The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation index for evaluating the economic value of libraries. To this end, a preliminary evaluation index was derived from analyzing a total of approximately 60 domestic and foreign papers that examined the value of libraries. Based on the derived preliminary evaluation index, 11 experts were selected and the final evaluation index was developed by conducting the Delphi survey for 3 times. The final evaluation index consists of four evaluation areas, such as the economic value of the public library, economic revitalization, manpower development and job creation, and the improved investment value, seven evaluation items, and 22 evaluation indices. In the future, it will be necessary to conduct research to measure the economic value of public libraries.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic effects of FTAs using the concept of value-added exports. So far, the economic effects of FTAs have been dependent on decrease in import prices due to tariff cuts in importing countries, but the actual tariff reduction need to consider the value added of the exporting countries. Design/methodology - Value-added export refers to the added value created in the exporting country out of total exports. Among value-added exports, direct value-added export is interpreted as the Regional Value Contents (RVC), from which the economic effect of the FTA can be analyzed. A modified GTAP-VA model takes into account RVC in order to estimate accurate effects of FTAs. Findings - By the re-evaluation of the FTA based on the RVC, this paper makes it clear that the economic effects of the existing FTA methodology have the possibility of overestimation. In addition, as a new FTA with a strengthened Rules of Origin (ROO) is being initiated, a negative impact on international trade and GVC utilization may occur. Originality/value - This study introduces the concept of value-added export in analyzing the effects of FTAs. The new analysis methodology of this paper emphasizes the importance of value-added exports. Re-organization of GVCs would change regional trade agreements and empower ROO by weakening existing GVCs and transforming the value chain from global into regional scope.

Carbon neutrality has been suggested to overcome the global climate crisis caused by global climate change. Hydrogen energy is a major way to achieve carbon neutrality, and the developments and policies of hydrogen technology have been proposed to achieve this goal. To commercialize hydrogen energy resources, it is necessary to understand the overall value chain composed of hydrogen production, storage, and utilization and to present the direction of technological developments. In this paper the hydrogen strategies of major countries, including Europe, the United States, Japan, China, and South Korea will be analyzed, and hydrogen technologies by value chain will also be explain. This paper will contribute to understanding the overall hydrogen policy and technology, as both policy and technology are summarized.

Ramyon(deep fat fried instant noodle with palm oil) preserved in sunlight, room temp. ($20{\pm}5^{\circ}C$), incubator ($30{\pm}2^{\circ}C$) and corrugated fiber board box to investigate the oxidative changes of the Ramyon lipids. In the study, changes in acid value, peroxide value, carbonyl value, TBA value, fatty acid composition, iodine value and panel test were determined with the lipids extracted from the Ramyon samples in intervals for a period of 20 weeks. Acid value, peroxide value, carbonyl value and TBA value of the Ramyon lipid were increased slightly during the storage in aluminum foil package in the corrugated fiber board box in the dark room. They did not appear the oxidative rancid odor at the end of 20 weeks storage. Acid value, peroxide value, carbonyl value and TBA value of the samples under room temp., incubator slightly during storage, while a sharp increase of those values were noticed with the samples of sunlight. Especially, the TBA value of the Ramyon lipid under sunlight markedly increased within 14 weeks and then decreased. Oxidative rancid odor appeared at the end of 10 weeks storage under sunlight, while it took 18 weeks with the sample stored under room temp. and incubator. During the storage under incubator and sunlight for 18 weeks, the content of oleic, linoleic acid decreased, while palmitic and stearic acid increased. However, only small changes were noticed in iodine value of the samples.

Researches on the business value of IT and ICT in the past has been focused on static content researches such as study of IT ICT itself and study of the relationship between IT ICT and performance. In recent years, however, the need for discussions on the "process of IT and ICT making economic value (performance) difference between companies" is growing. In particular, there is a need for an framework to analyze the process of qualitative change (progress, evolution, improvement) of IT and ICT affecting the competitive advantage. In this paper, we present a framework for analyzing the process of creating competitive advantage by IT ICT and show the structure of how IT and ICT resources lead to the creation of competitive advantage. In order to achieve these objectives, this paper proposes a framework for the process of creating competitive advantage by linking IT and ICT related resources, value activities, value chains, and business processes.

Purpose : The purpose of this study work for the therapy and how students perceive the occupational therapist was to find out how. Method : The subjects in Busan and Kyungnam located in three two-year colleges and four-year clinical experience of two college students completed work therapeutics were expressed any research to understand the purpose of those who agreed to participate in the survey responded to the 175 people working Therapeutics two, three, four grades were included in the study. Result : 1. Education according to the image of the occupational therapist in grades four-year professional, the value and worth, the patient understand the position was higher in order. 3-year sophomore highly skilled in, the patient understand the position, sincerity was higher in order. 2. Gender occupational therapist who specializes in images for men, the value and worth, high practician was higher in women who were professional, the value and worth, helfer as high. 3. Theory of motivation based on the value of occupational therapists and rewarding images aptitude and interest, high practician, attractive, intellectual was in order. Entrance examination scores as a professional party, value & worth, abuse of authority ceremony was in order. 4. Image by Place of Practice Rehabilitation Hospital occupational therapist who specializes in, high practician, intellectual was in order. Care in the hospital and rewarding value, the professional character, high practician was in order. Hospital and rewarding the value, who specializes in, hepfer was in order. University Hospital who specializes in, the value and worth, Attractive was in order. Conclusion : It had revealed that occupational image perception of occupational therapy student was positive.

Purpose The high-technology market shows characteristics of a highly interdependent network market in both supply-side and demand-side, compared to other markets. Particularly, for convergence products, connectivity with related elements, as well as characteristics of innovation itself, is relatively important to the extent that they combine functions provided by several devices into a single device. Therefore, this study aims to identify whether network externality exists in value and adoption of a convergence product and discover a source of network externality, if any. Design/methodology/approach: Through a preceding research analysis and a literature review, 'social influence' and 'network size' have been drawn as direct network elements. On the other hand, general (comprehensive) concept compatibilities including 'intra-technology compatibility', 'inter-technology compatibility' and 'complementary-technology compatibility' are regarded as indirect network elements. Findings: Major findings are as followed;- First, it is shown that the factors influencing on perceived value of a convergence products are 'social influence' and 'network size' as the direct network elements and 'complementary-compatibility' among indirect network elements. Second, it is also found that 'intra-technology compatibility', 'inter-technology compatibility', 'complementary-compatibility' and 'perceived value' have significant effects on adoption of a convergence product. Particularly, it is known that 'complementary-compatibility' is an important source of network externality as it plays a decisive role in value judgment and has significant effects on perceived value. It is worthwhile to notice that this study comprehensively explains effects of network on high-tech products by structuring comparability as a multi-dimensional concept, as well as direct network elements.

The strategic industry in Chungbuk province is the electric and electronic related industry. In the Chnugju region, the trend of major industry have change from the electric and electronic related industry to mechanical parts and components related industry include manufacturing of automobile and transportation. In this paper, we perform statistical analysis using the micro data service provided by the Statistics Korea, The CAGR of the number of employee and value-added value in the electric and electronic related industry during past 7 years are -7.1% and -13.2%, respectively while the CAGR in the mechanical parts related industry are 14.4% and 22.9%, respectively. However, value-added value per value of shipment of the mechanical related industry is lower than that of the electric and electronic related industry.

When a data file is shared through various methods on the Internet, the data file may be damaged in various cases. To prevent this, some websites provide the checksum value of the download target file in text data type. The checksum value provided in this way is then compared with the checksum value of the downloaded file and the published checksum value. If they are the same, the file is regarded as the same. However, the checksum value provided in text form is easily tampered with by an attacker. Because of this, if the correct checksum cannot be verified, the reliability and integrity of the data file cannot be ensured. In this paper, a checksum value is generated to ensure the integrity and reliability of a data file, and this value and related file information are stored in the blockchain. After that, we will introduce the research contents for designing and implementing a system that provides a function to share the checksum value stored in the block chain and compare it with other people's files.

Satellite images without value-added processing may be nothing but artistic painting. That is in order to benefit from satellite images acquired from money-drinking satellites, we should utilize the paramount information in scientific world and practical lift that can be extracted from image. Hence, the Satellite Technology Research Center has developed a integrated software called "Valadd-Pro". In this paper, the main components of the Valadd-Pro are briefly introduced, its value-added product are compared with PCI$^{\circledR}$ commercial software. Based on the results, the performance of the Valadd-Pro is superior to that of PCI$^{\circledR}$ on 6000$\times$6000 SPOT panchromatic images.
