphone application. Design: Design & development research Methods: The research methodology involved connecting a custom-made respiratory sensor to an IMT-PEP BIC Breath device. Various pressure conditions were measured, and statistical analyses were performed to assess reliability and consistency. Results showed high Intraclass Coefficient Correlation (ICC) values for both inspiratory and expiratory pressures, indicating strong test-retest reliability. The device was designed for ease of use and wireless monitoring through a smartphone app. Results: This study conducted at expiratory pressure confirmed the proper operation of the IMT/PEP breathing trainer at the specified pressure setting in the product. The pressure sensor demonstrated high test-retest reliability with an ICC value of 0.999 for both expiratory and inspiratory pressure measurements. Conclusions: The developed respiratory training device measured and monitored inspiratory and expiratory pressures, demonstrating its reliability for respiratory training. The system could be utilized to record training frequency and intensity, providing potential benefits for patients requiring respiratory interventions. Further research is needed to assess the full potential of the device in diverse populations and applications.

중금속류 생태독성 검출장치의 기초성능 평가 (Basic Performance Evaluation of the Ecotoxicity Detection Device for Heavy Metals)

  • 본 연구는 발광박테리아(Vibrio fischeri)를 생물종으로 이용하는 생태독성 검출장치의 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. 시험용으로 제작된 생태독성 검출장치(Test jig)를 이용하여 6가 크롬, 아연, 납, 카드뮴, 구리, 수은 등 6종의 중금속류에 대한 독성 검출특성을 검토하였다. 결과적으로, 검토된 Test jig로 각 중금속류의 농도에 따라 발광박테리아의 상대적인 발광값(Relative Luminescence Unit, RLU)이 일정하게 감소하는 검출특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 타 중금속류와 달리, 납과 수은은 저농도에서 일정한 감소경향을 갖는 RLU가 얻어졌으나, 수은의 경우는 0.13 mg/L에서 0.25 mg/L로 농도를 증가시켰을 때, RLU의 감소가 급격히 진행되는 것으로 나타났다. $EC_{50}$ 산출 결과, 6가 크롬, 아연, 납, 카드뮴 등은 노출 후 시간이 경과함에 따라 $EC_{50}$이 점차적으로 감소하였다. 반면, 구리와 수은의 경우에는 $EC_{50}$이 노출 이후 시간경과에 따라 크게 변동이 없는 나타났다. 한편, Reference device와의 비교를 통해 Test jig의 독성검출 정확도를 확인한 결과, 두 장치의 $EC_{50}$값에 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한, 기존 문헌에 제시된 $EC_{50}$값들과도 거의 유사한 수준인 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로, Test jig의 중금속류에 대한 생태독성 검출 장치로써의 적용가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 본 실험에서 얻어진 중금속류에 대한 발광박테리아의 독성 검출값들은 실시간 생태독성 모니터링 장치 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

추진인버터 시험을 위한 실시간 부하 시뮬레이터에 관한 연구 (Study on Real-Time Load Simulator for Testing Propulsion Inverter Test)

  • A newly-built inverter has to undergo a series of stress tests in the final stage of production line. This can be achieved by connecting it to a dynamometer consisting of a three-phase machine joined by a rigid shaft to a DC load machine. The latter is controlled to create some specific load characteristic needed for the test. In this paper a test method is proposed, in which no mechanical equipment is needed. The suggested test stand consists only of a inverter to be tested and a simulator converter. Both devices are connected back-to-back on the AC-side via smoothing reactors. The simulator operates in real-time as an equivalent load circuit, so that the device under test will only notice the behaviour of a three-phase machine under consideration of the load. In oder to prove rightness of the suggested test method, the simulation and actural experiment carried out emulation for a 2.2kW induction motor.

백-밸브-마스크 환기증진을 위한 보조기구 개발 및 효과 (Assistant device development and effects for promotion of bag-valve-mask ventilation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an assistant device for the promotion of bag-valve-mask ventilation based on a non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. Methods: The experimental tool was a mask assistance device developed by the researchers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 with the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) evaluation program from August 18 to 30, 2016. The research tools included general, hand-related, and ventilation-related characteristics. Results: Before and after using the mask assistance device, the tidal volume increased by 64 mL (p<.001) from 461.76 mL to 525.86 mL. The tidal volume for control was 477.86 mL, and there was a statistical difference (p<.05). The ventilation frequency in device users was 10 times per minute for a total of 20 ventilations with before 10.65 after 10 times, and that of the control group was before 10.36 times after 10 times; there was no difference in both groups(p>.05). The accuracy of the assistance device was $81.72{\pm}30.86%$, which was a very high value. However, the accuracy of ventilation in the control group with no assistance device was $18.97{\pm}32.44%$, which was a very low accuracy rate. Conclusion: This study's results suggested utilizing the newly-developed mask assistance device in CPR, and showed increases in tidal volume and accuracy of ventilation using the bag-valve-mask ventilation equipment. The general and hand-related characteristics did not have any effect, so the use of the device proved to increase the efficacy in all users.

  • A "failure point informing device" is that if a accident of short or ground occurs in electric railway it inform us of the distance to accident point. SeoulMetro, KRRI, 2ISYS have developed this device and installed in line no.4 substation Iy-Chon, Sam-Gakgi to test its performance. A line resistance will be measured to test this device in November.

  • Aircraft flight control surfaces which are one of the most important elements of safety allow a pilot to adjust and control the aircraft's flight attitude. This paper is described of the control surface deflection angle measuring device. Data analysis through ground test and flight test can provide reliability of this device using the present system. It is also shown that measuring system is capable of detecting failure of control surfaces.

이중 슬립마찰면을 이용한 면진장치의 면진성능평가 (Seismic Performance Evaluation of Seismic Isolation Device with Double Slip Friction Surface)

  • 연구목적: 최근 국내 규모 5.0이상의 지진으로 인한 피해 발생이 증가하고 있다. 지진이 발생하면 구조물 이외에도 내부설비, 전력기기 등에 피해를 주게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지진으로 인한 배전반과 같은 전기기기의 피해를 저감시킬 수 있는 이중 슬립마찰면이 있는 면진장치를 개발하였으며, 이에 대한 면진성능을 평가하였다. 연구방법: 면진성능을 평가하기 위해 진동대 시험을 수행하였으며, 면진장치 유무에 따른 성능비교를 수행하였다. 다양한 주파수와 가속도 수준에 대한 응답가속도 및 변위를 비교하여 면진장치의 감쇠효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 시험결과, 면진장치가 설치되어 있는 경우가 면진장치가 설치되어 있지 않은 경우보다 가속도 증폭이 최대 42% 작았다. 이는 면진장치의 이중슬립마찰면 사이에서 발생한 변위가 지진에너지를 소산하는 역할을 하여 증폭에너지가 감소된 것으로 판단된다. 결론: 이중 슬립마찰면을 적용한 면진장치는 약진보다는 강진에서 지진감쇠효과가 더 컸으며, 주파수가 클수록 지진감쇠효과가 더 좋았다. 따라서, 배전반과 같은 전기기기에 적용하여 지진에너지를 감쇠하는 작용을 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • We developed a communication device for person with serious disability to use slight movement. This device is developed mainly for patients suffering from ALS or a cerebral infarction. They often have communication difficulty because of deterioration of muscle functions. A feature of this device is that slight movements of user's finger, eyes or lips can be detected by using a vision sensor. Due to the features of the vision sensor, it is quite easy even for person with serious disability to use a communication device. By the field test it is confirmed that the vision sensors have superior performances as an input device for communication device. Experiments to use an EMG (electromyography) sensor and a rotary sensor are also tested to compare the performances.
