In recent years, smartphone is the most widely used ubiquitous functionality. People do not want to just call other people any more by using a cellular phone; they want to connect to the Internet and use various applications. Hence, cellular phones need to become smart. A smartphone has an operating system and many applications. Specifically the goals of this research are; (1) to suggest theory framework of acceptance about smartphone based on TAM, (2) to examine relationships between exogenous variables. The research model and hypotheses were developed based on the theories of technology acceptance model. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The analysis of this study is designed as individual level to examine the causal relationship among variables. The the reliability and validity of data was tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation model(SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The analysis results revealed that social norms and individual innovation are major influential variables on the perceived usefulness of smartphone. Also, social norms are influential variables on the perceived enjoyment of smartphone.

본 연구는 TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)를 이용하여 모바일 영상통화서비스의 지속적인 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. SPSS 12.0을 이용한 데이터 분석 결과는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용용이성, 영상통화 품질, 집중, 주변인의 영상통화 이용정도가 지속적인 모바일 영상통화서비스 이용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조절효과로서 주변인의 영상전화기 보유와 이용 정도, 요금, 품질, 프라이버시와 지속적 이용간의 관계는 모두 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Based on literature relating to the TAM (technology acceptance model) and TPB (theory of planned behavior), this study extends the TAM in a mobile banking context. The extended model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 222 users who have experience with the banking service. The model was partially supported in a mobile banking context, accounting for 49% of the variance in the usage intention. The results showed that the perceived usefulness, the perceived credibility, and the perceived financial cost play a significant role in influencing the usage intention of the mobile banking service. In addition, instant connectivity and perceived credibility were found to influence the perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy and instant connectivity were found to influence the perceived ease of use. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

이 연구는 초 중등 교원을 대상으로 혁신확산모형에서 제안하는 혁신 속성 변인들을 기반으로 디지털교과서의 수용을 결정하는 요인을 규명하고, 정보기술수용모형(TAM)을 보다 확장된 모형으로 제안하고 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 관찰가능성, 적합성, 주관적 규범을 외생변인으로, 유용성과 사용용이성, 사용의도를 내생변인으로 설정하는 연구모형을 제안하였다. 연구결과 관찰가능성, 적합성, 주관적 규범은 교사의 디지털교과서 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 주요한 외재적 변인이며, 본 연구에서 제안한 확장된 정보기술수용모형은 적합함을 검증하였다.

The purpose of the study is to propose the plans promoting IS acceptances under the circumstances where the IS usage is semi-mandatory. Since the IS usage is critical to secure the organization's competitiveness, many researchers have endeavored to investigate the factors in promoting IS acceptance. While TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) has been generally applied under the voluntary circumstance, under the mandatory circumstance did many researchers come to realized the limit of applying the TAM on IS acceptance. This resulted in various research trials to identify the IS acceptance under the mandatory circumstance. However, no research to promoting IS acceptance under the recommend circumstance where the corresponding users are recommend to the IS rather than alternative systems exits. The study applied the concept of switching costs to the research model, identified users' acceptance variations, and finally proposed the promotion plans for IS acceptance. The findings illustrate that IS dependence levels tend to be increased when both user satisfactions from a psychological perspective and monetary benefits from an economic perspective make the switching costs higher. The study stresses that organizations should provide information systems which reduce users' time, costs, and endeavors in performing their tasks, rather than require to use them by compulsion.

Despite many numbers of studies in Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), the social influence construct has not been recognized, nor handled clearly. This study includes the social influence construct in TAM and tests the robustness of the model for different information systems contexts: office automation(spreadsheet) and Internet(WWW) usage. Study findings include that 1) social influence has a direct impact on the usage of spreadsheet, but not on Internet(WWW) usage, and 2) social influence has a stronger indirect impact on IS use through perceived ease of use than through perceived usefulness(for both Internet and spreadsheet).

The technology acceptance model (TAM) is a lot of cited in information technology adoption and usage researches. But TAM has been conducted primarily in volitional environments of the adoption of new technology. This paper discusses technology acceptance in accounting information systems to examine TAM with Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals in mandated using Combined Guard System. Combined Guard System is a scientific guard system that is composed of automated surveillance system, automated sensing system and control system. GOP Scientific Guard System is operated by GOP unit in Korean Army O Division from 2006. In this study, using the extended technology acceptance model, we have analyzed factors which affect the usage intention of GOP Scientific Guard System in mandated using environment. Based upon previous researches, we have selected Support of management unit, Training, Perceived Risk, Subjective Knowledge and Computer Self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention as variables and proposed a research model. We collected 253 survey questionnaires from Korean army officer and soldier who are serviced at GOP unit in O Division, and analyzed the data using SPSS 12.0 and SmartPLS 2.0M3. According to the results by PLS analysis, According to the results by PLS analysis, Training and Subjective Knowledge did not affect Perceived usefulness, but the other hypotheses were accepted. And Perceived usefulness, and Ease of use influenced the Usage intention. The results of this study will increase Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals on GOP Scientific Guard System and eventually contribute to establishing the activation of Combined Guard System.

이 연구는 최근 우리나라에 도입되고 있는 새로운 금융서비스인 핀테크의 확산을 설명하고 예측하기 위한 연구모형을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인간행동과 새로운 기술수용을 설명하는데 각각 자주 인용되고 있는 이론인 계획행동이론(TPB)과 기술수용모형(TAM)을 검토하여 이를 융합한 분해계획행동이론(DTPB, Decomposed theory of planned behavior)을 연구모형으로 제안하고 PLS 경로모형분석을 통해 검정하였다. 연구결과, TAM 경로 중 하나인 인지한 용이성-태도(PEOU-ATT) 경로를 제외한 모든 경로가 유의하였고, 모형의 설명력은 57.3%로 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 우리나라의 핀테크 확산을 설명하는데 본 연구가 제안한 DTPB가 적절한 것으로 입증되었다. 마지막으로 후속 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

This study suggests a revised TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)-based performance evaluation model in MS (management science) education. Recently, many MS education programs are developed on the basis of computer and Internet communication technology. Previous researchers used TAM as an individual performance evaluation model, and proved that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the substantive successful factors. This study provides a revised TAM-based conceptual framework for understanding what is involved in improving university MS education and what might be implied by conducting research on its improvement. It is argued in this research that three sets of forces and conditions have a direct and indirect impact on MS education ; first, each student has self efficacy and it is a critical determinant of behavior next, the use of Internet-based information system at MS education affects on the renewal of MS education : and finally, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have impacts on behavioral intention and actual system usage. This research concludes with suggestions for which direction this framework provides for future research on the premise and limits of efforts to renew MS education in university.

본 연구는 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 확장하여 유용성 및 편리성과 접근성, 가격, 혁신성, 불확실성이 중·고령자의 핀테크 사용의도에 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기권에 거주하는 만 55세 이상의 중·고령자 457명을 대상으로 수집한, 2017년 한국 고령자 운전 및 이동 실태조사 자료를 활용하였다. 이후 구조방정식을 통해 중·고령자의 핀테크 기술수용요인을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 중·고령자의 핀테크 기술수용요인은 유용성, 편리성, 혁신성, 불확실성인 것으로 확인하였다. 즉, 중·고령자의 핀테크에 대한 유용성 및 편리성이 높아짐에 따라 핀테크 사용의도가 높아질 뿐 아니라, 혁신성이 높을수록, 불확실성이 낮을수록 핀테크 사용의도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 고령친화금융산업의 대표적인 기술인 핀테크에 대하여, 기술수용모델에서 주류로서 다루지 않았던 중·고령자를 대상으로 일반적인 기술수용모델 확장하여 기술수용요인을 규명하였다는 함의를 가진다.
