전산화단층촬영검사실 방사선사의 방사선피폭 방어행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Influencing Protective Behavior against Radiation Exposure of Radiological Technologist in Computed Tomography Examination Room)

  • This study was conducted to analyze factors Influencing Protective Behavior against Radiation Exposure using questionnaires for 231 radiological technologists working in Computed Tomography(CT) examination room with high radiation dose in diagnostic radiology field. Statistical analysis of the collected data revealed that the reasons for partially shielding the examination part in the CT scan were the lack of protective equipment, securing of radiation justification, being annoying and maybe not being harm to adults in order. It was also revealed that the variables influencing the protective behavior were protective behavior against radiation harm, self-efficacy, protective environment, organization culture, protective knowledge and protective instrument in order. The higher the radiological protective environment(${\beta}=0.245$) and the lower the radiological protective knowledge(${\beta}=-0.034$), the more influential the protective behavior against radiation harm was. In this study, it was shown that non examination parts were not shielded in the CT scan. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of protective environment, to cultivate knowledge to improve the protective behavior against radiation harm and to have an intervention strategy for concrete action.

Intention to Use Digital Banking Services of Young Retail Customers in Vietnam

  • The object of this article is to assess the factors affecting the behavioral intention of young retail customers to use digital banking services in Vietnam. In this article, multivariate data analysis techniques including Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Structure equation model (SEM), and Bootstrapping are used to analyze the data collected from 525 young respondents under the age of 35 who are using or having opportunities to experience digital banking services. The people taking part in the survey were mainly University students with incomes of most of them under VND 5 million. The result from the analysis illustrates that (1) perceived ease of use positively affects intention to use, (2) social influence positively impacts intention to use, and (3) customer support has a positive impact on the intention of young people to use digital banking services. While technology self-efficacy, convenience, and perceived security were found to have an impact on intention to use services in former studies, the influences of these factors on intention to use digital banking services are found insignificant in this research. From these results, the author provides implications for commercial banks to increase the intention to use digital banking of young people in Vietnam.

Psychological phenomenon analysis of short video users' anxiety, Addiction and Subjective well-being

  • Short videos are becoming more popular in mobile Internet age. Not only people's media consumption patterns have been changed by the rise of this new media form, but also it has posed challenges to public psychological well-being. For many netizens, their entertainment needs have been met by watching short videos. However, many side effects, such as addiction and anxiety, reduce users' subjective well-being instead of satisfying the entertainment motivation after watching short videos. Therefore, it has become a significant research problem in short videos to figure out how to get audiences to watch short videos on a regular basis while avoiding side effects like anxiety and addiction and improving audiences' subjective well-being. Based on the theory of Internet addiction, this study analyzed short video users using the 2×2×2 research method and explored the relationship between the length of use, addiction, anxiety, and subjective well-being of short video users. The results showed that short video users with different usage lengths showed significant differences in addiction, anxiety, subjective well-being, and online social support; innovative different short video users showed significant differences in addiction and anxiety, as well as a triadic relational interaction of short video users' anxiety under the interaction with self-efficacy and online social support. This study contributes to the advancement of internet addiction theory research and application, assisting short video users in avoiding addiction and anxiety, and improving the subjective well-being of short video users, thereby promoting the growth of the short video industry.

  • 이 연구에서는 토착 문화심리학을 토대로 사고와 안전에 대한 확률론적인 시각과 결정론적인 시각을 비교 분석하였다. 한국뿐만 아니라 대부분의 선진국이나 개발도상국에서 사고로 인한 사망과 재해는 예방이 가능하다. 이 연구의 첫 번째 부분에서는 사회과학과 응용과학에서 채택되어온 선형의 결정론적인 모형의 한계에 대해 설명하였다. 가정 직장과 사회에서 발생하는 사고와 안전의 확률론적인 속성에 대한 이해를 위해, 토착 문화심리학에서 주장되어온 상호작용 모형이 제안되었다. 두 번째로는 사고와 안전에 관련된 요소들을 검토하였다. 세 번째로는 한국사회에서 사고를 예방하고 안전을 증진하기 위해 확률론적 모형의 활용에 대해 설명하였다.

한의원 래원환자의 한방의료 선택과 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection and Usage of Traditional Medicine Based on the Outpatients of Oriental Medicine Clinic)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data about medical consumer's behavior by the examination of the demographic characteristics, experience of medical service and attitude toward traditional medicine based on the outpatients of oriental medicine clinic. Methods: The participants of this study are outpatients in 5 oriental medicine clinics located in the metropolitan area. The resources were collected from the self-administration questionnaire survey. 202 samples were collected. The SPSS 13.0 for windows was used for statistical analysis: One-way ANOVA, $x^2-test$, correlation analysis were used to verify the results. Results & Conclusions: The results from this study are as follow. 1, The group which are in low-ade educational background and income selected traditional medicine for the promotion of health. In this group, traditional medicine was consumed with higher purchasing frequency and more satisfaction and considered more safe and effective, on the other hand western medicine was consumed with lower frequency. People In this group highly evaluated the kindness of oriental medicine doctor and more interested in health. 2. The group which selected traditional medicine for the treatment of disease more frequently consumed traditional medicine. People In this group highly evaluated the efficacy and economical efficiency of traditional me야cine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. 3. The group which selected traditional medicine for the management of disease iess : frequently consumed western medicine. People In this group highly evaluated the efficacy of traditional medicine. 4. Purchasing frequency on traditional medicine was higher in the 50year above group than $30{\sim}39year$, 29year and below group.(P<0.1) 5. Purchasing frequencyy on traditional medicine slightly correlated with the satisfaction of traditional medicine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. The satisfaction of traditional medicine strongly correlated with the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. 6. The efficacy of traditional medicine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor were highly evaluated in the $10{\sim}19times$ experience group and 20times above experience group than $1{\sim}4times$ experience group.

기업가적 활동 형성에 미치는 영향요인: 인지론적 접근 (Examining the Formation of Entrepreneurial Activities through Cognitive Approach)

  • 기업가정신 연구에서 "왜 어떤 사람들은 기업가가 되고, 어떤 사람은 기업가성향을 갖지 않는가?"라는 질문은 매우 중요한 연구주제이다. 그동안 많은 연구들은 기업가의 특성을 바탕으로 기업가적 의도와 행동을 설명하고자 하였으나 일관성 있는 연구결과를 얻어내지 못하였으며, 많은 비판을 받아 왔다. 이러한 비판은 인지론적 접근(Cognition Theory)을 통한 연구를 발전시키게 되었다. 즉, 어떤 사람이 기업가적 행동을 하는지는 어떤 특정한 자질의 문제가 아니라 기업가가 어떻게 인지를 하느냐에 달려 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 2016년 GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) Korea 조사를 바탕으로 기업가적 행동(초기 기업가적 행동 - 창업을 하고자 준비하는 예비창업자, 창업을 하여 42개월 미만의 초기 기업가를 대상으로 함)에 영향을 미치는 인지적 요소를 파악하고자 하였다. GEM조사는 크게 성인조사와 전문가조사로 구분되며, 본 연구의 표본으로 사용한 성인조사는 우리나라 성인 2,000여명을 대상으로 하여 기업가정신에 대한 태도, 인지, 동기, 성장열망 등을 조사한 자료를 사용하였다. 기존의 인지론적 접근방법을 사용한 많은 연구들은 주로 연구 대상을 대학생, 대학원생들의 기업가적 의도 및 창업 의도로 설명하고자 하였으며, 실제 기업가적 행동을 중심으로 한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 또한 기업가적 과정에서 기업가의 인지는 단지 기업가 개인적 수준에서의 인지 즉, 자기 효능감(Self-Efficacy), 가치관, 태도적 특성뿐만이 아니다. 개인 수준에서의 인지요소들과 더불어 사회 문화적 환경으로부터 영향 받아 형성되는 지각(Perception)과 주변 사람들의 영향을 통해서 형성되는 지각 또한 기업가적 행동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 GEM 연구의 검증된 조사방법을 통해 선정된 우리나라를 대표하는 일반 성인 샘플을 대상으로 하여 로짓 회귀분석을 통해 기업가적 활동을 파악하고자 하였으며, 그동안 연구의 중요성에 비해 많이 다루어지지 않은 롤 모델에 대한 인식, 비즈니스 환경에서의 기회에 대한 인식, 사회적으로 얼마나 기업가에 대해 논의가 이루어지는지와 같은 사회적 정당성에 대한 인식이 기업가적 활동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 사람들은 일반적으로 자기효능감이 높은 경우에 기업가적 활동 참여에 더욱 적극성을 보이며, 주변에 기업가로서의 롤 모델이 있는 경우 더 적극적인 기업가적 활동을 한다는 것이다. 다만 사회적으로 기업가가 좋은 경력의 대안으로 인지된다고 하더라도 개인들의 기업가적 활동에 영향을 미치지는 못하며, 또한 사회적으로 기업가가 존경받는 위치에 있다는 것도 기업가적 활동을 촉진시키는데 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 미디어에서 성공 받는 기업인이 많이 노출 되는 것은 기업가적 활동을 촉진시키는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 기업가적 의도가 기업가적 활동으로 연결되기 위해서 사회적으로 어떤 조력이 필요한지 정책적 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 기업가정신의 인지론적 접근방법에 대한 이론적 발전에도 기여할 것으로 본다.

위성 DMB의 채택요인에 관한 연구 : 정보기술수용모형을 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Influencing S-DMB Adoption : Focused on Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 본 논문은 방송과 통신 융합의 결정체인 위성 DMB의 채택요인에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이론적 논의의 출발점은 기술수용과 인간의 행위를 연구한 이론인 정보기술수용모형이며 이를 위성 DMB의 기술적 특성에 맞게 확장하였다. 가설의 검증을 위하여 전국적으로 총 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 즉시접속성, 서비스 품질, 비용, 광고영향, 인지된 용이성과 같은 변인들이 인지된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인지된 용이성에는 일치성이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 위성 DMB의 이용의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성이다. 본 연구에서는 이론적 배경을 통해서 세워진 가설들을 검증하였으며 그 결과 대부분은 선행 연구의 결과와 동일하게 채택되었다. 그러나 일부의 변인들은 기존의 연구 결과와 다르게 기각되는 결과를 보여주었다. 자기효능감과 혁신성향은 인지된 용이성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 기존의 연구결과와 다른 결과를 보여주었다. 이는 위성 DMB가 갖는 기술적 특성과 위성 DMB에 대한 이용자들의 선입감과 심리적 기대감이 기존의 연구에서 적용되어진 IT 시스템이나 컴퓨터 그리고 모바일 인터넷과는 다르다는 것을 보여준다.

The Factors Influencing the Use of Shared Economy-Based Mobility Services

  • Purpose: Shared mobility services are the most notable in the shared economy; however, they have yet to be activated in Korea due to various regulations and conflicts amongst stakeholders. Nevertheless, shared mobility has become an irresistible trend of the times, as it can cause a great deal of economic and environmental benefits. In this vein, the purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of shared mobility services in Korea and to provide service providers with implications for developing consumer-oriented marketing strategies. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the reasons that the users do not use shared mobility service, the factors influencing the behaviors of shared mobility users are structured and analyzed in a reliable, technical and procedural manner. To this end, the theory of reasoned action (TRA) of Ajzen and Fisbbein, the initial trust model (ITM), task technology fit (TTF) and switching cost (SC) are adopted. A total of 202 questionnaires were collected from the respondents who were aware of shared mobility. Then statistical processing of the collected data used SmartPLS(v.3.2.8), a PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) analysis program. The steps of the analysis are as follows. First, a PLS-Algorithm analysis was performed to evaluate the measurement model, and a Bootstraping and Blindfolding analysis was performed to evaluate the structural model and verify the hypotheses. Second, a multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA) was conducted to further analyze the differences depending on whether or not users experienced shared mobility service. Results: The results showed that initial trusts model (ITM) and task technology fit (TTF) have positive effects on users' behaviors through the mediation of the intention to use. As opposed to the assumption, switching costs did not have negative moderating effects in relation to the intention to use and users' behaviors. The influence of IT self-efficacy was significant, depending on the prior experience to use shared mobility services. Conclusions: This study will contribute to the revitalization of domestic shared mobility services and the formulation of service providers' marketing strategies. In future studies, there is a need to explore, reconstruct, and validate factors other than the impact factors of the shared mobility services used in this research model.

농업인의 혁신기술 수용 및 저항 요인과 농식품 ICT 융복합사업 확산의도와의 관계 (The Relationship between Adoption of Innovation and Diffusing Intention for ICT Convergency Industry among Farmers)

  • This study explored the effects of adoption of innovation and resistant attitude on farmers' perspectives and also was deigned for developing prompt spread of ICT and facilitating stronghold support center in the convergence agricultural field. To closely examine the variation for exploitation intent of stronghold support center in the ICT convergence agriculture, 110 farmers who had experienced introduction for ICT hybrid environmental control system were participated in the study using the questionnaire. The results revealed the several findings. Firstly, there was no significant differences between the self-efficacy such as confidence of application technology for farmers and adoption of innovative technique (p=.075). Secondly, suitability of using ICT hybrid environmental control system showed a significant difference in the adoption of innovation (p=2.750) while complexity of using ICT hybrid environmental control system indicated the negative effects on the adoption of innovation (p=3.591). Thirdly, introduction cost of ICT hybrid environmental control system showed the negative effects in the adoption of innovation (p=2.278), whereas adoption of innovation indicated a significant difference in the stronghold support center in the convergence agricultural field (p=5.500). Finally, resistance of ICT adoption of innovative technique revealed the negative effects on the stronghold support center in the ICT convergence agriculture. This study, therefore, demonstrated that educational assistance for acquiring ICT technique, suggestion of influences for productivity, and development for skills were needed to extend ICT convergence technology. Additionally, the study indicated the strategies related with promotion as well as ways of minimizing introduction cost.

소비자 개인특성과 기술적합성(TTF)이 패션 모바일 커머스 수용에 미치는 영향 (The effect of consumer characteristics and TTF on the acceptance of fashion mobile commerce)

  • This research purposed to the conceptual model with integrates the expanded task technology fit theory(TTF) and technical acceptance model(TAM) for the effect of the motivational factor of the consumer characteristics in the used the fashion mobile commerce. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 432 questionnaires were conducted to the customers with first-hand experience with merchandise in mobile commerce. The judgement sampling method was employed on sample population ages from 20s to 30s over two month period.
