개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors on User's Adoption Resistance to Personal Cloud Computing Service)

  • Recently, the personal cloud computing service has been being spotlighted as an individual tool of productivity enhancement. However, compared to the rosy forecast, its diffusion rate in the domestic (Korean) market is much slower than expected. In order to find the reason for the slow growth of personal cloud computing service, we attempt to identify influencing factors on user's adoption resistance, while most prior research has focused on the factors affecting its adoption. Based on both the person-technology fit model and the privacy calculus model, we propose technostress and perceived value as key antecedents of adoption resistance. In addition, we identify (1) technical (pace of change and complexity) and personal (self-efficacy) influencing factors on technostress, and (2) beneficial (perceived mobility and perceived availability) and harmful (perceived vulnerability) influencing factors on perceived value. To validate our research model, 133 individual samples were gathered from undergraduate and graduate students who had actual experience of using at least one of personal cloud computing services. The results of the structural equation modeling confirm that both technostress and perceived value have significant effects on adoption resistance, but they have different influencing mechanisms to different types of adoption resistance (indifference, postponement, and rejection). Theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in the conclusion.

The effectiveness of gamification on nursing practice for undergraduate students: A systematic review

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of gamification in nursing practice for undergraduate students, as well as to explore the use of gamification in nursing education. This study is a systematic review of RCTs evaluating the effectiveness of gamification in nursing practice for undergraduate students. A total of 7 articles were identified in a search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Embase, and the additional databases were CINAHL (in English) and RISS (in Korean) between September 28, 2022 to October 5, 2022. Themes related to the environment and personal behaviors between 2002 and 2021 were extracted. The intervention themes were blood transfusion, postoperative pediatric nursing, postoperative hemorrhage and brain trauma nursing, basic and advanced life support, disaster nursing, and neonatal resuscitation. The primary outcomes were knowledge in five studies, satisfaction in one study, and competency in one study. The secondary outcomes were satisfaction in three studies, confidence in two studies, performance in two studies, skills in two studies, and self-efficacy, motivation, professional attitude, cognition, gameful experience, and affective response in one study each. Therefore, gamification interventions can be utilized in nursing practice education instead of traditional teaching methods such as lectures and face-to-face clinical practice.

한국 청소년의 학습동기에 영향을 미치는 사회문화적 요인 탐색 (Exploration of Socio-Cultural Factors Affecting Korean Adolescents' Motivation)

  • 학업성취와 관련된 청소년의 인지, 정서 및 행동 유형을 설명하는 대표적 학습동기 구인에는 자기효능감, 성취목표, 과제가치, 귀인 등이 있다. 이들 구인은 학습자의 연령, 성별, 소속국가 및 인종의 차이를 뛰어넘는 설명력과 예측력을 보임으로써 그 중요도와 일반성을 입증받고 있다. 한국 청소년의 학습동기 역시 이러한 일반적 양상과 큰 맥을 같이 한다. 그러나 이와 더불어 한국 고유의 사회, 문화, 심리적 환경에 의해 형성된 것으로 보이는 그들만의 독특한 학습동기 유형이 나타나기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 한국 청소년의 학습동기에 특히 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되는 사회문화적 요인에는 어떤 것들이 있는지를 선행연구를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 문화적 요인으로는 상호의존적 자아이해, 효의 전통윤리 및 가족주의, 그리고 배움에 대한 가치가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 요인으로는 교육열과 학력주의, 그리고 제도적 요인으로는 대학입시제도의 역할에 대해 논의하였다. 나아가 이들 사회문화적 요인에 의해 형성되며, 학생들의 학습동기에 보다 직접적인 영향을 행사하는 것으로 판단되는 심리적 학습환경 요인으로서 부모-자녀 관계, 교사-학생 관계 및 교실목표구조에 관한 선행연구 결과를 주요 학습동기 구인과의 관계를 중심으로 분석하고 논의하였다.

미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감 관계 연구 (Study of Relation Between Beauty Curriculum Awareness, Career Education Satisfaction and Career Decision Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 미용 고등학교 학생 289명을 대상으로 미용교육과정 인식과 진로교육 만족도, 진로결정 효능감의 관계를 설문 및 분석하였다. 미용교육과정이 헤어 전공, 자격증 취득 기능교육으로 편중되어 있었고 진로계획은 취업과 대학진학이 높았으며 미용교육과정 인식과 미용교육과정 만족도에서 네일과 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였고(p<0.05, p<0.001) 진로결정 효능감에서 네일은 낮게, 진로교육 만족도에서 메이크업은 낮게, 개인창업은 낮게 인식하였다(p<0.01, p<0.05). 미용교육과정 인식이 높아질수록 진로교육 만족도가 높았고 교사는 진로교육 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 운영 및 시설영역은 직업정보에, 교과과정 영역은 미래계획과 문제해결에, 교사영역은 자기평가에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다(p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.001). 따라서 메이크업, 피부, 네일 전공의 교육과정의 개선이 필요하고 효과적인 진로교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

진로탐색행동 개선을 위한 자기가치확인 기반 그룹코칭 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증 (The effects of group coaching program based on self-affirmation theory to improve undergraduate students' career exploration)

  • 본 연구는 자기가치확인 이론(self-affirmation theory)을 기반으로 대학생들의 진로탐색행동 개선을 위한 그룹코칭 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 참가자들은 서울 소재 대학의 재학생들로, 방학기간 동안 각 프로그램에 자발적으로 참여를 희망한 학생들이었다. 그룹코칭 프로그램은 3주간 주 2회, 총 6회 실시되었고, 1회기의 시간은 2~2.5시간이었다. 그룹코칭 프로그램이 자기가치확인과 관련된 다양한 심리적 변수와 대학생들의 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 각 18명으로 구성된 실험집단, 비교집단, 무처치 통제집단의 사전, 사후, 추후 검사를 비교한 혼합변량분석을 실시했다. 그 결과, 실험집단인 그룹코칭 참가자들이 비교집단과 통제집단 참가자들에 비해 긍정심리자본, 진로 자기효능감, 개방성, 문제해결중심 대처 및 진로탐색행동에서 유의하게 높았으며, 이러한 결과는 대부분 프로그램 종료 4주 후까지 유지되었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과가 이론이나 현장에 갖는 의의와 시사점, 그리고 제한점과 앞으로의 연구 방향이 논의되었다.

R&D 프로젝트 리더의 챔피언 리더십이 프로젝트 생존성 및 팀 효력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Champion Leadership of R&D Project Leader on Project Viability and Team Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 국내 공공 및 민간 부문 전자, 통신, 기계, 화학분야 22개 연구기관 92개 팀을 대상으로 수집한 실증 자료를 통해 프로젝트 리더에 의한 챔피언 리더십이 팀에 대한 자원 공급 및 조직 지원, 팀원들의 팀 효력에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 분석결과 프로젝트 리더의 챔피언 리더십은 높은 수준의 조직 지원 및 자원 공급과 관련되어 있으며, 프로젝트 리더의 챔피언 리더십을 높게 지각하는 팀의 팀원들은 보다 높은 수준의 팀 효력을 보였다. 또한, 프로젝트 유형 및 혁신 분위기는 챔피언 리더십과 자원 공급 및 조직 지원, 팀 효력 사이의 관계를 조절하고 있음을 발견하였다. 끝으로, 연구결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되고 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

Refined Fuzzy ART 알고리즘을 이용한 한방 자가 질병 분류 시스템 (Self-Diagnosing Disease Classification System for Oriental Medical Science with Refined Fuzzy ART Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 질병에 대한 전문적인 지식이 부족한 일반인들을 대상으로 자신의 건강 상태를 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 퍼지 신경망 기법을 이용한 한방 자가 진단 질병 분류 시스템과, 자택에서 간편하게 전문의의 진료상담을 받을 수 있는 원격 진료 시스템을 통합한 홈메디컬 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 한방 자가 진단 시스템은 72가지 한방 질병과 각 질병에 대한 증상을 분석하여 데이터베이스로 구축하고 구축된 데이터베이스 정보를 기반으로 퍼지 신경망 기법을 적용하여 사용자의 질병을 도출한다. 본 논문의 자가 진단 방법은 사용자가 자신의 대표 증상을 제시하면 해당 증상을 포함하는 질병들을 도출하고, 도출된 질병들의 세부 증상들을 사용자가 입력 벡터로 제시하면 퍼지 신경망 기법을 적용하여 세부 증상에 대한 질병들을 클러스터링한 후, 세부 증상에 대한 질병의 소속 정도를 제공한다. 제안한 원격 진료 시스템은 사용자와 전문의가 모두 로그인을 통하여 접속하게 되면 서버에 클라이언트의 정보가 송신되고, 사용자는 서버에서 전문의의 접속 현황을 전달받아 원하는 전문의와 동화상으로 원격 연결되어 전문의의 진료 소견을 받는다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 한의학 전문의가 분석한 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템이 한방 질병의 보조 진단으로서의 가능성을 확인하였다.

모니터링 기능에 대한 인식이 효과적인 BPMS 도입에 미치는 영향 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of the Perception of the Monitoring Function on Effective BPMS Adoption)

  • Recently, there is a substantial interest in implementing Business Process Management System(BPMS) among enterprises with the purpose of business process innovation. BPMS redesigns and coordinates business processes in terms of both automated steps and human involvement in order to maximize the value of both involved people and systems. The reason why BPMS is getting attention from top managers is that it has the possibility to optimize the business processes by cycling the process of modeling, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and redesigning work processes. Thus, it has created high expectations about not only productivity improvement but also business process innovation. However. having an innovative nature, which is used for process innovation, BPMS implementation has great potential to stir up employee resistance. The analysis and the discussion about the prevention of the resistance against IS(Information Systems) is important because IS change the way people work and also alter the power structure within the organization, in general. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that have an impact on the effective adoption of BPMS at the enterprise level. To find out these factors, this study considers two characteristics of BPMS: First. BPMS shares some characteristics with other enterprise-wide IS such as ERP. Second, it has special BPMS-specific characteristics. Due to the lack of previous research on BPMS adoption, interviews were carried out with IT-consultants and CIOs who conducted BPMS projects previously to find out BPMS-specific features that would make BPMS unique when compared to other enterprise-wide IS. As a result, the monitoring function was chosen as the main BPMS-specific factor. Thus, this paper reviewed studies both on enterprise-wide IS adoptions, which applied Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and secondly on computer based monitoring to find out factors that would influence the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review, the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses, out factors that would impact the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The data analysis results showed that two among three monitoring function related factors - enterprise evaluation system and fairness of the boss - were significant. This implies that employees would worry less about the BPMS implementation as long as they perceive the monitoring results will be used fairly for their performance evaluation. However, employees' high self-efficacy on their job was not a significant factor in their perception of the usefulness of BPMS. This is related to cases that showed employees resisted against the information systems because they automated their works (Markus, 1983). One specific case was an electronic company, where the accounting department workers were requested to redefine their job because their working processes were automated due to BPMS implementation.

통합경계시스템의 이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인 분석 - 한국군 GOP 과학화 경계시스템을 중심으로 - (The Usage Intention of Combined Guard System - Focusing on GOP Scientific Guard System -)

  • The technology acceptance model (TAM) is a lot of cited in information technology adoption and usage researches. But TAM has been conducted primarily in volitional environments of the adoption of new technology. This paper discusses technology acceptance in accounting information systems to examine TAM with Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals in mandated using Combined Guard System. Combined Guard System is a scientific guard system that is composed of automated surveillance system, automated sensing system and control system. GOP Scientific Guard System is operated by GOP unit in Korean Army O Division from 2006. In this study, using the extended technology acceptance model, we have analyzed factors which affect the usage intention of GOP Scientific Guard System in mandated using environment. Based upon previous researches, we have selected Support of management unit, Training, Perceived Risk, Subjective Knowledge and Computer Self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention as variables and proposed a research model. We collected 253 survey questionnaires from Korean army officer and soldier who are serviced at GOP unit in O Division, and analyzed the data using SPSS 12.0 and SmartPLS 2.0M3. According to the results by PLS analysis, According to the results by PLS analysis, Training and Subjective Knowledge did not affect Perceived usefulness, but the other hypotheses were accepted. And Perceived usefulness, and Ease of use influenced the Usage intention. The results of this study will increase Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals on GOP Scientific Guard System and eventually contribute to establishing the activation of Combined Guard System.

핀테크(FinTech) 서비스의 정보보안 위협요인과 개인정보보호행위와의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구: 기술위협회피와 건강행동이론 관점에서 (The Structural Relationships among Information Security Threat Factors and Information Protection Behavior of the FinTech Services: Focus on Theoretical Perspectives of Technology Threat Avoidance and Health Protective Behaviors)

  • Purpose Financial technology, also known as FinTech, is conceptually defined as a new type of financial service which is combined with information technology and other traditional financial services like payments, investments, financing, insurance, asset management and so on. Most of the studies on FinTech services have been conducted from the viewpoint of technical issues or legal and institutional studies, and few studies are conducted from the health belief perspectives and security behavior approaches. In this regard, this study suggest an extended information protection behavior model. Design/Methodology/Approach The Health Belief Model (HBM), the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), and the Technology Threat Avoidance Theory (TTAT) were employed to identify constructs relevant to information protection behavior of FinTech services. A new extended information protection behavior model in which the influence factors of information protection behavior (i.e., perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, perceived self-efficacy, subjective norms) affect perceived threats and perceived responsiveness positively, leading to information protection behavior of FinTech users eventually. This study developed an extended information protection behavior model to explain the protection behavior intention in FinTech users and collected 272 survey responses from the mobile users who had experiences with such mobile payments and FinTech services. Findings The finding of this study suggests that the influence factors of information protection behavior affect perceived threats and perceived responsiveness positively, and information protection behavior of FinTech users as well.
