This paper review the technical trends of ESS(Energy Storage System). The ESS has been displaced by cathode, anode, electrolyte, and separator. The lithium-ion battery is getting the most attention in the ESS. In this paper, we especially want to review a look at technology trends of the cathode and the separator for lithium-ion battery.

Rail human factors research has grown rapidly in both quantity and quality of output over the past few years. The continual influences of safety concerns, new technical system opportunities, reorganisation of the business, needs to increase effective, reliable and safe use of capacity, and increased society, media and government interest have now accelerated rail human factors research programmes in several countries. In this paper we review international standards and guidelines on rail human factors, covering driving, signalling and control, maintenance, reporting systems, passenger interests, management, planning and technical systems change. The purpose of this study is to define the criteria regarding human factors for managing railway system safety. Therefore, some rail human factors suggested in this study may be used as basic data for supporting the Korean railway system safety.

In this paper we present a review of school information education about technical high school in domestic. The review is based on an extensive research in the practical literature. Business of various forms such as industry, education, and medium is appearing by supply of Internet of all the world. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this paper?wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. So that, is used to accelerate medium and small enterprises information through qualitative, quantitative valuation of medium and small enterprises information manpower supply and demand as well as domestic school information.

Generally, in nuclear plants, distance relay (21R) has adapting to protect and to operate main protective of transmission lines and backup protective of main generator. Operation of 21R was required and based on exactly accurate calculation and criteria. But presently method of 21R setting has applied according to protection devices operation guide of KPX, excepting IEEE and ISA standards, which have a difference review directions, consider parameters and devices, also consideration factors were affected to relay operations by uncertain guides. therefore this paper proposed new protection relay setting method and unvague criteria from IEEE 741 and ANSI/ISA 67.04.01, and reviewed a different results through numerical calculation results for methods and criteria including previous and established 21r setting by IEEE, ANSI/ISA Technical standards.

Radio frequency identification(RFID) combined with wireless technology has good potential for structural health monitoring(SHM). We describe several advantages of RFID and wireless technologies for SHM, and review SHM examples with working principles, design and technical details for damage detection, heat exposure monitoring, force/strain sensing, and corrosion detection in concrete, steel, carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP), and other materials. Various sensors combined with wireless communication are also discussed. These methodologies can be readily developed, implemented, and customized. There are some technical difficulties, but solutions are being addressed. Lastly, a surface acoustic wave-based RFID system is presented, and possible future trends of SHM based on RFID and wireless technology are presented.

A decade ago, the technology of strengthening structures using FRP composites was primitive, with very few publications. Nowadays, the potential growth of research is achieved to the wide recognition of the importance of this new technology. In fact, significant practical applications have been preceded and the development of design methods have been achieved. However, the specific design methods for each applications are still lack of design skills in spite of the wide applications of FRP composites in the construction industry. The purpose of this paper is to report the development of design methods for FRP-strengthened structures by technical review design methods and guidelines of fiber reinforced composites.

사회가 발전함에 따라 연구개발의 필요성이 부각되면서 이를 위한 기술정보서비스의 제공과 이에 대한 평가의 중요성 또한 강조되고 있다. 기술정보서비스의 경제성에 대한 평가는 정보가치의 평가와 마찬가지로 매우 다양하며 또한 기술정보서비스의 하부구조에 의해서 영향을 받기도 한다. 그러므로 기술정보서비스의 생산성 즉 경제성에 대한 평가는 보다 체계적이고 복합적인 접근을 바탕으로 이루어져야 한다.
