일점접지방식을 이용한 전자교환기 방호의 실제 (Engineering Practice for ESS Protection by means of One Point Grounding System)

  • This paper is to demonstrate the effectiveness of one point grounding in support of ESS protection. One point grounding provides for the dispatching of excess energy for protection of switching equipment and personnel from lightning discharge hazards and for a natural sink for noise from atmospheric lightning and power transients. In most ESS installations there are a number of different items that must be maintained at a common ground potential for safety, fault protection or noise reduction. The items typically consist of power systems, heating and ventilating systems, distributing frames, repeating equipmets, switching equipments, etc. Grounding system of an ESS Office is most effective when all the ground points are connected to a single, common earth. The one point grounding prvides a common reference potential, keeping all the items of telecommunications facility free from the earth current and voltage hazards.

경기도 지역 전략산업 선정에 관한 시론적 연구 (A Study on the Selection of Strategic Industry in Gyeonggi Province)

  • The aim of this study is to find the strategic industries that fulfills the on-site demands of the Gyeonggi province region related to the advancement and development of the local industries. As the results of the analysis, the 4 major strategic industries in the Gyeonggi province region were determined to be (1) electronic component, computer, visual, acoustic and telecommunication equipment manufacturing, (2) pulp, paper and paper product manufacturing, (3) medical substances and pharmaceutical product manufacturing, and (4) rubber and plastic product manufacturing. The industry of concordance between the 4 major strategic industry of the Gyeonggi province determined in this Study and the 13 future growth engine industry of Korea was the area of intelligent semiconductor. Accordingly, it was analyzed that there is a need to strategically cultivate the electrical and electronic telecommunication device industry, which is ranked the $1^{st}$among the strategic industries of Gyeonggi province by generating synergic effects with the policy of the government for nurturing of intelligent semiconductor industry.

저궤도 5G-NTN 서비스 동향 (LEO 5G-NTN Service Trends)

  • Recently, there have been the World Economic Forum's space economy guidelines, the International Telecommunication Union's regulations for each satellite orbit, the development of chips using satellite communication by global manufacturers and service providers, and the registration of key telecommunication businesses. Accordingly, trends in low-orbit 5G satellite communication services in Korea were investigated and analyzed, and the current situation in Korea was diagnosed. Korea's satellite communications accounts for 0.31% of all satellites when analyzed centering on countries with 20 or more satellites. Korea's communication satellite holdings are insufficient compared to 187 times that of the United States, 45 times that of Russia, and 18 times that of China. There is no link technology between 5G and LEO, and the cost of launch vehicles is high. In addition, it is judged that the ecosystem of equipment companies in the low-orbit 5G-NTN business model is insufficient.

  • 종래의 산업연관분석은 산업과 기술의 관계에 대한 명확한 해답을 줄 수 없었다. 그러나 OECD에서 최초로 연구한 기술연관분석은 산업과 기술의 관계를 경제학적으로 설명함으로써 기술에 대한 경제정책적 응용을 가능하게 하였다. 본 고는 일본과학기술정보센터(Japanese Information Center for Science and Technology:JICST)의 자료에 기초하여 기술연관분석을 응용한 일본의 연구사례로서 앞으로 그 활용이 기대되고 있다.

  • In this paper, we have analyzed the power spectra and evaluate the performance of DTMF receiver by using the quick Fourier transform(QFT) algorithm. The economical signals detection of dual-tone multifrequency(DTMF) receiver is an important factor when developing cost-effective telecommunication equipment. In experimental results, it shows that reducing memory waste and can process the real-time.

  • The economical detection of dulal-tone multifrequency(DTMF) signals is an important factor when developing cost-effective telecommunication equipment. Each channel have independently a DTMF receiver, and it informs the detected signal to processors of the TDX. This paper proposes the linear prediction algorithm for the spectrum analysis. As a experimental resutls, it can obtain the improved performance to the DTMF receivers and reduce the real-time processing and memory waste.
