The main goal of this survey was to assess the current sanitation status and safety standards of meat processed products purchased at instant meat sales and processing operators. Analyses were carried out from April to September in 2016 in Gwangju area, Republic of Korea. A total number of 150 samples including seasoned meats, ground meat products, meat extract products, heated seasoned meats, sausages and hams from 35 butcher shops was collected. The number of inappropriate cases was revealed eleven cases (7.3%) in total viable count of bacteria (TVC), total coliform counts (TCC) and Listeria monocytogenes. The reported data indicate that more systemic and technical guidance is needed to monitor instant meat sales and processing operators in order to guarantee safety of meat processed products.

This study is to compare clothing purchasing behaviors between Korean and American college students, especially men. A theoretical study was reviewed, then the survey was performed. 200 questionnaires were utilized for this study. The SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the technical statistics like average, frequency, t-test, $X^2$, and factor analysis. The result showed, first there were some differences in most of all the clothing Purchasing behaviors such as the reason for the purchases, the purchasing information source, the standard of selecting clothes and the standards of selecting stores. There were slight differences in the reasons for the purchases between Korean and American college men. Both of them said that they purchase clothes to satisfy their needs and the situation. The American college men were slightly higher than the Korean college men for both the need.situation and impulse motive. Regarding the information sources for the purchase, The Korean college men were slightly higher than the American college men for the media information sources and lower than them for the human information sources. Regarding the standard for store selection, the college men from both countries considered product service to be the most important. The American college men considered the convenient and store services to be more important than Korean college men. Regarding the standard fur clothes selection, the Korean college men considered the clothing that matched their personal styles to be the most important standard, however, the American college men considered the attractive from the opposite sex as the important standard.

인터넷 규제에 대해서는 규제 불가론부터 기술 규제의 편리성 등 다양한 주장이 제기되는 가운데 나라마다 매우 상이한 규제 방식을 채택하고 있다. 국내에서는 실명제 확대, 사이버 모욕죄 등 인터넷 규제 강화 움직임이 나타나고 있으며 한쪽에서는 표현의 자유를 지나치게 침해한다는 우려의 목소리가 크다. 본 논문은 우리 사회에서 인터넷 규제에 대한 합리적인 방향을 도출하고자 시도되었다. 이에 따라 지금까지 사이버 명예훼손 분쟁사건을 분석하여 국내 법원의 판결 기준을 도출하고 향후 인터넷 규제의 바람직한 방향을 제언하고자 했다. 연구결과 인터넷 규제에 있어 형평성과 일관성을 확보할 필요성, 사이버 명예훼손에서 공직자에 대한 비판과 정치적 표현은 표현의 자유를 폭넓게 보장할 것, 인터넷 규제의 정당성과 실효성을 확보할 것 등을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 방송통신위원회나 방송통신심의위원회를 중심으로 인터넷 규제의 방향과 원칙을 수립하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

최근, 개인방사선피폭선량평가에 관한 기술기준이 과학기술처에 의해 고시됨에 따라 국내에서도 개인선량계를 이용한 체외피폭선량평가결과의 신뢰성 문제가 크게 대두되고 있다. 한국원자력연구소에서는 이러한 국내의 상황을 인식하고 자체적인 신뢰성 확보를 위해 미국의 Oak Ridge국립연구소의 주관하에 개인피폭선량의 평가에 관한 국제상호비교검증시험(Personnel Dosimet Intercomparison Study ; PDIS)을 수행하였다. 비교검증시험에는 한국원자력연구소에서 사용하고 있는 Teledyne PB-3 열형광선량계가 사용되었으며 선량계산 알고리즘은 Teledyne PB-3 version 1.5-1989를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 실시 된 PDIS의 결과를 요약하고 현재 PB-3 시스템의 개인선량평가성능에 대해 고찰하였으며, 선량평가절차에 대한 문제점 도출을 통하여 직업적 방사선피폭선량 평가능력의 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

CM방식은 CMr과 발주자가 일체가 되어 프로젝트의 전반을 관리하는 방식으로, CMr은 기술적 중립성을 유지하면서 발주자 관점에서 설계 발주 시공의 단계에서 각종 관리 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 실시하는 것이다. 건설과정에서 새로운 전문직으로 발전하고 있는 CMr은 계약에 따라 업무와 서비스 범위가 확정되므로 높은 수준의 윤리가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 관련법에서 제시하고 있는 CMr의 법적지위와 업무수행에 따른 윤리기준과 윤리특성을 제안하였다. 결론으로는 첫째, 건설사업관리업무의 법적 특성은 관리업무를 부여하는 사람과 부여받는 사람의 계약관계에 따라 사람의 노동력을 제공하는 형태로 수행되는 위임계약, 과실책임, 선관주의 의무를 갖고 있다. 둘째, 건설사업관리의 업무 특성은 조정자의 역할, 전문기술 서비스, 발주자 설명책임과 공공성을 갖고 있다. 셋째, 이러한 업무 특성에 따라 전문가로서 건설사업관리자의 윤리평가기준은 의도, 행위와 결과로 분류하고, 이를 업무 특성과 연관시켜 덕윤리, 의무론, 결과론으로 제안하였다.

교육 정보화의 핵심은 정보 교육을 위한 인프라 구축과 정보 통신 기술의 교육적 활용에 있으며, 활용의 측면에서는 수업의 정보화를 지원할 수 있는 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어 확보가 관건이다. 이는 교육용 SW 평가 방안의 탐구가 얼마나 중요한 과제인가를 시사해 준다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제 인식을 바탕으로 첫째, 수요자 측면에서 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 선정하고 활용을 조장할 수 있는 과학적인 정보를 제공하고, 둘째, 개발자 측면에서 객관적인 품질 평가의 준거를 제공함으로써, 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 방향과 정보를 제공함으로써 교육 정보화의 기반을 다지기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 기존 교육용 SW 평가에 관련된 연구들을 분석하고, 소프트웨어 평가 준거를 교육적 차원, 운용적 차원, 기술적 차원의 세 영역으로 분류하고 세부 평가 준거를 도출하였다.

본 연구는 본격적인 데이터 경제 활성화를 위한 데이터 3법 통과 이후 기업의 가명데이터의 활용과 관련한 기술과 적용 프로세스에 대하여 살펴보고, 기업이 가명 데이터를 활용하기 위해 준비해야 할 사항과 그 과정에서 발생하게 되는 불확실성을 제거하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 앞으로 기업에서는 기존 IT 시스템 관점의 정보보호 관리체계를 확장하여 데이터 프라이버시 보호 관점에서의 관리와 통제 및 제3자 제공 관점에서의 관리가 필요하다. 또한 내부이용자가 활용하는 데이터 이용환경에서조차 적절한 가명데이터 이용통제가 이루어져야 한다. 가명화 데이터 활용에 따른 시장 변화 및 이종 데이터 결합 활용을 통한 경제적 창출 효과는 매우 클 것이며, 이를 위해 조속한 시간 내에 데이터 활용 및 거래 활성화를 위한 적절한 비식별 조치 기준 및 위험도 판단 기준 수립이 준비되어야 한다.

Rooftop greenery has been used as a way to solve urban environmental problems by creating green space in densely populated cities. This study was carried out to suggest more effective designs for roof-garden at hospitals through a post-occupancy evaluation. The roofgarden of Asan Medical Center was evaluated with regards to setting, proximate environmental context, users, and design activity by a multi-method including plan investigations, observations, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; the users' main activities included resting, walking, and talking. A number of users were observed at shaded spaces sitting on such things as benches, pergolas, and shelters. The satisfaction of the users showed high satisfaction level except in the amount of shade, facilities, and shelter. The variables affecting a overall satisfaction were ‘accessibility’, ‘safety’, ‘quality of surroundings’, and ‘suitability for speculation’. By comparing the design concept with using pattern, designer's intention was not reflected sufficiently in several aspects such as ‘event deck for therapy programs’, ‘grove and path’, and ‘low planters’. This study suggests some design implications; it is necessary to furnish shaded sitting places for passive behaviors and pathways for walking or a light exercise. A wind-break wall with glass windows could widen the users' views in a limited space. Natural shade like tree shade or pergola are more desirable than artificial shades. As for the vertical location of the roofgarden, the middle floor could be better than top area for accessibility. Characteristics of building and users should be considered in detail to provide distinct spaces. Proper technical standards for the greening of artificial ground should be established.

정보통신시스템에 대한 기술적 보안만으로는 안전한 정보통신시스템 운영을 보장할 수 없다. 따라서, 안전한 정보통신시스템 운영을 위한 정보보안관리시스템(ISMS)에 대한 연구와 표준화가 활발히 전개되고 있다 우리나라는 2005년 "국가사이버안전관리규정"을 제정하고, "국가사이버안전매뉴얼"의 "보안관리 기준"에 의하여 국가 공공기관이 자체적으로 "보안관리수준 평가"를 수행토록 함으로써 체계적인 정보보안관리 활동이 이루어지도록 하고 있다. 본 논문은 관련 표준들과 호주, 미국의 보안관리 체계에 대하여 조사하고, "보안관리수준 평가" 체계를 효율적인 보안관리 측면에서 분석하고, 이를 통하여 "보안관리수준 평가"의 개선방향에 대하여 연구하였다. 기존의 체계에 추가항목(A/C ; Additional Control), 선택적 보안관리 기준(Selective Controls)구성을 도입하고 평가 준비 절차의 개선을 통하여 각 기관에 최적화된 보안관리 기준을 작성할 수 있도록 함으로써, 기관에 적합한 효율적 보안관리의 수행이 가능하고, 급변하는 정보통신 환경에 유연하게 대응할 수 있도록 하였다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing)은 네트워크 환경이라는 구름 속에서 원하는 작업을 요청하여 실행한다는 데서 기원하였으며, 인터넷 기술을 활용하여 IT 자원을 서비스로 제공하는 컴퓨팅을 뜻하고 오늘날 IT 트렌드의 하나로 가장 주목 받고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 네트워크는 데이터 센터에 서버, 스토리지와 응용 프로그램들을 구성요소로 하여 네트워크를 통해 데이터 센터와 단말기가 연결되는 형태로 구성된다. 즉 클라우드 컴퓨팅에서는 물리적으로 서로 다른 위치에 있는 컴퓨터의 데이터들을 가상화 기술을 사용하여 통합하고 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템은 핵심적인 정보자원이며, 이에 대한 표준화된 기술검증 방안 및 평가 체계가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 장비 평가체계 구축을 위하여 다양한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 장비들과 관련된 기술기준 연구와 안정성 평가방법을 위한 파라미터와 내용을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
