Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the methods for evaluating the business value of a company's technical portfolios. In this study, technical portfolios of 10 major manufacturers and e-Biz industries are examined first from a business model perspective. Subsequently, we suggest future direction of R&D for the pharmaceutical industry by deducing the leading industries sharing similar traits with the pharmaceutical industry. Methods: In order to evaluate and analyze the patents of the major leading industries based on the constituents of a business model, the target patents were selected through the following procedure. Results: First, In this study, using the data obtained from the patent analysis, the differences in the technology portfolios of specific business entities based on the constituents of their business models. Second, deduced business rules of particular business entities through classification analysis and role-model of pharmaceutical industry Conclusion: If enterprise discovers technological change and characters of other enterprise or technology, enterprise could judge a direction of technology which will be developed in the near term and a plan which utilized existing technology to increase enterprise's profits.

This paper is concerned with the study of 'Knowledge Management', a paradigm of thought based on the idea that the future will be a knowledge-centered society. This paper also provides an overview of both 'what to manage' and 'how to manage' if an organization wants to develop in this environment. The process of 'Knowledge Management' begins with a decision. Presented with a myriad of information, of which we can't afford to obtain it all, what information is of value to the organization? Further, by systematically organizing not only the primary information but also that which was accumulated in the process, Knowledge Management is capable of suggesting a value-added plan of action. This research presents the necessary principles needed in order to successfully use Knowledge Management, specifically a harmony between the human and technological aspects. There cannot be a static solution to the problem, as the environment of the enterprise's problem is dynamic in nature. Throughout the process, the enterprise will constantly change its strategy and structure in order to adapt to variable knowledge, technology, strategy, regulations, consumer interest, etc... The essential constant of these problems is the importance of spending on education. Investments in educations help develope a infrastructure for Information Technology, the development of knowledge distribution strategies, and the creation of efficient Knowledge Management policy.

Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

중국 동북진흥전략의 시행과 함께 흑룡강성 관광산업은 지역 경제발전에 점점 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문은 2005-2021년 흑룡강성 관광 패널데이터를 기반으로 DEA-BCC와 Malmquist Index를 사용하여 관광 산업의 정적 및 동적 변화를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 정적: OE 값은 2010년, 2013년 및 2019년에 DEA의 강력한 효과에 도달하여 관광 자원이 충분히 활용된 것으로 나타났다. SE 값은 0.354-1 사이에서 급격히 변하고, PTE 값은 1에 가까우며 OE는 주로 SE 변화의 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. (2) 동적: 총 요소 생산성(TFP)은 전체적으로 1보다 크고, 연평균 13.8%의 성장률을 보였다. TFP의 변동은 주로 기술진보지수에 의해 영향을 받았으며, 흑룡강성의 관광산업이 상대적으로 높은 수준의 개발 효율성을 보였으며, 자원개발에 기술을 충분히 활용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 흑룡강성 관광산업은 향후 산업규모, 기술혁신 및 정책최적화에 중점을 두는 것이 적절할 것으로 보인다.

대한민국 전라남도 고흥군 외나로도에 위치한 나로우주센터에서 2009년 상반기에 대한민국이 그렇게도 고대하던 위성자력발사의 쾌거가 발생하게 된다. 소형위성 발사체(KSLV-I)는 그동안 대한민국에서 과학로켓 시리즈의 개발을 통해서 축적한 기술과 노하우를 활용하여 우주발사체 개발로서 승화한 작품으로써 질량 100kg의 과학 위성2호를 싣고 발사하여 온 국민에게 희망과 꿈을 선사하게 될 것이다. 국제적으로는 미국 및 러시아의 우주개발 활동에 이어 일본의 가구야 달 탐사선, 중국의 창어 달 탐사선 및 우주유영 그리고 인도의 달 탐사선 찬드라얀 1호의 발사 등 제2의 우주개발 경쟁이 일어나고 있다. 이러한 국내외의 상황을 고려하여 국내외의 우주발사체 개발 동향을 정리하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

본 논문에서는 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 산업별 혁신시스템과 R&D 지원서비스의 요인이 엔유씨전자의 사례에서 어떻게 작용하는지 살펴보았다. 엔유씨전자는 투입구 변경과 착즙률 개선의 기술혁신을 통해 높은 혁신성과를 달성하였다. 이는 산업별 혁신시스템의 각 구성요소가 엔유씨전자의 기술혁신과 부합하는 측면이 있었기 때문이다. 엔유씨전자의 성과향상은 자체적인 혁신노력과 함께 정부출연연구소의 R&D 지원서비스가 있었기 때문에 가능했다. 기술혁신 과정에서 제품설계와 가상실험 등 기업 스스로 해결할 수 없는 영역의 고차원적인 서비스를 받을 수 있었다. 중소기업에게 부족한 부분을 보완해주는 정부와 공공기관의 지원 역할이 중요했다고 할 수 있다. 산업별 혁신시스템의 각 구성요소별로 보면 새로운 기술기회가 많은 만큼 지속성이 낮다, 모방이 쉽고 전유성이 낮지만 복합적인 측면도 있다, 기술축적의 누적성은 비교적 높은 편이다, 외부지식의 활용 가능성이 높다, 주체와 네트워크 모두 중요한 역할을 하였다, 시장여건이 매우 유리하였다 등으로 요약될 수 있다. R&D 지원서비스의 측면에서는 직접적인 효과로서 스크류의 재질과 형상에 대한 가상실험을 통해 엄청난 시간과 비용의 절약이 이루어졌다는 점을 들 수 있다. 간접적인 효과로서는 외부지원에 의한 기술개발을 계기로 엔유씨전자의 자체적인 핵심역량이 크게 강화되었고 혁신의 선순환구조가 정착되었다는 점을 들 수 있다.

기술 발전과 산업 생태계 변화로 고객의 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 서비타이제이션(servitization)의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 첨단기술이 융합된 자동차를 이용하고 있는 사용자의 사용전 기대와 사용 후 만족이 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보기 위해 기대일치모형(Expectation Confirmation Model)을 적용하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첨단기술기반 자동차와 관련된 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 기업이 연관 기관과 협력하여 빠르게 변화하는 기술과 환경을 소비자에게 전달할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첨단기술이 포함된 자동차를 이용하는 사용자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 SMART PLS 2.0의 통계패키지를 이용하여 가설을 검증하고 논리적 근거를 알아보았다. 이에 본 연구는 사용자의 사용 전, 후 관계에 대한 기대일치(Expectation Confirmation), 지각된 용이성(Perceived Ease), 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness), 사용자만족(User Satisfaction), 습관적 이용(Habitual Use), 지속사용의도(Continuance Usage Intention)를 사용하여 모델을 구성하였고, 가설 검증결과 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 첨단기술을 접목한 자동차의 사용은 일상생활의 편의와 업무능률의 향상을 가져오며, 사용자의 만족과 더 나아가 지속사용의도로 이어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 새로운 자동차 시장의 확대와 더 편리한 기능, 많은 기능을 가진 자동차를 쉽고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 자동차 회사와 연관 기관의 지속적인 성장과 변화의 흐름을 파악하는데 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

"Federal investments into the future of a region" - pushing economy in the right direction or throwing tax money into a black hole? Hot-headed contentions keep circulating within politics and economy discussing the effect of technology centers and their sustainability within a region. Start-up support and technological infrastructure with the auxiliary service of well developed sector-oriented clusters as a fertile soil for successful networks are an undeniable advantage of well organised technology centers. Sceptic contemporaries still hold against that in order to implement such a center millions of federal funds for infrastructure and operation are invested. What output of this tax money is verifiable in the long run? The case of Dortmund provides substantial food for this necessary and relevant discussion. Now, after 27 years of history of the TechnologieZentrumDortmund, TZDO for short, a positive balance can be drawn. This is not just a matter of personal belief and stance. Fortunately, a recent study on the economic effects of the TZDO on the whole region was performed by the Center of Applied Economy Research M$\ddot{u}$nster, Germany (Gundel and Luttmann 2008). The result is clear and measurable: the TZDO has shown to be of great impact on the positive development of a whole region. This paper presents an account of the approach of the TechnologieZentrumDortmund and its current strategy and mode of operation to reach an utmost of effectiveness of personal and pecuniary input in establishing economic success for the region of Dortmund. An immense change of minds, employment opportunities and a massive structural change of the whole region were some of the ambitious aims that had to be reached and that are achieved to a large extent.

본 연구는 2000년부터 2016년까지 국내 제조기업 중 수출기업을 대상으로 기술적 효율성(TE) 및 총요소생산성(TFP)을 추정하고 TFP와 수출 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 특히 TFP는 기술진보(TC), 기술적 효율성 변화(TEC), 규모 효과(SE)로 분해하였으며, 각각에 대해 대기업과 중소기업을 구분하여 분석결과를 비교하였다. 먼저 기술적 효율성(TE)의 경우 2008년 금융위기 이후 대폭 하락하는 등 한국 경제가 외부충격에 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났으며, 현재 국내 경제의 성장을 견인하고 있는 전자, 자동차, 기계 부문 등의 효율성이 낮게 나타나 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 비철을 제외한 대부분의 제조업 세부 산업에서 대기업의 효율성이 중소기업보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 총요소생산성(TFP)의 경우 TFP 변화의 대부분은 기술진보(TC)에 의한 것으로 노동 및 자본의 효율적인 결합이나 규모의 효과는 거의 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 기업 내부의 체질 개선이 시급하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 2008년 금융위기의 충격으로 인한 변동성이 대기업보다 중소기업에서 훨씬 크게 나타나 외부의 경제 충격은 대기업보다 중소기업에 더 큰 악영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 TFP 분해요소 중 중소기업의 TC만 수출에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 수출 증대를 위해서는 중소기업의 경우 기술개발을 촉진하기 위한 R&D 지원이 필요하며, 대기업의 경우 효율성과 규모 효과를 수출과 연계하기 위한 수출 시장별, 경쟁 기업별, 품목별로 차별화된 전략을 마련할 필요가 있다.

정보통신기술의 발전과 스마트폰을 비롯한 스마트 기기 사용에 대한 부정적 현상들의 일환으로 사용자들이 스트레스를 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 정보기술의 부정적 관점에서 수행된 선행연구들에서 언급된 독립 변수(모바일사용능력, 기술적 한계, 변화의 속도, 대중성)와, 조절변수(매뉴얼 사용)가 테크노스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 실증분석을 위해 총 206명으로부터 실증자료를 수집하고, AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 또한, 질적 연구를 통해 스마트폰 사용 행태와 스마트폰 사용상에 느끼는 테크노스트레스를 살펴보았다. 스마트폰 사용상에 느끼는 테크노스트레스와 사용자 매뉴얼에 대한 사용자의 반응을 확인하기 위하여, 스마트폰을 구매하여 사용하고 있는 일반인 24명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다.
