벤처·업 활성화를 위한 규제개선 추진방안의 효과성 분석 (A study on the policy about regulation improvement for vitalization of technology based startup)

  • 국내에서는 일자리 창출 및 경기 회복을 위해 ICT 기술을 활용한 벤처 창업을 적극 지원하고, 이를 위해 다양한 규제개선 정책을 추진하고 있다. 규제개선 정책시행의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해서는 정책 수혜자의 의견이 정책 내용에 적극 반영되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정책의 수혜자인 창업자 중에서도 파급효과가 높은 ICT분야의 중소기업을 운영하는 CEO를 대상으로 정부에서 발표한 [벤처 창업 활성화를 위한 규제개선 추진방안] 내용의 중요도를 AHP 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 또한 2015년 3월 현재 규제개선 내용의 시행여부를 분석하여 이를 앞서 분석한 중요도와 결합하여 정책 시행의 효과성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 25가지 규제개선 내용이 1)효과기대 2) 제도시행의 시급성 필요 3) 미비시항 재정비 4) 검토 후 시행 후보군으로 분류되었다. 본 연구는 정성적인 규제개선 정책의 내용의 중요도를 정량적이고 학술적으로 분석하였다는데 의의가 있고, 향후 벤처 창업 활성화 정책의 수립 및 시행에 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Genome-wide association study identifies 22 new loci for body dimension and body weight traits in a White Duroc×Erhualian F2 intercross population

  • Objective: Growth-related traits are important economic traits in the swine industry. However, the genetic mechanism of growth-related traits is little known. The aim of this study was to screen the candidate genes and molecular markers associated with body dimension and body weight traits in pigs. Methods: A genome-wide association study (GWAS) on body dimension and body weight traits was performed in a White $Duroc{\times}Erhualian$ $F_2$ intercross by the illumina PorcineSNP60K Beadchip. A mixed linear model was used to assess the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and the phenotypes. Results: In total, 611 and 79 SNPs were identified significantly associated with body dimension traits and body weight respectively. All SNPs but 62 were located into 23 genomic regions (quantitative trait loci, QTLs) on 14 autosomal and X chromosomes in Sus scrofa Build 10.2 assembly. Out of the 23 QTLs with the suggestive significance level ($5{\times}10^{-4}$), three QTLs exceeded the genome-wide significance threshold ($1.15{\times}10^{-6}$). Except the one on Sus scrofa chromosome (SSC) 7 which was reported previously all the QTLs are novel. In addition, we identified 5 promising candidate genes, including cell division cycle 7 for abdominal circumference, pleiomorphic adenoma gene 1 and neuropeptides B/W receptor 1 for both body weight and cannon bone circumference on SSC4, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase 1, and bone morphogenetic protein 7 for hip circumference on SSC17. Conclusion: The results have not only demonstrated a number of potential genes/loci associated with the growth-related traits in pigs, but also laid a foundation for studying the genes' role and further identifying causative variants underlying these loci.

CFRP/금속간 접합력 강화를 위한 접합공정 연구 (A Study on Bonding Process for Improvement of Adhesion Properties Between CFRP-Metal Dual Materials)

  • CFRP와 금속간의 접합공정이 개선된 구조용 접착제가 제조되었다. 구조용 접착제에 대한 경화시간, 기지재료의 표면상태 그리고 접착제의 양에 따른 최적의 접합공정 조건을 랩쉐어 실험을 통하여 파악하였다. 적합한 접합조건을 확인하기 위해 이종재료간의 접합 파단면 상태를 반사현미경을 이용하여 평가하였다. 이종재료간 접합력 향상을 위해 접착제의 개선뿐만 아니라 CFRP의 표면처리 또한 중요하였다. 구조용 접착제의 경우 180도 조건에 20분의 경화온도 조건이 최적이였으며, CFRP의 표면 처리에 따라 접합특성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 이종재료 간 접합을 위해 구조용 접착제의 양은 $1.5{\times}10^{-3}g/mm^2$ 조건일 때 최적이었다. 접합공정의 개선 및 최적화를 통해 기존의 접착력 대비 10% 이상의 물성 강화를 나타냄을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 제4차 건설기술진흥기본계획의 성과평가를 통해 건설정책 성과분석 체계와 관련하여 보완되어야 할 점을 도출하고 더불어 제5차 건설기술진흥기본계획 수립 시 고려할 수 있는 성과평가체계 요인을 제안하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 건설분야 전문가들로 하여금 제4차 건설기술진흥기본계획의 성과분석 체계에 대한 평가를 성과지표 적절성, 측정방법 적절성, 목표치 설정 수준을 이용해 평가하도록 하였다. 그리고 선행연구고찰을 통해 해외 선진국의 정책평가 제도를 분석하고 건설정책 평가의 방법론적 제안사항을 도출하여 제5차 건설기술진흥기본계획 수립 시 참고자료로서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

장기 운영항공기 승강타 날개보 구조개선 연구 (A Study on the Elevator Spar Improvement for the Operating Aircraft)

  • This is a study for the improvement of the defected elevator spar in operating aircraft. The elevator spar web holes were analyzed to find out the cause of the cracks. The fatigue striations were observed and the cracks occurred by the repetitive stresses during the elevator works. Also the outboard connection structure of the elevator and horizontal stabilizer was more weak shape than the inboard. The design changes were recommended and the analyses were performed to verify the improvement of the changed shapes.

원형구멍 정밀 내경측정을 위한 영상처리 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Image Processing for Precision Inner Diameter Measurement of Circular Hole)

  • In this paper, the measurement of the inner diameter dimension of the circular hole by using a machine vision system was studied. This paper was focused on the theory and key technologies of machine vision inspection technology for the improvement of measurement accuracy and speed of the micro circular holes. A new method was proposed and was verified through the experiments on Gray conversion, binarization, edge extraction and Hough transform in machine vision system processes. Firstly, the Hough transform was proposed in order to improve the speed increase and implementation ease, it demonstrated the superiority of Hough transform and improvement through a comparative experiment. Secondly, we propose a calibration method of the system in order to obtain exactly the inner diameter of the circular hole. Finally, we demonstrate the reliability of the entire system as a MATLAB-based implementation of the GUI program, measuring the inner diameter of the circular hole through the circular holes of different dimensions measuring experiment.

치과기공사의 전문성 인식이 자기개발 및 전문성 향상 활동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of dental technicians' perception of professionalism on self-development and professionalism improvement activities)

  • Purpose: In this study, an attempt was made to identify the extent of dental technicians' perception of professionalism and examine to what extent the perception of professionalism impacts self-development and professionalism improvement activities. Methods: An online survey was conducted for 391 dental technicians for 20 days (i.e., from October 20 to November 10, 2020). Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to examine the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the degree of influence of independent variables on self-development and professionalism improvement activities. Results: As a result of examining the impact of dental technicians' perception of professionalism on self-development and professionalism improvement activities, it was revealed that all four subareas of the perception of professionalism, i.e., professional qualification, professional autonomy, social perception, and the sense of calling, were positively impacted. Conclusion: (1) It is necessary to compare and analyze the differences in the perception of professionalism among various dental technologist groups, prepare programs to improve them, and endeavor to ensure the growth of organizational operating system. (2) Self-development and professionalism improvement activities need to be supported so that dental technologists can immerse themselves in their duties with affections for the organization and contemplate and provide educational programs to workers.

  • By means of analyzing of monitoring technology and monitoring regulation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, it needs monitoring system, development of operating program, monitoring analyzing system and development of analysis method, establishment of maintenance monitoring standard specification, and performance of responsible monitoring supervision for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. It requires specialized monitoring and legislation of monitoring subcontract, improvement of monitoring work contract method, establishment the standard payment of monitoring, and effective calibration and correction of monitoring system in the plan of improving monitoring regulation.

  • This paper describes the technology for the improvement of subxdriber loop utilization. Nearly all customer loops are now carried at voice frequency on individual wire pairs. Reenct digital technology improvements together with the increasing cost of wire, have resulted in some penetration of carrier systems into the loop plant. Moreover the increasing use of local digital switching systems should permit digital carrier systems to become an important factor in the loop plant in the future.

  • Personnel engaged in the medical field have implemented continual improvement by team activities in an effort to construct a system that reduces the risks involved in medical care. Knowledge in total quality management (TQM), especially statistical quality control (SQC) developed for industry, seems to be applicable to medical care. This paper describes the application of SQC to continual improvement in medical care.
