The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of the level of social emotional competence of college students on their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement. To this end, a survey was conducted with 301 college students in the Busan and Gyeongnam areas of Korea in 2019. The students were divided into high, medium, and low levels according to social emotional competence. Then, on the basis of these divisions, their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement were compared with oneway ANOVA. The results indicated that students with high social emotional competence had higher average scores in positive achievement emotion: enthusiasm, hope, and pride; lower average scores in negative achievement emotion: anger, anxiety, shame, frustration, and boredom; and higher average scores in life satisfaction, and academic achievement compared to the group with middle and low social emotional competence. Based on the results, this article discusses considerations and recommendations for follow-on studies. It also highlights the need for social emotional competence education in Korea against the backdrop of intense pressure on students to perform well academically and a culture where emotion is not freely expressed.

기술개발 프로젝트에서 성과를 높이기 위해서는 창의성이 필요하며, 창의성을 높이기 위해서는 업무지시에 대한 명확한 이해력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 팀효능감과 지식공유가 커뮤니케이션 역량에 미치는 영향과, 커뮤니케이션 역량이 개인창의성 및 제품개발성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 기술개발 프로젝트에서 커뮤니케이션 역량과 개인창의성의 중요성을 검증하고, 커뮤니케이션 역량에 대한 향상 방안을 제언하기 위함이다. 기술 개발 참여자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 요인간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 확인하였다. 가설검증 결과, 팀효능감과 지식공유가 커뮤니케이션 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 팀리더의 확실한 업무지시 전달과 실무자의 명확한 업무지시 이해가 개인창의성에 주요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 첨단기술이 융복합되는 기술개발 프로젝트에서, 개인창의성 향상에 필요한 참여자의 커뮤니케이션 역량을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 향후에는 조직 수준의 창의성에 대한 커뮤니케이션 역량의 효과에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

In this study, in order to confirm the relationship between technical innovation competence and corporate performance, the effect of technical innovation competence of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies on corporate performance was identified, and entrepreneurship, which plays a role as a driving force in triggering technical innovation competence, was analyzed to determine whether there is a mediating effect between them. To conduct the research, first, the research model was established by examining previous studies on technical innovation competence, entrepreneurship, and corporate performance. Second, an on-line and offline survey was conducted for employees in companies after constructing a questionnaire that can verify the hypothesis suitable for the research model. Third, the hypothesis was verified by performing validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using a statistical program. Results of this study, first, it was found that R&D competence and technology innovation system, which are elements of technical innovation competence, had a significant effect on financial performance, and technology innovation system and technology accumulation capacity, had a significant effect on non-financial performance. Second, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship has a mediating effect in both R&D capability, technological innovation system and technology accumulation capability, which are elements of technical innovation capability, and financial and non-financial performance, elements of corporate performance.

Self-service technologies (SST) are rapidly changing the way customers participate in the purchasing process. Academic literature has focused on the acceptance of SSTs. However, this study explored consumer's cognitive response and purchase intentions through service qualities of SST as well as how they are moderated by technology anxiety and other people's presence based on TAM3. An online survey collected 279 consumer panels. All responses were used for the analysis and analyzed statistically through SPSS 23.0. The results indicate that only enjoyment and control had a significant effect on warmth perception; however, all service qualities had significant effects on competence perception. The perceived warmth and perceived competence partially mediated the relationship between SST service qualities and purchase intention. The moderating effect of technical anxiety was shown to be significant in the relationship between perceived competence and purchase intention. In addition, technology anxiety had a moderating effect on the relationship between competence perception and purchase intention only in a public situation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of core competences on organizational performance in small and medium sized IT enterprises. Especially, the moderating effects of entrepreneurship and government support variables between the core competences and organizational performance were examined. To empirically prove the hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from the 502 Korean domestic IT SMEs, using AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 20.0. The results of this empirical study can be summarized as follows. First, core competences (marketing, networking, and technology competence) have positive influence on organizational performance. Second, entrepreneurship and government support have moderating effects in the relationship between core competence and organizational performance. Especially, network and marketing competence appeared to be affected by more entrepreneurship than technology competence. So this paper suggests that when the R&D of SMEs and government support are properly combined, it will directly give an effect on organizational performance. The results of this research can be used for building a better government support policies and strategic planning of small and medium sized domestic IT enterprises.

ICT 활용은 학생들의 학업성취도 수준 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 학생들에게 창의성, 팀워크, 비판적 사고, 독립적 학습 및 학습 동기 개발에 있어서 긍정적 효과를 제공한다고 지적하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경상남도 초등학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량을 조사 분석하고, 서울시 초등학생들과 비교하였다. 연구 결과 경상남도 초등학생들은 사회 문화 리터러시 역량이 가장 높았으며, 정보 기술 리터러시 역량이 가장 낮았다. 경상남도 초등학생들의 디지털 리터러시 역량은 서울시 초등학생들의 역량과 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the concept of LGBT cultural competence in nurses. This study used Walker and Avant's 8 steps of conceptual analysis. The specific steps are: (1) selecting the concept, (2) selecting the purpose of concept analysis, (3) identifying the scope of concept use, (4) identifying the determinant attributes of the concept, (5) presenting model cases, (6) additional cases of the concept (boundary cases, opposite cases, and related cases), (7) identifying antecedents and consequences, and (8) presenting empirical evidence. As a result, five attributes of nurses' LGBT cultural competence were identified in the final 12 articles: cultural experience and cultural acceptance, cultural knowledge, cultural attitude and awareness, and cultural skills. Antecedents included diversification of society, heteronormative healthcare environment, continuing education and training, intercultural understanding, and open-mindedness. Outcomes of cultural competence were identified as reducing LGBT health inequalities and providing quality care. In conclusion, this study contributes to providing a basis for improving the quality of nursing care by providing more culturally appropriate care to the target population through conceptual analysis and understanding of nurses' LGBT cultural competence. Furthermore, it is necessary to continue research on the development of tools to measure nurses' LGBT cultural competence and the development of nursing intervention programmes that can be applied in nursing practice.

Objectives: This study sought to identify dental hygiene students' adult attachment, interpersonal competence, self-respect, and sociable support, and to identify factors that affect interpersonal competence. Method: A self-administered survey was conducted on 180 students attending dental hygiene schools nationwide from 14 February to 30 May, 2023. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVAs, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple linear regression analys were used, as determined by the SPSS 26.0 program. Results: Dental hygiene students' interpersonal competence measured 3.61 points, adult attachment measured 3.44 points, self-respect measured 3.44 points, and sociable support measured 4.00 points. In terms of general characteristics, significant differences were found in satisfaction with college life and club membership. Interpersonal competence was positively correlated with adult attachment, self-respect, and sociable support. The factor that had the greatest impact on interpersonal competence of dental hygiene students was sociable support, with an explanatory power of 37.3%. Conclusions: In order to improve the sociable support for dental hygiene students, a social activity support network within and outside of school is needed.

이 연구는 일개 대학의 간호학생을 대상으로 비판적 사고성향과 임상수행능력 및 임상실습만족도의 관계를 확인하는 연구이다. 자료는 2017년 6월에 55명의 간호학생을 대상으로 자가보고식 임상수행능력, 비판적 사고성향, 임상 실습만족도에 관한 질문지를 통해 수집되었다. 연구결과, 대상자의 임상수행능력의 평균 점수는 3.70점이었고, 비판적 사고성향은 3.57점, 임상실습만족도는 3.93점 이었다. 임상수행능력의 하부요인의 평균은 사회심리적 간호능력이 가장 높았으며 기본간호능력, 환자교육능력, 간호과정능력, 관찰 및 모니터링 능력, 간호중재능력 순으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고성향은 임상수행능력과 유의한 상관관계가 있었고, 임상실습만족도와는 상관관계가 없었다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향의 하부요인 중 지적 열정/호기심과 객관성으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 간호 학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있도록 다양한 교수법의 시도가 필요함을 시사했다.
